Wonderful customer service! We had a leaking hot water tank and Bob was the only plumber in the area willing to provide same-day service. He put in extra time (showed up at the end of his work day), provided an upfront quote, worked with us to reduce cost, and quickly replaced the tank. Additionally, he was willing to look at a slow-running faucet for us after swapping hot water tanks. Bob goes above and beyond just providing plumbing services and I would highly recommend him.

I had a gas line leak and this company was on the limited list of accredited ones by Lancaster Gas service. Cr. Strohmeyer put me at the top of his list due to seriousness of the problem. He investigated the pipe and was able to thread the new pipes through the existing ones. This meant I didn't need to have my front lawn dug up to reach the faulty pipe.
I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. He took pains to explain what the options were, how they would be done and made me feel confident of his expertise.
I have already recommended him to friends and have put him on my list of 'best people to call.'

Mulbarger was prompt, efficient, and professional at repairing a tub leak and restoring hot water for the tub at my mom's home. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

These folks do a great job, are reasonably priced, show up on time and communicate effectively.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Claimed to have quoted us for a simple repair, but instead charged us over $500 of labor for one hour of work. Told us the total AFTER the work was done.  If you want to be charged $500 an hour for labor then please consider this plumbing service.

One-day promise turned into 5 days. It was an emergency because my mom could not use her toilet or sinks. They showed up at 10:30 and stayed to 2:30. Next day, they were in such a hurry to leave at 2, they broke the water main. City had to be called and the gushing water finally got turned off at 8pm.  The next few days, ONE guy spent a few hours a day working. My mom's yard is a huge mess. I know better not to pay up front, but I was desperate and thought they would make her a priority. Mike promised to fix a couple little leaks in the basement for my inconvenience, but they ran with the $6000 plus and ran.

I am blown away by their amazing service. They came through in an emergency. Nick was our serviceman and he was professional and efficient. Thank you so much.

Extremely Unsatisfied. He does really bad work, but interestingly when his job is done, he says he is very satisfied with the work he has done for you. He is very arrogant also. Initially he will talk nice but once you pay him off, he will not take responsibility of any bad work he has done. Who is he to make that judgement. He boasts a lot about himself saying what he has done and what not.

Stay away from him. Instead try Sprinkler Doctor or Sweet water systems in the same price range. They will not rip you off. Well, these are the ones my friends and colleague have used and they are satisfied with the after sales service.

I will not recommend this Nationwide Irrigation to anyone.

Well, I do not want to be specific here. I have written this to help people make known decision. If i have to market, i would market one company not two. Well for your information i would recommend Rain One for that matter, but they are expensive. If you want to be in the same price range as Nationwide Irrigation, the other two are much better because their work is good and i have talked to people who have used their services.

I called to make an appointment to get an estimate on some work in a home I have in Columbus. I currently live in another state and I'm trying to fix up this home in Columbus to sell. I had an appointment for June 16 at 6 PM. The estimator did not show, I tried calling the office got no answer.

I came home from work to find that the fan on my AC unit was not working, and to top it off it was the first really hot (90+) day of the year.  There was a sticker on my furnace with American's number on it, which was there from the previous owner, so I immediately called them.  I reached their voicemail, which sent me to their after hours emergency mailbox.  I was instructed to leave a message, and someone would get back to me within an hour. I did so and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Normally this wouldn't have been such a big deal, but I knew that the next day was going to be just as hot and I have a dog that is dying of bone cancer, so I didn't want make him any more uncomfortable than he already was. After waiting for three hours, I tried another company. They got me scheduled for the mid-morning, got here when they said they would and resolved the problem at a very reasonable price. And almost a day later, STILL no call from American. Maybe the previous owners had success with them, but if I were relying solely on them to fix the issue, both my dog and I would still be miserable from the heat.
