They need to work on their office staff but the gentleman that came out were friendly and in point!

Called at 8 am for plugged toilet needing fixed today. I had to call them back at 3:40 pm to hear they can't make it today!

Arrived exactly on time, extremely professional, understood and fixed the issues with our toilets quickly, and the cost was far less than their original estimate!

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. (My dryer was on porch already). I'm 87 and it's getting hard going up & down steps with baskets of wet clothes.  Thank you OWH for hiring great plumbers.  Mary Mathias    Baltimore, Ohio

These guys might be great plumbers but they never called me back, even if it was to say they were too busy or that my job was too small. I called a second time in case I'd missed a call from them. Still nothing.

horrible job. they screw up our floors in our kitchen for no reason being lazy. also had a water heater installed and they used shark bites instead of wielding they we just lazy 100% not recommended

A Mann Plumbing is a very dishonest and corrupt business.  Do not trust them with your business.
I contacted A Mann Plumbing around 4/15/2017 to come to my house on 5/3/2017 to perform several simple plumbing services.  Specifically, I told them that I wanted them to work on a time and materials basis to (1) hook up the provided kitchen faucet, (2) Hook up the provided disposal, (3) replumb the PVC piping under sink, and (4) replace the 3 shut-off valves with quarter turn valves.
Ray arrived on the date at 12pm noon.  He proceeded with the job and had completed all steps by 1:40pm and departed the premises.  Ray left us a bill for 908 dollars.
Given standard plumbing rates and the very cheap (mostly pvc) parts required the bill is astronomically high.  Given standard plumbing rates (and rounding up) the bill should have been for 2 hours * 150 dollars max.  With (very generous) inflated parts costs I'll allow for 100 dollars.  That comes out to 400 dollars on the high end.  That's a long way from 908 dollars.
There was also a small leak coming from the PVC that required my intervention.  I had to make some adjustments to the PVC to make the leak go away.
Do not trust these guys with your business.  They engage in predatory and unethical pricing and are not to be trusted.

I called Mann repeatedly regarding this situation.  They kept promising to call me back.  They did not.  They are liars.  Reported them to the better business bureau and the case is pending.  No response after 2 weeks.

Do not trust A Mann plumbing.

Very thankful for Jess and her team.  She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter.  During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had.  She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items.    She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included.   She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space.  Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.   Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

Pricing very reasonable. This is the second time I've used G & M, still a local family company. I recommend them highly.

Hot water heater went out, got a quote at noon and had a water heater installed by 6PM. Same day service which was amazing.

Tim's the man! Kept at our disgusting pipes until he found the clog. I get to shower again, which makes him a hero to me.

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.

Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with their service. We will be calling again the next tine we need a plumber. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Hesson Plumbing!

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. Very happy to have found a reliable plumber - it is clear after meeting John that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Obviously it's terrible when you have an emergency plumbing issue. Our issue arose the day after we had moved in so I was at the end of my rope. My experience with emergency plumbing service was amazing from the very first person I talk to you when I called to make my appointment.

Before they showed up they sent me a text message with a picture of my technician, Ron. It included a little biography of him and being the woman at home by myself with my toddler that made me feel at ease.

After they did the diagnosis and gave me the estimate they had to explain to me that they did not have the pieces that they needed in order to fix my situation but they left to go find them and then came back and proceeded to fix my problem. They were at my house from most six hours and they did not leave until almost 8 PM and their demeanor was kind and positive throughout the entire experience. They had to work with my home warranty company which was being difficult and they did not seem to mind.

Ron and his assistant were absolutely amazing. I will definitely use this company if something else happens. And I will be sure to request Ron!

I have used Amanda Plumbing multiple times and each time have had professional and efficient service. Twice my self diagnosis was more involved than was required and they did not try to upsell me but instead did the work that was needed. Prices are average for this type of work, service makes the difference.

Very grateful that Chris from CLB was able to come out on an emergency call on a Friday night. Fixed our problem, was very friendly and seemed trustworthy.
