Very fast service. Went to do laundry the other day and found water all around the hot water heater. Called Mickley plumbing around 12:30 to see if they could replace it.
To make a long story short they were here and had it replaced so fast it was hard to believe. Cost was reasonable and I was able to go do my grocery shopping by 4:00.
I am so thankful that I called them, no run around no hidden cost I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Would highly recommend.

These guys are honest guys. I knew the owner when he worked at another competitor as their lead manager. Did a ton of work for our rentals and was always professional and communicative. After he left, the company went down he drain (no pun intended.) I found out that Brent started his own business with Nick doing plumbing work. They do a great job and I call them for all of my plumbing jobs. The only problem I think they have is that they are pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a while to get out to us so if you have an immediate problem, I would call but not sure how quickly they can respond due to the amount of business they are experiencing.

This review is related to billing issues D & L plumbing refused to fix in a reasonable and fair manner.

After working on an initial clog in my drain, D & L plumbing contracted with Drain Master to finish the job they could not.  Drain Master came out and found that a small piece of PVC pipe D & L installed was completely filled with a solid, crystallized substance. Drain Master informed me someone must have poured something down the drain to cause the clog.  No one in my family poured anything down the drain or touched it after D & L left. Drain master replaced the PVC pipe D & L installed, and everything worked great. D & L refused to refund the $184 I never should have been charged, as I did not cause the issue Drain Master fixed.  D & L was also not upfront or transparent in communicating that they intended to charge me $184 for what was roughly 20 minutes of Drain Master's work.

D & L Plumbing billed me for three hours of their labor for this job. When I saw the bill, I knew this was not correct, and inquired as to whether I was billed for when they needed to go back to the headquarters for needed supplies. I was informed that I was not charged for the trip to and from the business location, but that the workers clocked four hours but worked three at my house. While I did not watch the exact start and finish times, I received a text that D & L was on their way to my house at 1:16 PM. My wife arrives home from work no later than 4:20 PM, and they were already gone when she arrived. I was told that an hour was taken out for travel time to get the equipment, but that is not possible. I should have been billed for two hours of labor and not three, but they did not refund this hour.

D & L also sent out two technicians when I only asked for one.  The second gentleman appeared to be learning, and I did not agree and was not asked if it was okay to pay for someone's training time.  The trainee was a very nice guy and will probably be a great plumber someday, but the bill was deceptive, as it did not itemize the second technician's charge.  This charge was removed when I complained about it, but I never should of had to do that.

I found trying to resolve the billing issues in a reasonable fashion very frustrating, as the person I was interacting with was not at my house and was essentially telling me I was wrong when he was not there.  I did not appreciate essentially being called a liar when I was here and saw what happened.  The main D & L technician was great, but I do not trust the management or their billing practices.

Drainmasters is the most knowledgeable and professional company in Columbus. We had a huge sewer line issue and Charlie rectified the problem promptly and efficiently along with his expert staff. Tina the office manager coordinated the work appropriately. Russell and his sons, Ridge and Ryan, along with their associate Tom diagnosed and used state of the art technology in TRENCHLESS sewer repair and lined our entire main line without ruining our yard. The job was efficient, professional, clean and time sensitive. I highly recommend this outfit for jetting, descaling, and repair of any plumbing lines. We are so happy to have them as a future resource.

Matt is the best! He has been my plumber since I bought my first house 19 years ago. He tells you what needs done, gives you all the options and price, and then takes care of it. He always checks out everything to make sure I don't have any other issues I need to keep an eye on. I won't use any other plumber. He's just a really good, kind soul, too.

I called them several times to to tell them my faucet was vary loose n moved in n out n left to right. They kept telling me they would call me back and never did. I would NOT recommend them to anyone

Good Work, small family owned business, have used 3x now

I called them on Saturday evening asking if they provide emergency plumbing because my basement had flooded. I explained what was happening and he said they could get guys out the next day, great. They sent drain cleaners to the wrong address first of all, and when they got to our home they realized they were the wrong people for the job. Still charged us $140 service fee even though they did nothing. When I called back to reschedule actual plumbers I confirmed they do in fact do that type of job, and asked if we can use that service fee for when the correct people come back out. The man on the phone told me that I would have to take that up with the shop when they come - even though the techs had told my husband that that man on the phone was the owner so I'm not sure how that wouldn't be his responsibility. He said they'd call me the following morning to let me know when they could be here. A woman called me and said they couldn't come out today (Monday) but they could on Tuesday. Fine. I called Tuesday morning to check when they'd be out so I could be there, and another woman informed me that it was actually scheduled for the FOLLOWING Tuesday. So I canceled it, because it cannot wait one week. So now we are out $140 for literally nothing, when the entire miscommunication was on them. I explained what happened and they should be able to understand what I need - because I am not in this profession. The guy told me that he thought I said I had sewage backup, which I absolutely did not say. And he acted like it was my fault. Their techs have been out to us before and they themselves had been great and helped us out, but unfortunately their dispatchers are terrible at communicating. We would have continued to use them, but now we will not again.

Had the pleasure of having Brian Merrill out to give us a few estimates. He was super helpful and wasn't pushy at all definitely will be giving him a call once we decide on which project to knock out first

Would call again. Professionals with fair pricing. They specialize in outside plumbing though. I had them remove a sewer yard trap that was clogging. They brought a camera out to check the pipes, as they should.

We called Handley to fix a leak in our pipes and he came out, said he fixed the issue, we paid him $80, and he left. Then we checked, and the pipes were still leaking. He came out three more times in attempts to fix the leak. Each time he left he said that he fixed the issue, but after laying down newspaper, we found out he had not. The leak kept changing location. Finally we got fed up with his inability to fix the leak and how disorganized he was, so we called Russell Strouse ((614) 496-6694) who was able to fix the leak in 30 minutes with no issues--he's great! I called Handley and asked for a refund, and he refused. I will never use his services again, and I recommend you don't either.

Showed up 6 hours late, said he fixed my toilet but an hour later it was worse than before. When I messaged him about it he made a racist comment about how we should be lucky we're allowed to have private bathrooms.
