Robert Whitney and his crew came out yesterday to service our water main as it had had a slow leak when we just acquired the house. As a first time home buyer, I was at first worrisome over how long the project would take or if anything may extend it/make it worse, but Robert and his crew alleviated any fears I had by explaining the process, keeping us apprised as needed and being very diligent. They even showed us how important is was to take care of our leak when they found a hole further down the line. This crew deserves a raise and Apex deserves yours consideration if you are looking for any water line work. They were awesome! Would work with again!! Just a shame I can only give 5/5 when they deserve 6/5!!!

Buckeye Plumbing fixed our sump pump issue to bring it up to code. They were efficient, fast and respectful. I didn't have time to price compare so I have no idea if they were within a reasonable range but considering they did a good job, I'm very happy.

Great guys and great work!! Bathtub back up and they were the only company able to schedule me in on a Sunday. They were among other companies listed as available for emergency plumbing repair, but they were the only people that had a technician on call and couldn't tell they would have to wait till Monday to schedule me. Seeming like emergency plumbing repair also depending on A 9-to-5 work schedule. When they showed up they analyzed the situation, Offered me a few options. Allowed me to select the more affordable option, and continued to then proceed with the inspection and verified that they did the more ideal and cheaper, and less intrusive correction of this problem. And then recognizing that the initial install had violated typical protocol, they ran out to her a hardware store to make a modified intrusion into my system, in order to avoid breaking anything due to it being incorrectly installed by the prior owner or whoever did the work.

At the same time my family was heading to the ER as they thought that we had some medical issues due to the plumbing backing up, and they were in and out within an hour and a half and then I was able to focus on my family. But they allowed me to resolve the issue and ensure that we weren't going to have a reoccurrence of the medical issue that we were currently dealing with.

Yes I should've gone straight to the hospital I was trying to handle a few issues at on, and we had a support structure. Thank guys,  for the help!

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. I gladly recommend McDermott with five stars. This week, the company came out when our washer's drain pipe was backing up and overflowing onto the basement floor. Another company had previously said our drain might have concrete in it and the floor needed to be completely broken up. That would have cost thousands of dollars. Michael from McDermott snaked the pipe and fixed it pronto, never suggesting concrete in the pipe. (He said it was just typical gunk.) McDermott is honest, reasonable and Michael is very nice and easy to work with (and he's a dog person, so our dog loved him!). McDermott also has installed a water heater for us in the past and took care of a leaky dishwasher.

Great service from family run biz. Other plumbers I called (EcoPlumbers) used a 3rd party answering service during normal biz hours, I was going to have to wait half a day to even find out if they have any availability for the day! Discount Drains immediately provided scheduling times and the technician even text me to see if he could arrive earlier. Jared was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. Saved me money on the repair over other Plumbing services such as Waterworks. Discount Drain sent me a text to confirm and had the technicians photo and bio included. Impressive level of service.

My water heater went out on a Sunday evening.  Robbie called me that night and said he'd be out in the morning to replace.  They arrived in the morning and I decided to go with a tankless water heater to replace my 75 gallon gas water heater.  The guys were professional and had me up and going by the afternoon.  I have found my new plumbing company!  I couldn't be happier!!

John, the owner of Plumbing One, is fantastic.  He was extremely professional, compassionate, and responsive while fixing a long-standing issue in my multiple unit condo building.  He was able to clear build-up from a common line and was very respectful of my money while doing it - he didn't recommend costly or unnecessary procedures and personally took care of the problem at my request.  I highly recommend his services.  It helps that is a personable and nice guy!

Suddenly water had backed up into my bathtub and I called G&M because I thought the roots had grown back.  Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and instead part of my pipes had collapsed due to age.  With the house being 60 years old, it was to be suspected.

G&M was able to handle the situation.  They transitioned from working inside my house to doing the outside work. They took care of getting the inspection from the city (don't want to hit the gas line!) to fixing the pipe to making sure everything was clean and back in order.  

Everyone I spoke with at G&M to handle this problem was professional and courteous.

Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. Communication was good and scheduling was easy. Prices were astronomical. Reset my toilet and new flange was over 1k.

Absolutely great! Found out Friday night our sewer had backed up into our basement. Called them after hours and someone still answered. Scheduled a time for them to come out on Saturday and they called and were able to come sooner, which was great. Tim was here for less than an hour, solved the problem, and even got everything cleaned up. Cost was a lot less than we expected it to be. Extremely happy! Highly recommend.

So, I accidentally dropped a tube of face wash down the toilet on Monday night. After various attempts of retrieving the tube, I resorted to Yelp for a plumber. I found Hesson Plumbing and enjoyed the reviews. Although I saw that he was available 24/7, I didn't feel that it was necessary to call in an emergency at 11 PM over face wash in the clogged toilet so I decided to wait until the morning. I called at 7 AM and reached voicemail. David (the owner) called back within 15 minutes and got me on the schedule between 11 AM - 1 PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a couple reminder texts and emails about my appointment which I thought was nice. He and Nick showed up promptly at 11 AM and were out at 11:10 AM. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost for those ten minutes of service was $150 which I feel is kind of high, but he advised that it was his minimum service charge fee. After they left, I noticed that the tool they used to push the face wash through the drain left a couple metal scratches at the bottom of our toilet. I would definitely recommend Hesson plumbing again and would consider using them again. My only concern would be the cost. If a 10 minute service call is $150, I can't imagine what something a little more serious would cost.

One additional note and it's silly, but I really liked the quote on the back of David and Nick's long sleeve shirts - Stop Stressin, Call Hesson. Cute!

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

The price is high plus for the materials he ask equal to  labour costs even he didn't give a chance to buy the materials by myself because the materials.. isn't cost that much totals I'm not recommending

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Obviously it's terrible when you have an emergency plumbing issue. Our issue arose the day after we had moved in so I was at the end of my rope. My experience with emergency plumbing service was amazing from the very first person I talk to you when I called to make my appointment.

Before they showed up they sent me a text message with a picture of my technician, Ron. It included a little biography of him and being the woman at home by myself with my toddler that made me feel at ease.

After they did the diagnosis and gave me the estimate they had to explain to me that they did not have the pieces that they needed in order to fix my situation but they left to go find them and then came back and proceeded to fix my problem. They were at my house from most six hours and they did not leave until almost 8 PM and their demeanor was kind and positive throughout the entire experience. They had to work with my home warranty company which was being difficult and they did not seem to mind.

Ron and his assistant were absolutely amazing. I will definitely use this company if something else happens. And I will be sure to request Ron!

Since moving to the Delaware area five years ago, I have had five experiences with Amanda Plumbing, three of which were emergency call-outs. In each case, their rep arrived quickly - most recently, within ten minutes! - was very thorough, totally professional, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Each one explained what was needed before proceeding, and showed me the completed work. In every case, I was pleasantly surprised with my bill; not cheap, but very reasonable; even more so for the after-hours call. I would recommend Amanda for all your plumbing needs.

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

CLB Plumbing gave me a quick response to an issue I was having with a leak from my bathtub/shower to my kitchen below. Tech came out diagnosed the problem within twenty minutes.   He went and got the part and an hour later problem solved. Answered several questions during the process and gave some recommendations on another issue.  I highly recommend!
