The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

Nicked my water line while doing a project at home. They arrived within an hour of calling, were personable, professional and helpful. They wrapped up the job in under an hour and the price was very reasonable. Water back on and disaster avoided. Highly recommend.

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. Our water heater began leaking after only having it for three years. We called Michael at 5:00pm on a Friday and by 8:00pm on Saturday we had a state of the art tankless water heater installed and running. Michael clearly knows the  products he is installing and walked my wife and I through what kind of maintenance we needed to do to ensure it lasts 20 plus years. Highly recommend McDermott Plumbing and if we ever need his services again we will defiantly be reaching out to him.

I would've given them a higher rating for replacing my garbage disposal but I've now had to call them back twice due to leaks around it. They have come quickly back out however so I guess that's worth something.

Called Mann Plumbing based on comments & ratings found on Yelp after I was disappointed in the treatment and lack of professionalism from our previous residential plumbing company.

Needed Main Shut Off Valve replaced or repaired as it was starting to drip & weep after 20 years.  Robbie from Mann Plumbing arrived on time and was so professional and efficient, I was floored by the exceptional service.  I was expecting to just get an estimate for the work, but after Robbie diagnosed the real issue and offered a fix that would not drain my checking, I decided to have the work done on the spot.  I also felt that I could trust his opinion & honesty 100% that the work was not a band-aid, but rather a permanent fix that did not require a costly rebuild.  THANK YOU!  There is a marked improvement in how the valve feels now when I shut off the water to our house and no more weeping.  

The repair was so quick & perfect, I decided to ask about a couple of other minor issues I was having with a toilet and dripping Moen shower.  Robbie did not hesitate to look at both issues for me and gave me a reasonable quote to fix both other issues.  both additional issues were 100% repaired in under 30 minutes.  

This is a family owned local business and it shows.  They care about their customers well-being.  From scheduling the appointment, to getting a pre-appointment reminder, to final invoice, MANN PLUMBING gets an A+++.  I will not hesitate to call MANN PLUMBING first for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Was able to schedule next day service and received a courteous call to let me know they were running a little late.  Rob was nice and professional and was able to quickly unclog our bathroom sink at a very affordable price.  I would definitely call G & M for any future plumbing needs.

Eco Plumbers is a first rate company, from their professional booking and confirming process to their above and beyond onsite service!  Braun and Charlie were so nice and accommodating during the install of my Halo 5 Whole House Water Conditioning System, even when I asked to go ahead and also replace the water heater, which extended the appointment and Braun brought back Mike to help.  They were amazing, I would highly recommend Eco Plumbers for all plumbing needs - I will definitely go back for all my future projects!

Really wanted to use this company to do the rough in for a second bathroom in my house. The guy that came out seemed nice and knew what he was doing and the price the quoted me was great. The only issue is they didn't quote me a cost to do it with a permit and I really needed that for when I plan on selling the house here in a year or two. I attempted to reach out to them multiple time to get the additional price but they would not respond to my requests.

The business title says most everything, but I'd also add good communication and easy to work with. I was needing some work done on a property I was selling, and the company responded promptly to my inquiry on Yelp to help me gage the cost of the repair. The actual cost was slightly elevated because of increased complexity, but overall I was still satisfied on affordability and professionalism.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Wow! We had Ryan out today to fix a kitchen leak that went down into our basemen. Ryan was fantastic! We were so happy with such a quick response and such a professional and friendly visit. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know.

We recently moved into a new house and had plumbing issues, with this last one being an emergency so I sent several requests to plumbing companies after hours. I was very grateful to Amanda Plumbing reaching out around 830am to get us scheduled for the next day. I also appreciated the up front pricing costs. The two gentlemen who came to the house were very nice and kept us updated about the process. I would highly recommend them.

Cruikshank Plumbing deceptive sales practice: lower estimate by omitting part of work through use of technical terms, pad your bill w/o explanation after work have started.

CLB Plumbing replaced two hot water tanks in my Columbus,Oh house on May 27, 2020. On Sunday, August 16, 2020 the discharge tube from our electric tank was leaking. We called the owner and had to leave a msg. As of Tuesday, August 18 we have never heard from the owner. We
had to turn off water to house, so we called another plumbing company for emergency service call. It was pointed out that the leak was caused by poor workmanship. Due to the leak it shorted out the elements in hot water tank and now that tank needs replaced.. It cost $1,200 to replace in May.  DO NOT USE this plumber!
