Buckeye Plumbing was able to schedule me same day, and were prompt and professional in their work. Price was reasible, and most importantly, the work they did completely resolved the issues. While I hope to not need the services of a plumber in the near future, I would use Buckeye Plumbing again without hesitation, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable plumbing company.

I have used Drainbusters 3 times in the last ten years and ever time they have done an amazing job. This time my tub was clogged, I had another company rotoworks as they were available. The quote was three times as much. They cut the price in half and couldn't fix it. Anyways Drainbusters came out today, Ian was the plumber, was on time professional fixed the problem in 25 minutes.  I strongly recommend using Drainbusters as they are honest and professional

We had a failing heat pump water heater that needed replacement. Ohio Water Heaters is one of the companies we contacted for an opinion and quote, and we ended up going with them when we found out they had great familiarity with this type of water heater. I am not a water heater expert (ha), but it is my understanding that the heat pump is a more recent addition, relatively speaking, to water heater technology, so it was nice to find folks who were comfortable and well versed with them. They were also great to work with. To my complete awe, only one person showed up and both hauled the heavy old one up the stairs and out, and then took the heavy new one right back down. Very impressive. The work was great, and they handled disposal of the old one (heat pump water heaters can't be put out on the curb like traditional ones).

Scheduling and communication was excellent, and they showed up in the window we had been provided, with a call ahead of time that they were on the way.

And, we're very happy with the new water heater so far, which is working well!

I gladly recommend McDermott with five stars. This week, the company came out when our washer's drain pipe was backing up and overflowing onto the basement floor. Another company had previously said our drain might have concrete in it and the floor needed to be completely broken up. That would have cost thousands of dollars. Michael from McDermott snaked the pipe and fixed it pronto, never suggesting concrete in the pipe. (He said it was just typical gunk.) McDermott is honest, reasonable and Michael is very nice and easy to work with (and he's a dog person, so our dog loved him!). McDermott also has installed a water heater for us in the past and took care of a leaky dishwasher.

We had an emergency gas line repair needed. We called them on Monday morning, and were at the house by 11am. Arrangements were made for
the repair for Wednesday morning. The job was completed efficiently and effectively. All questions were answered with out delay. The guys were very well mannered and identified themselves with out asking. We are extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise. We will use Discount Drains if their service is ever needed again. We highly recommend them.

The estimate that we were given at the start, came in $100.00 less, because
they were able to use some of our existing pipes.  We are already planning on having them do another small plumbing job.

I called John (the owner) up and told him that I was trying to save money and that a buddy of mine would install a flood overflow valve in basement instead of using John ( Plumbing One). Big Mistake on my part!!!! Long story short my buddy drop 2 flood valve into my drain and I called John and he told me that he would come down himself to take care of it. 1st off mine you he's the owner and taking his time out to come down and take care of a problem that I cause which John was nice enough to volunteer to help out. John came down and fix all of my plumbing problems with the help of Paul which he called later on because he needed a certain tool that he didn't have in hand. Bottom line John have me as a client forever with his honesty and sincerely wanted to take care of his clients. John is a true owner he's passionate,very knowledgeable,personable, have pride in his work and works with integrity. He's a rare find. I've gone thru so many plumbing company and not once have I stay loyal. This is my 2nd time using Plumbing One and will be until I need plumbing service. I trust them and feel very confident with their work. I am telling everyone I know about John & my experience with what he did. Great experience! We have been burned the past 2 or 3 contractor/home renovations and were not holding our breath on finding a company to handle a plumbing issue that came up with the shower drain clogging. We called and set up a same day appointment with G&M. Eric came out to take and look and had excellent customer service, super friendly, and took the time to explain what caused the issue and further recommend a more permanent fix. He got us up and running for literally a fraction of the cost of what we were quoted from a well known Roto company in town. I would recommend them as I believe they have honest prices and honest employees. Thank you Eric!

We needed a drain clog cleared and Eco Plumbers insisted the toilet had to be replaced.  The toilet worked fine, it just wasn't draining properly.  Eco Plumbers pressured us into buying a new toilet instead of doing the cheaper fix of just clearing the drain clog.  I will not be calling Eco Plumbers again!

Our sump pump quit working sometime during the night. The floor on one half of our basement is damp, but thankfully, nothing is flooded. Things that were sitting on the floor are wet, but many of them are not perishable. There is a patch in the carpet that is wet, but hopefully it will dry out completely. I called our local Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service because I had done business with them before. A technician, Kelly, was here within 30 minutes of the call and replaced the pump in a very short amount of time. He said he had been up since 3 AM and had installed 16 sump pumps before 10 AM. He had to go get 12 more and then get back to work. I asked him when he would have a chance to go home. He said, Whenever people stop calling. Thanks for your help, Kelly!

Called this company about installing underground drain lines from two of my downspouts. The woman that answered said Heston did not do this kind of work. I told her I knew they did because my neighbor across the street had them do the same thing to his property. I asked her to have them come and give me an estimate. She said there would be a charge of $99.00 just to give me an estimate. Their prices must be awfully high if they want $99. up front.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. Very happy to have found a reliable plumber - it is clear after meeting John that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Wow! We had Ryan out today to fix a kitchen leak that went down into our basemen. Ryan was fantastic! We were so happy with such a quick response and such a professional and friendly visit. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know.

Made an emergency call on a Sunday do to our septic backing up. Answered the call and had a technician out within 30-45 mins. He did a great job diagnosing the issue, since it turned out to be a problem with our septic pump and aerator we had to have a septic company out to fix it. He gave us the right direction to go next and really appreciated his help and honesty.

We have used this company for 20 years. This is a company that is honest and trustworthy.
We had a company come to check out our cast iron pipes. That company told us our pipes were rotted and they needed to excavate my kitchen, foyer, family room and dining room floors in order to replace the  pipes . Cost $26,000 . Not to mention the fact that we would need to fully replace  entire rooms of floors.
Cruikshank came out and ran the camera from clean out into house and out to street. Also ran from master bathroom to clean out. There is nothing wrong with our pipes. The plumber showed us the video, was nothing like  the one that Atlas Butler showed us.
I would recommend Cruikshank anytime!

CLB Plumbing replaced two hot water tanks in my Columbus,Oh house on May 27, 2020. On Sunday, August 16, 2020 the discharge tube from our electric tank was leaking. We called the owner and had to leave a msg. As of Tuesday, August 18 we have never heard from the owner. We
had to turn off water to house, so we called another plumbing company for emergency service call. It was pointed out that the leak was caused by poor workmanship. Due to the leak it shorted out the elements in hot water tank and now that tank needs replaced.. It cost $1,200 to replace in May.  DO NOT USE this plumber!
