Shawn Scurlock was amazing! He was very professional and efficient and swiftly unclogged my main line. He has a great attitude and put up with my my hovering and questions. I told him his help really made my day! No one likes a problem like this but Apex squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon and their very kind plumber made it a little more bearable. =)

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

I had a small plumbing issue in my new house, and Drainbusters came out ASAP to help me out! Ian even recommended an easier fix than I thought it was going to be, and priced me accordingly, which I really appreciated! They gave me a service time window, and were remarkably prompt meeting that! These guys will be my go to plumbers as long as I'm living within the service area! Thank you!

Our hot water tank was at least 18 years old so when we started to notice that we were running out of hot water we knew it was time to replace it. After discussing our choices we decided to go with a hybrid hot water tank. Yes, it was more expensive. It is supposed to be more efficient and there is a tax rebate.
I got a text saying they would be there between 7 and 9 am; they were there by 7.
It took just over two hours to install. They cleaned up and the tank works great. Too soon to tell if it is saving me money. I am looking forward to the tax credit on next years tax return.  We have plenty of hot water now.
I would use them again.

Honest and great work.  Michael, the owner, and one other gentleman came out and replaced water meter for my irrigation system.  They did a great job.  While they were here I asked them to replaced toilet flapper valve and adjusted shower handle.   They did it with smiles and only did what was necessary. Didn't try to sale stuff or want to replace any unnecessary things.  Honest and good work.  Guys, this is the plumber you want.

Excellent experience with them!  Came out same day, had the needed sump pump in stock and were able to replace ours on the same day.  Their team were very friendly and professional and we now have our 20 year old pump that was on it's last legs replaced with a new one including battery backup pump!  Couldn't be happier and we will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing needs.

Quick and easy! For a great price too! My toilet was broken and I was at a loss of what to do or where to go! Found A Mann Plumbing through a recommendation and they took care of me! Professional, efficient, and effective, they do the job with no hassles, for the least cost, in timely fashion, every time (three times for me so far).  I recommend them, and I have them on Speed dial for the next time I need their excellent services!

The company did a great job with our issue. It was fixed promptly and efficiently. My advice would be to pay close attention to the quote you receive and time actually worked. The billed hours were  exaggerated from actual time worked and included material pickup charge 40. trip charge 30.00 and a 2x markup on parts. These were excessive charges I felt.

We have used Eco Plumbers for years.  While they have always gotten the job done,  they are on time, and their technicians are very nice, their fees are out of control. As seniors, we are moving on to find another company.  The technician came to snake two bathroom drains. It was exactly what we needed, but the cost for 30 minutes of work was $440.00 That is ridiculous. Most of my drain problem was caused by the kind of stopper Eco Plumber installed when they did one of our bathrooms about 9 months ago.  The stopper cannot be removed, so it is impossible for the homeowner to try and clean the drain of hair on a regular basis which we always did in the past.  They also quoted us ^660.00 to install a new dishwasher.  I got the job done for $175.00

Our sump pump quit working sometime during the night. The floor on one half of our basement is damp, but thankfully, nothing is flooded. Things that were sitting on the floor are wet, but many of them are not perishable. There is a patch in the carpet that is wet, but hopefully it will dry out completely. I called our local Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service because I had done business with them before. A technician, Kelly, was here within 30 minutes of the call and replaced the pump in a very short amount of time. He said he had been up since 3 AM and had installed 16 sump pumps before 10 AM. He had to go get 12 more and then get back to work. I asked him when he would have a chance to go home. He said, Whenever people stop calling. Thanks for your help, Kelly!

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.

Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with their service. We will be calling again the next tine we need a plumber. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Hesson Plumbing!

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

This place isn't even worth one star.  Don't call them unless you would like an EMERGENCY in your home.

Amanda Plumbing is our go to Plumbing partner / expert.  Their team is fast, friendly and accountable.  Their receptionist / dispatcher is so friendly and helpful.  Had to go out of town and they came same day to fix a leaking water pipe.  Actually made a mistake and had to come back same day (for no charge) to make sure they got the job done right.  They are not the lowest cost plumber some people may need, but I trust them to do all the things that I would just screw up and make a mess with.  Thanks Amanda Plumbing.

I called on a Wednesday asking about a new water heater.  They walked me through a series of questions and then gave me a quote, with the understanding that it could change if they found issues other than what I had described.  This was reasonable.  They arrived the next morning and got right to work.  Their guy was very polite and kept things neat.  He indicated that it would be a little more work because the water valve snapped off (it was very old), but there would not be any extra charges.  The whole swap took just under four hours, he removed the old heater without making a mess and the bill was just as quoted.  I will definitely use them again if other plumbing needs come up.

Quick response, showed up on time and seemed to do good work. The only reason I had to take a couple of stars off the review was lack of response after the service call.  I paid in full at the time of service and was promised a receipt via email. After 3 weeks and no response, I made four requests (via email and voice mail) for the receipt before I gave up. That doesn't leave me very optimistic about any response in case there are issues with the work. Fortunately it was a relatively small job but I'd be pretty hesitant about hiring him for larger work.
