Best Plumbing Services in Ohio
Chucks septic tank service is one of the best plumbing companies as far as cleaning out the drains there is central Ohio area. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs that type of service. My mother who is 93 years old had a plumbing issue and they were very kind and very customer service oriented and treated my mother with respect and kindness.

Sewer Pro will be our plumbers from here on out. We had another plumbing company come out to our house earlier this week and they told us that we had a serious sewer line issue that needed to be address as soon as possible. They also quoted us an exorbitant amount for the repair.
We reached out to Sewer Pro for another quote. They looked at the video from the other company and in their professional opinion after seeing it they did not see any need for immediate repairs or the urgency the other company was stressing, but the owner offered to still come out to the house.
Tom came out today and listened to our entire story. He even inserted his own camera in our sewer line just to get a better idea of the condition of our line with his eyes. He shook his head and said that he sees nothing that indicates we need any repairs.
Tom did not charge us anything for his visit today or the quote and he saved us from being taken advantage of a predatory plumbing company in the Columbus area. We could not be more thrilled to have had Tom out at our house for a second opinion.
If you need a honest, local plumber please give Tom and Sewer Pro a call. They will treat you fair.

Wow. I was blown away by the service & honesty of Windsor Rooter/Plumbing. You know how sometimes you come across that honest, down to earth company that you'd be happy to do business with? Windsor is hands down one of those companies.
----
We needed a plumber to fix what we thought could be a root intrusion, a clogged main, or a break in our main sewer line. My wife gave me the name of two companies, that she had researched, to call and set up initial appointments. Windsor could not do the day of but I was promptly scheduled for the next day. It was a breeze to make an appointment with Windsor.
The other company, could come that day but, couldn't give me even a ball-parked time frame of when they would be there. I got just a 30 minute warning call that they were on the way. The other plumbing company quoted that the repair basically required ripping up part of our driveway to replace sewer pipe and the addition of an access pipe. This was to eliminate their diagnosis: a clog cause by an intrusive tree root into the terracotta sewer pipe.
As with any possibly large home project we always seek out additional opinions & quotes... And boy, am I glad we did!
Justin, the guy that met me for the appointment was honest & straight forward. I gave him the run down of what the company the day prior had told me and we decided that he'd run a camera down and give me his analysis of this 'let's rip up your driveway' root intrusion.
Pretty sure that we he came across the root that he said something along the lines of, 'That's it?'. After running a camera down he let me know that he would not feel ok with ripping up a driveway to fix that small intrusion. That there were much less invasive ways to handle this small amount of root in the sewer line. He did point out a spot a little further into the line from the dreaded intrusion that at some point might become disjointed at a bend in the pipe- something that the initial company didn't mention.
All in all, a root intrusion that nearly cost us a massive chunk in repair costs was handled for far less.

Eddie installed our new water heater at a great rate. I can now enjoy consistent hot showers again. I would recommend if your in need of any plumbing services.
Reynoldsburg, OH 43068
I've had two major installations completed by Jon's. A water heater replaced by Drew and a shower stall replacement by Brad and Rich. Big SHOUT-OUT to these great guys. Their work was impeccable. Ryan provided me with a great price quote and the work was completed cleanly and efficiently. Each person I've worked with at Jon's has been friendly and knowledgeable. This company is a great locally-owned business that is highly recommend.

It is never a good thing to need these guys but if you do.....they are great. A tenant's sewer drain backed up (yucky) and we need the sewer line snaked. I called at 8.30 am and they were there by 9.30 this morning. An hour later and the line was clear, they cleaned up after themselves (something Rotor Rooter didn't do the last time) and at a fraction of the cost that RR charges. I hope to never need these guys again but if I do they are who I will call.

Scott is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! We were in the middle of a renovation nightmare and Scott saved us. He came and fixed everything. He works with the precision of a surgeon; the quality of his work cannot be matched. On top of that, he is incredibly responsive - I recommend texting the number on the answering machine. He came to our home immediately even though it was not an emergency. It was a big job that he got done quickly so our renovation could keep moving. He stayed late both nights to finish the job. He exceeded our expectations in every way!

If there was a negative rating it would be that. This guy is a thief took my moneyand tore up my bathroom that didn't need to be tore up just needed the drains cleaned in the kitchen and
bathroom he told me the main line and bathroom lines were broke tower walls and tub out and had excuses every day why he wasn't here or would be late. Said his brother died then he had to go to uncles funeral. Having to shell out ton of money to fix the problem he cut off traps and cut the stack, I'm a senior citizen I'm not made of money and I've been taken advantage of and I'm not a happy camper.a couple hundred dollar fix is costing me with the money he got from me and what it is taking to fix what he destroyed about 6200.00 plus I had to miss work for a week and stressed out can't shower do laundry or dishes.

Robert Jarrett was contacted to complete my basement project. He didn't complete the painting, drywall and laid warped flooring. He stated he would correct the issues. He is MIA after being paid. Haven't been in contact with him in over 6 mos

From our making an appointment with American Air until the plumber said his job was finished (and guaranteed his work for one year) we experienced nothing but mis-communication, excuses from the plumber who arrived not knowing what the job entailed, parts of the job left unfinished, and a tall tale about why the job wasn't finished.
The person who answered our first call to American Air said a plumber would be out two days later at 2:00. The same person said, I don't typically schedule plumbers, but I'll do my best. At 2:35 no plumber. I had been waiting for a call 30 minutes prior. We called the office to hear, your appointment is Thursday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Another day of waiting for me. At 2:00 PM the plumber arrived having no idea what our plumbing problem was even though we told the office. I showed him the faucet and asked him to be sure all parts were there. The plumber had to leave to get new stoppers, returned and spent 3 more hours installing kitchen faucets, fixing two bathroom stoppers and replacing the rods that hold the stoppers. We were told the rods were rusted but I never saw them. Did they really need to be replaced? The kitchen faucet was replaced. The plumber left.
I threw away the empty box that the faucet came in and I started to put soap in the dispenser. The soap fell all the way through to the cupboard under the sink. The bottle that holds the soap was not installed. There was no empty bottle anywhere. All this for $930, an absurd amount of money for the jobs done, one job left undone and the waiting around the house for a wrongly scheduled appointment.
We called the office to say that the faucet job was not finished. We were told that the plumber said WE were supposed to fill the bottle with soap then get under the sink and attach it. SERIOUSLY? The directions that came with the faucet said we were to take off the dispenser top then pour the soap in from the top. (AS WE KNOW HOW TO DO) What the plumber said was simply not the truth!! And where is the bottle that holds the soap? We now have to buy a new bottle for $20 and get it installed ourselves because we had to leave town and American Air couldn't/wouldn't schedule a plumber to install the soap bottle before we left.
STAY CLEAR of this company. I'm shocked that they are even in business.

These guys are great. I've had them to our house multiple times because our house is old and we have trees and the lines need to be blasted out every couple of years. They show up when they say they will, they do the job without trying to up-sell anything, they clean up after themselves and they are reasonably priced. They are my go-to plumbers.
