We had low water pressure in our outdoor faucet so we decided to call a plumber to check it out. We set up an appointment for the next few days and was told that it would be a $91 fee to come take a look and then that fee would be added/deducted to however much they quoted to work to cost.  Turns out our pipes froze and they had to cut through our drywall to get to the problem and fix it.

$245 and a square cut into our dry wall later... the faucet works great but now we're left having to patch the wall. Just wish that was included in the cost.

Needed an emergency clean out and specifically told the plumber because the laundry flooded the laundry room. He did show up and was professional - but I waited 7 hours for him!! He did the line clean out and said the laundry would be good to go and left. Start the washer and have water all over the place. Sink causes the same problem. Ask them to fix THEIR mistake and told me they'd have to charge me. AWFUL
customer service.

I wasn't going to write a review from an incident that happened four months ago but a friend of mine had a horrible experience with Brandon's Plumbing so I decided to write a review. We been using Brandon's Plumbing for 15 plus years. Never had a problem except for four months ago. About three days before Christmas, we hired Brandon's Plumbing to clear the drain of our kitchen sink. Two workers came and worked on our kitchen drain. It took them very fast to unplug the drain. On Christmas Eve, I emptied a pitcher of water in my kitchen sink. Found out my sink was still plugged. There was no difference between when they started their work until they finished. I called their office and there was no answer. I either left a message on their voice mail or I e-mailed them. I don't remember. It may be a voicemail because despite them being open 24 hours, they never answered their phone. Another person called them on my behalf and I was told that they were there and answered their phone. So I called them immediately and I again had no answer. I figured that they were looking at their caller ID and refused to answer my call. The day after Christmas, I called them again and I am now sure that they were checking their caller ID because before I said anything, the lady that answered knew what my problem was before I told her. She told me, The work is not guaranteed because it was grease that was blocking the pipe. I told her that it had been only a few days since they worked on the drain pipe and she continued to argue with me saying that I probably washe a lot of dishes since it was Christmas. When I told her that I did not do a lot of washing and I called them before Christmas, she told me that she would send someone to my home but they will have to charge me again which is $150. I told her that I have been doing business with them for a long time and I don't want to file a complaint against them. Instead of trying to work things out, this narcissist woman had the audacity to tell me, This is a free country, do what you want. SO I DID WHAT I WANTED. I contacted the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office. They responded to me immediately and sent me a copy of the letter that they sent to Brandon's and advice me to let them know what Brandon's did about my complaint. Lo and behold, a few days later, I got a refund check for $150 from Brandon's. For people reading this, if you have a problem with Brandon's or any other business, contact the Attorney General's Office. All these could have been avoided if not for that narcissist woman that I dealt with.

Can I give a zero.  I understand schedules. we ALL have them.  This company gave us a 2 hour window. They called at 11:20 for a 12-2 window.  When told they could come 12-2 when THEY scheduled it as that was the only available time, they chose to go on to another appointment.  I did not hear another word.  When I finally called at 4:10 pm, I was told I was being rude for calling them out and then asking when they would be able to come out AND they tried to call me a liar stating they called just before noon. I rarely do this but these people need to develop a big dose of customer service.  i kept asking when the plumber would be there and I was basically brushed off and told I will tell you a fourth time but instead cancelled my appointment. No thank you to Brandon's Plumbing Norman.  Have fun explaining this bad review to Brandon, whoever the heck he is!

We have used Brandon's Plumbing twice now and both experiences have been amazing.  They get you booked quickly and have always been on time.  They also keep you updated with a text to let you know they are on the way and send a picture of the technician who will be coming to your house.  Their work has been great and they have fair and competitive pricing.  I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in Norman.

Good luck getting them to show up and especially don't expect them to be on time. The expected does happen...but after rescheduling for the second time and nobody showed up, I called and they told me the technician overlooked my appointment on his IPad.

Terrible quality of service as well as general lack of knowledge in plumbing.
I associate this problem with the fact they are using apprentices with no knowledge and charging for Journeyman. Do not let them near your property.

I was just charged me $1233.00 per hour for gas line repair.  Two men and 2 shovels.  If you are in a bind and they can gouge you, they will.  Keep scrolling find another plumber that won't charge $1233.00 per hour.  They gave me an estimate range depending on how hard the digging was. Easy digging (shovel, no equipment) and they charged the top of the range.  Don't make my mistake, calling them will cost you.  I paid for more standing and smoking than repairing.

The plumber Came Got his feelings hurt by a plumbers joke and sat in the Truck the whole time while the apprentace did the leak locating in my house.  They told me where to dig beneath the concrete three different times  on three different calls and each time they were WRONG.   I ended up just taking out the entire laundry room floor and located it myself  I also decided to repair the leak myself the repair cost $8. They wanted $365.   On top of $300 for each time they looked for the leak.

On Saturday 11/28/20 I realize we had a sewer leak under the house. I called Brandon's plumbing to have them come out and repair it. My appointment was set at 4:30 pm a that day. Starting at about 5:30 I started to call their dispatch to get an eta. They kept on giving me the runaround on when they would be here. Every time I talked to them they told me a tech was in route and it would be about 45 minutes. They finally showed up at 10:30 pm. The tech came in and did a quick diagnosis and said we were leaking sewage and had a lake of poo under the house. Of course that late at night they weren't able to do anything about it. I was told i would get a call Monday to schedule the repairs to the tune of $2200 plus the service call charges I paid that night. They charged me an extra $150.00 to come out after hours and didn't even advise me of that extra charge till the tech was asking for payment Saturday night. Fast forward till Monday I had to call them due to no phone call. I told the tech it needed to be done Monday or Tuesday due to work schedule and the fact we have raw sewage leaking into the house. They set me up for Tuesday to come and do the work inside and later in the week to do the outside work. I wasn't happy but agreed. I get a phone call this morning they canceled today. So now I have to find someone else that can come out because I am tired of the runaround I am getting from this company. I am out $250 and had nothing done except a quick quote and being told what I already knew. Don't use this company if you value your time and money.

Very Disappointed- I referred my 62 year old mother to them because she had a leak somewhere that flooded a bedroom. Brandon's showed up and did absolutely nothing. They didn't find the leak but yet charged her 185$ and told her she definitely had a slab leak somewhere and it would cost a minimum of 2000 to fix and 2 days to fix. Keep in mind they never found the leak which is what they said they charge 185$ to do. My neighbor who is a car mechanic went over to her house and found where the leak was coming from in 45 minutes!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Look else where - I ended up paying  her back  since I was the one to refer her, don't make the mistake I made.

I stopped using them a few years ago because it was difficult to contact anyone even in person at their office. I could stand in their office and walk back into what looked like their accounting area and roam around for several minutes. I left after waiting for about 15-20 mins and no contact. Plus some of their employees visibly showed disgust when they were required to remove their shoes to enter one of my tenants house. Pretty bad customer service and disrespectful of my foreign tenants.
Now the reason for this review. Some of my tenants had toilets backed up. I couldn't find a plumber that could service them that day so they looked around. Said they found a plumber that could make it that day. I didn't think about asking who the plumber was. When it was done, I was told the cost was $240 because they had to snake the toilets and sewer line. That's a first for me. I wondered who they used and they said Brandon's Plumbing. Furthermore, apparently they said the toilet paper was too thick causing the problem. The tenants use Charmin. I've never had a problem with Charmin and never heard of toilet paper being too thick causing backups. That was about a week or two ago. Now they called me today because the lines are clogged again. Brandon's invoice pointed to a flapper possibly causing the back up, and specifically said they wouldn't warranty their work. How convenient to not fix the actual cause of the problem. I'll be sure none of my tenants use their services again. I gave them 2 stars because they were available and responded quickly.

They replaced my sewer line. Did a good job. Ended up trying several solutions that didn't work out, causing it to take extra time which I wasn't sure was necessary but I am not a plumber so ‍‍‍ But very pleased over all!

Had a clogged sewer line.  Brandon's quoted $4800 to $5200 to repair it after claiming they scoped it with a camera.  Got a second bid from Edco Plumbing who scoped it with a camera.  Edco snaked the blockage of baby wipes, etc out for $386, then ran the camera to show me there was no structural problem whatsoever and there was no need to replace it.  I asked Brandon's Plumbing to have a supervisor call me.  They told me one would, but one never did.  Needless to say, I won't call Brandon's Plumbing again.

Had them working on a new installment and they didn't get a required permit and I wasn't able to proceed with construction until they finished and it was like pulling teeth to get them to come back out and finish the job so we could proceed.

I had them install a new kitchen sink and faucet. They did a good job but were way too expensive. $585 to install a sink? They said their flat rate for a sink install was $430, which they could have told me over the phone if that was the case, instead of showing up to do the job and springing it on me. Then they charged me extra to move the drain pipe. Had I not already taken off work to meet them, and needed to get it done ASAP I would have used somebody else.

I agreed to it so that's my bad, but I still can't help feeling ripped off. My old plumber retired or I would have used him, but from prior experience I think the sink install should have cost half of what it did.

Rita answered right away on a Sunday. That was impressive! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Had Jacob out and he was very friendly and polite. Also had Johnny out, he was also very helpful and polite. Daniel seemed to be the most experienced of all. He went right to work to figure out what was going on and determine what the issue could be. He took less than an hour to diagnose the issue. I like that the company is so honest and open when you need them no matter what day it is. They are excellent and fast. I would recommend this company for any kind of water leak issue.

We had a main pipe break in our yard causing both our yard and the neighbors to flood. Brandon's plumbing was recommended to us and we couldn't have had a better experience. They were out same day to troubleshoot where the break was and got us into the schedule three days later to perform the work. They used a leak finder to exactly locate the leak before digging and dug up just the portion needed to fix the leak. They fixed the pipe in under 3 hours and we are good as new. Our two service men John and Josh were very nice and explained every step and answered every question I had. Highly recommend!

They came out and gave me an estimate on a job on 5/14/18.  We talked about the possibilities of things that would be needed and what I could get to help defray the costs.  They gave me a bid that I felt was reasonable.  They explained they do not work hourly but by the job.  Came back on 5/17/18 got to work right away and finished the job with a few slight problems in about 1.25 hours.  They cleaned up behind themselves and left the place very presentable.  Both men were pleasant and kept me informed of their progress.  They will be the plumbers I call again if needed.

left a huge mess, used my shop vac out of my garage and clogged it up, overhead them arguing about using their shop vac and how they didn't want to mess with it.

Daniel and Mark quickly addressed our problem of a sewer smell in our house. Daniel thoroughly explained the problem and the part needed, allowing us to address the problem in the future ourselves should the need arise. In the meantime, Mark checked that we didn't have a dry trap problem elsewhere in the house. This is the second time we've used Brandon's Plumbing (different problem each time), and both times, Daniel and Mark were very courteous and professional. This is our go-to plumbing company.

Had and emergency hot water heater leak. Called Brandon's plumbing. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We set a time for service. I was texted the bio and photo of the technician Ron. He arrived with his assistant in the time window. He explained to my husband the problem. We got a new water and professional service. Very happy with Brandon's. Would recommend them with no reservations.

They installed a hot water tank the same day of my call. My tank was over 13 years old, I had replaced drain pipe a few months ago because it started dripping, then I replaced the thermocoupler because the pilot would not stay lit, and now the pilot was out again. I was ready for a new tank.  My plumber was Ron and he arrived in the time I was told, he listened to me as I explained what I had done and then delivered and installed a new hot water tank in a few hours. The garage was hot, the hot water tank closet was small, (Ron had to disconnect some gas pipes to get the new tank in and then connect them back when done), and he did it all with a pleasant attitude.  I felt like I was taken care of well.

We have used Brandon's several times this year (it has been one of those years). They are efficient, knowledgable and personable.  Daniel does a great job assessing the problem and getting it fixed promptly. We will use Brandon's again and are happy to let others know.
