Best Plumbing Services in Ohio

I had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. It was a swap of the same model on warranty since the 3 year old tank was leaking. They came to take a free look, then left to go get a replacement tank after 30 minutes. They returned back, 1.5 hours later, claiming they had to go to two places to find the correct tank. The tanks were swapped in 30 minutes. I was charged $1,016.00! This was just for labor as the tank was a free warranty replacement!

Apparently, I was unknowingly paying them hundreds of dollars per hour while they drove across town, to two places, to pick up the water heater. Based on my math, I was charged $406.40 per hour for this water heater to be picked up and then swapped. I was not given any specific breakdown of the cost. This pricing is absolutely astronomical and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this company going forward. I do NOT recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.

The guys at Buckeye plumbing were great to work with. They called the morning of our scheduled appointment to confirm when they would be able to swing by. They helped listen to my concerns and provide recommendations on what needed to be fixed as well as what could be left as-is. They were prepared with all of the necessary parts so that everything could be completed right there. Quick, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, and quality work. Would not hestiate to use them again for any future needs.

Arrived exactly on time, extremely professional, understood and fixed the issues with our toilets quickly, and the cost was far less than their original estimate!

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. Honest and great work.  Michael, the owner, and one other gentleman came out and replaced water meter for my irrigation system.  They did a great job.  While they were here I asked them to replaced toilet flapper valve and adjusted shower handle.   They did it with smiles and only did what was necessary. Didn't try to sale stuff or want to replace any unnecessary things.  Honest and good work.  Guys, this is the plumber you want.

Trevor did a great job! He came in through our warranty for a toilet issue that he quickly remedied and also discovered some unrelated issues with our water heating and piping in our basement. He is very detailed in his work and in noticing areas to improve the plumbing. Much appreciated!

I can't yet speak to their work, but their service is top top notch. I'll find out about their work soon enough.

They came out to run gas for a new stove and a dryer. The first things they did were to say hi to my pup (who was being a brat and barking), shake my hand, and put dust covers on their shoes - which I appreciated.

One look at the lines coming from the basement and they showed me that it was quite risky to use the line already going to the attic to run the dryer too. They said it would likely starve the furnace, meaning I'd have to climb into the attic to relight the pilot every time we did a load of laundry. No bueno. To do it right would mean several holes in our walls and floors, equating to a ~$1500-$2000 job just for the gas.

His recommendation: don't pay them anything and just buy an electric dryer.

Then he looked at the stovetop and, because it's over drawers, highly recommended that we first buy the range we want, then he'd run the gas lines and install the stovetop. Although I was ready to do it today, and he was willing, he strongly advised for me to have him come back later as it could mean multiple holes in the floor and he couldn't guarantee the work once I started fussing with it. So, rather than have an efficient day with the possibility of an upset customer later, they left without any payment for nearly 45 minutes of scoping out the job and giving recommendations.

IN SUM

Cons:
- It can be a little challenging to get the secretary on the phone right away (she calls back w/in 1-3 hours), but (big pro) you can text the main number and she's quite responsive.

Pros:
- Willing to sacrifice their own profit margins to make sure I was happy
- Prompt. They gave themselves only a 30-minute window to arrive and showed up right on time.
- Willing to fully explain the situation. Makes professional suggestions for my own good and was willing to do the work if I insisted.
- Friendly and easy to chat with

I'll be hiring them to do the stovetop as soon as I've got all the materials. I've never hired a plumber before but it's rare to get this level of service in anything.

Needed a fill valve replacement...a handle on my comode as it was sticking...and a tub spout replacement. Many conversations on work to be done....busy printing  estimates....made me dizzy and confused.  My son looked at the finished jo...checked Lowe's for parts which we determined  was around $75.00 at retail.  I thought it was major repair from his conversation. Long story short...$691.22!  My stupidity and being 83 years old but I got a little wiser. I have told all my friends and hopefully anyone who lives in my condo community....NOT to use Eco-Plumbers. They were true to their advertising of being friendly, etc., but left out their unfair business practices. I now see why they are all over TV.  AND no, they will not get the chance to replace my water heater as it was of most interest to them...pictures and all.

I can't remember the guy's name but he was amazing. I thought My garage disposal was broken and was fully prepared to pay a ridiculous amount for a new one but to my surprise he fixed it within 5 min. He also fixed some issues with my bathtub all within less than an hour. The price was  way less than I was expecting. I will definitely recommend them to friends & family.

These guys are the best! Everything from the appointment through payment can be done on your phone. They show up on time, assess the situation and get it resolved quickly. We have an older home in Reynoldsburg and have had drain problems. We have used Hesson twice this year and both times they fixed the problem quickly and with a reasonable cost. John was very quick to respond to my inquiry about two small plumbing jobs at my home.  He was even able to come complete them just two days after we spoke, which I appreciated.  He is very friendly and clearly very knowledgable. Price was a bit on the high side, but what plumbing service isn't? I would not hesitate to use his services again for any plumbing needs in the future.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Called emergency plumbing services about sewer gases backed up in house and Doug came out to see what the cause was. While we were investigating that issue I pointed out other leaks we had been dealing with. Doug took the time to go over all my concerns with resolutions.

When we got our estimate, we felt it was more than fair and absolutely pleased with it, but it was still a bit more than we had on hand. That's where the front office of EPS came in. They were very understanding and not pushy. When we got funds together scheduling was a breeze.  ESP sent Pete and Kyle out to fix ALL my issues and they did so professionally. The guys were very respectful and courteous.  Highly recommend Emergency Plumbing Services for plumbing woes.

Wanted to changed my electric tank water heater to a gas tankless one. Called around and got three quotes. Amanda Plumbing's quote was in the middle of the three. The cheapest quote I had l, the company wasn't responsive when I try to schedule for the the job to be done. I found Amanda Plumbing to be very professional. When you schedule for an apt. You will get a automated text reminding you of the apt. On the day of the apt you will get another txt showing the plumber face his rating etc.  The quote they gave me was more official looking also then some of the other quotes I was given. On the day of service Taylor n Preston came out n performed the work. They were great took almost the whole day from 9-5 but it's a lot of work they have to do. For about four hrs the water had to be off but once the first part of the install was done water is back on just no hot water till the second portion was done. Will recommend Amanda Plumbing to anyone that is in need of plumbing help.

Extremely fast service for our hot water tank going out. The staff was professional and they were in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely use again.
