Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

I've had a variety of drain issues since buying my home a few years ago, and when I found water from the washing machine coming up from the drain, I expected the worst.  However, calling Drainbusters led to a faster than expected response.  Ian was great.  He explained how he would assess the issue, as well as the proposed solution.  He fixed it in less than half an hour.  The service was outstanding.

Once upon a time my tankless water heater stopped working and I searched the world of Columbus over for quotes on a new heater. I needed a company with flexibility with a  flare of tech savvy and virtual visit options. I filled out contact form after contact form and was told pictures weren't enough and someone would have to come onsite.

Until I connected with Mike of OWH.

Words can't describe how incredible my experience has been with OWH. I sent Mike a picture of my current set up and confidently talked through my options. I wanted to virtually show him the space and we were able to swiftly move to a video call. Mike understood my needs and made an excellent project recommendation. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and I LOVE that OWH has a dedicated client website and utilizes text reminders for the appointment and to notify you of when your tech(s) are on the way.

Austin and Chris were assigned to me job and are great! They answered my billions of questions with style and grace.

The checkout process was fantastic as well. I was impressed to see that they use an iPad checkout process. I immediately received an invoice that included details on my warranties. Bonus - I didn't have to register my product; Mike did it all for me!

Choosing OWH to help me with my water heating (and some light plumbing) needs was a slam dunk win decision!

This is the second time I've used Discount Drains for my plumbing needs. Taylor installed an air admittance valve for our bathroom plumbing that was not properly tied to the vent. Also, Trevor was in and out in 30 minutes after replacing the check valve on our sump pump. Each time the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with our home warranty company. Above all, they were honest, and able to solve our problems. I don't imagine ever needing to use another plumbing company!

Our basement was flooded after a big rain. Our sump pump had failed. They came to us the same morning that I called, the price was fair and reasonable and the technician was a knowledgable professional.

I called John (the owner) up and told him that I was trying to save money and that a buddy of mine would install a flood overflow valve in basement instead of using John ( Plumbing One). Big Mistake on my part!!!! Long story short my buddy drop 2 flood valve into my drain and I called John and he told me that he would come down himself to take care of it. 1st off mine you he's the owner and taking his time out to come down and take care of a problem that I cause which John was nice enough to volunteer to help out. John came down and fix all of my plumbing problems with the help of Paul which he called later on because he needed a certain tool that he didn't have in hand. Bottom line John have me as a client forever with his honesty and sincerely wanted to take care of his clients. John is a true owner he's passionate,very knowledgeable,personable, have pride in his work and works with integrity. He's a rare find. I've gone thru so many plumbing company and not once have I stay loyal. This is my 2nd time using Plumbing One and will be until I need plumbing service. I trust them and feel very confident with their work. I am telling everyone I know about John & my experience with what he did. Thank you so much John for taking your time to meet with me on after hours. I will be calling you guys soon for my sewage pipe service. I have used G&M several times since buying my first home.  They are professional, personable, and very reasonably priced.  This week my fridge water line sprung a leak - originally I was scheduled for a Friday appointment, but they had an opening so the fix got done two days early - hooray!  They are my go-to for all plumbing issues - highly recommend!

Be careful. Don't agree to the first price estimate. After I was given a price, I said that I wanted to get a second estimate and then  before I knew it their price was reduced by about half! Great news but I would rather have a good faith estimate in the first place.

We purchased a 60's house in Grove City and the previous owner was a DIY disaster. Ben Franklin has solved several problems for us over these first 2 years of ownership including a complete replacement of our sump pump. Several times we needed our drainage line snaked, cleaned and chunks of the pipe replaced (thank you previous owner for planting ivy that invades our drains right on top of the main drain to the street). The removed a kids toy stuck in the tub pipe. And a major toilet leak fix. I'm surprised they don't have our name and address memorized.

I always double check rates for things we have done and Ben Franklin is always reasonable, especially when you calculate in their pleasantness, knowledge, and ability to arrive so quickly without fail. They also guarantee their work, but we've never had to ask them to come back to repair anything they've done.

Really wanted to use this company to do the rough in for a second bathroom in my house. The guy that came out seemed nice and knew what he was doing and the price the quoted me was great. The only issue is they didn't quote me a cost to do it with a permit and I really needed that for when I plan on selling the house here in a year or two. I attempted to reach out to them multiple time to get the additional price but they would not respond to my requests.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

The business title says most everything, but I'd also add good communication and easy to work with. I was needing some work done on a property I was selling, and the company responded promptly to my inquiry on Yelp to help me gage the cost of the repair. The actual cost was slightly elevated because of increased complexity, but overall I was still satisfied on affordability and professionalism.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Called this company on a Sunday because a pipe was leaking in our basement. They were able to come fix it within two hours. Not an awful price for a Sunday either. Very friendly as well!

Joe came out to replace some cheap plastic shut off valves and a few other items. While doing so he pointed out a small leak under a sink due to someone's DIY project which was not to code. Joe took pictures so he could have some of the other plumbers give him suggestions how to address it. I appreciated that he didn't just guess on a fix. He will be wrapping up the project tomorrow as he was short on parts due to me adding some additional items.

Joe called me to let me know when he would be arriving but ended up being over an hour late. When I asked him he said an older woman was sitting on the roadside with a flat tire so he stopped to change it for her. Needless to say, I was impressed. In addition to being a good plumber, it appears he's also a good person.

Good companies tend to hire good people. I'd definitely use Amanda Plumbing in the future.

Came the same day I called. Tim was great. Nice guy and didn't mind answering my novice questions. Work was thorough an speedy. Will definitely call them again when I need them.

Great service. On time, quick communication, got me booked asap and thorough and honest diagnostics. Would definitely hire again.
