Shawn Scurlock was amazing! He was very professional and efficient and swiftly unclogged my main line. He has a great attitude and put up with my my hovering and questions. I told him his help really made my day! No one likes a problem like this but Apex squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon and their very kind plumber made it a little more bearable. =)

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. Our water heater began leaking after only having it for three years. We called Michael at 5:00pm on a Friday and by 8:00pm on Saturday we had a state of the art tankless water heater installed and running. Michael clearly knows the  products he is installing and walked my wife and I through what kind of maintenance we needed to do to ensure it lasts 20 plus years. Highly recommend McDermott Plumbing and if we ever need his services again we will defiantly be reaching out to him.

I would've given them a higher rating for replacing my garbage disposal but I've now had to call them back twice due to leaks around it. They have come quickly back out however so I guess that's worth something.

One of the hoses feeding my washer sprung a leak. Not a problem, except I live in an old house in German Village, the washer is in the cellar and that hose wasn't coming off without some serious tools. After three unsuccessful attempts (including two trips to Home Depot), I threw in the towel and decided to call someone who actually knows what they're doing.

I called Mann on a Monday evening after hours. On Tuesday, I received a return call, and my appointment was scheduled for the very next day. The day of the appointment, they called again to confirm. The plumber showed up exactly on time.

Within 30 minutes, he had completely replaced both valves to the washer and installed a new hose. He checked everything to make sure there weren't any leaks, and he even took the time to troubleshoot an issue related to the water pressure coming into the house.

Very courteous, willing to help & educate, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Mann and use them again.

I called John (the owner) up and told him that I was trying to save money and that a buddy of mine would install a flood overflow valve in basement instead of using John ( Plumbing One). Big Mistake on my part!!!! Long story short my buddy drop 2 flood valve into my drain and I called John and he told me that he would come down himself to take care of it. 1st off mine you he's the owner and taking his time out to come down and take care of a problem that I cause which John was nice enough to volunteer to help out. John came down and fix all of my plumbing problems with the help of Paul which he called later on because he needed a certain tool that he didn't have in hand. Bottom line John have me as a client forever with his honesty and sincerely wanted to take care of his clients. John is a true owner he's passionate,very knowledgeable,personable, have pride in his work and works with integrity. He's a rare find. I've gone thru so many plumbing company and not once have I stay loyal. This is my 2nd time using Plumbing One and will be until I need plumbing service. I trust them and feel very confident with their work. I am telling everyone I know about John & my experience with what he did. Thank you so much John for taking your time to meet with me on after hours. I will be calling you guys soon for my sewage pipe service. I have used G&M several times since buying my first home.  They are professional, personable, and very reasonably priced.  This week my fridge water line sprung a leak - originally I was scheduled for a Friday appointment, but they had an opening so the fix got done two days early - hooray!  They are my go-to for all plumbing issues - highly recommend!

Easy to set an appointment and they were able to come same day.

Excellent communication by phone, text, and email.  They send you a photo of their rep who is coming to your house, which is a nice perk.  You also get a heads up by email, text and a call when they are on their way.

I had sewer line issues that were taken care of in 3 visits in 2 days.   With their camera, I was able to see into my line, and everything was explained very well.  Each rep was very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

We purchased a 60's house in Grove City and the previous owner was a DIY disaster. Ben Franklin has solved several problems for us over these first 2 years of ownership including a complete replacement of our sump pump. Several times we needed our drainage line snaked, cleaned and chunks of the pipe replaced (thank you previous owner for planting ivy that invades our drains right on top of the main drain to the street). The removed a kids toy stuck in the tub pipe. And a major toilet leak fix. I'm surprised they don't have our name and address memorized.

I always double check rates for things we have done and Ben Franklin is always reasonable, especially when you calculate in their pleasantness, knowledge, and ability to arrive so quickly without fail. They also guarantee their work, but we've never had to ask them to come back to repair anything they've done.

One of the best contractor and technician services I have ever hired on my home. I live in an older area of town with older homes over 75 years old. Plumbing is always an issue. Greg and Chris were prompt, professional, fairly priced and extremely efficient. You can trust these guys over the bigger franchises to give you excellent service. My drains are old and they camera'd and scraped and the issue was over! Fast! Easy! So grateful! I would use them for any plumbing issue.

John and his brother did a super job diagnosing and replacing an old toilet in our basement. Efficient in his work and very fair priced while being Covid proper, I am very happy with the job. We had a little glitch with the new toilet seal dripping and he came back to make it perfect. John is my new plumber on call.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

We called twice to have our sump pump replaced and both times we were told it was fine. Both times the basement flooded after we were told it was fine and it had failed. Then, a temporary drain pipe was ran out the basement window. No one came to look at it for another seven days. (we had to call and remind them) Then, they didn't do anything, barely looked at it and told me it would be another 3 days to get an estimate and from there set an appointment to fix it. Meanwhile, my back yard is flooded from the temporary drain and vermin are given free access to my basement. I will NEVER use this provider again! Avoid the incompetence and save yourself a headache!

Needed a gas manifold and some gas lines relocated to accommodate a basement finishing project. Called Amanda Plumbing based on reviews I've seen to date.
Tentative appointment was set and Amanda wanted their gas line guy to speak with me to understand work before scheduling. Hayden called me to understand work required and then appointment was scheduled.
Hayden and Tyler arrived on time for the job and had it knocked out in about 1.5 hours. They tested their work before wrapping up to make sure there were no leaks and that everything was safe. Price was fair for work performed.

AMAZING! Came home to a broken valve on my hot water tank, Chris tried talking me through repairs over picture texts and on the phone but of course I had more issues and required a brand new valve. Friday night, 9pm, he came over and foxed it so quickly, so professionally and also gave me a heads up on other issues he noticed while checking out my other water stuff downstairs. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And will be calling if ever needed again! Very handsome too! :)
