Receptionist is horrible to work with (unprofessional, unreliable, etc). I had countless issues with her trying to schedule drain work at my home for 3-4 days straight. Workers forgot appropriate equipment, never showed, showed late, etc all because she couldn't communicate with them correctly. The actual plumbers who came to fix my drain were absolutely wonderful though. I had a tough situation that was difficult to troubleshoot but they were dedicated and stayed until the problem was fixed.

Matt is the best! He has been my plumber since I bought my first house 19 years ago. He tells you what needs done, gives you all the options and price, and then takes care of it. He always checks out everything to make sure I don't have any other issues I need to keep an eye on. I won't use any other plumber. He's just a really good, kind soul, too.

I took a chance with this company even though there were no reviews for me to compare and I want to say that I am pleased with the work they completed.  I was later informed that today was their first day advertising on yelp, so hey I took a chance and it worked out perfectly. They replaced my 100amp breaker panel with a 200 amp service they were informative, polite, and respectful and $250 cheaper than everyone else!!! Came out same day, arrived earlier than estimated, and helped us figure things out quickly as well as gave us advice for preventing future problems. Charged a very reasonable minimum for the call out.  Very helpful, thank you!!

We called CPR after a sewer back up with all the rain a couple of days ago. It was too late Sunday for them to get out, the schedule was full. They added me to Monday and were here in the afternoon. The cleared the drain AND cleaned the area!! They were helpful and offered some strategies for moving forward. Hope I don't need to call them again soon, but I do I will not hesitate!

I am a recently retired general contractor and got an estimate to repair a leak under a kitchen sink. The part actually cost about $10. It also included rooting the drain line 50' they included for some reason changing the basket strainer. The total was $1319. On one of the estimates just changing two angle stops was $500. Angle stops are those are the little valves under the sink or behind a toilet, they cost about $8 and with two crescent wrenches both can be replaced under a sink in about ten minutes.  They also gave several other estimates for things they weren't called for, I have no problem with that. But the prices they were quoting was about 10 times what I was charging three years ago. Literally I estimated they were attempting to make over $900/hr on a variety of things. They were also attempting to double charge at their ridiculous rates by quoting for the same work on different lines just wording it a little differently and charging a completely different price for the same work. I have seen some outrageous prices from subcontractor estimates before but nothing like this. I extrapolated out they must expect to make almost $2,000,000 per employee per year.

I guess all good things must come to an end. After a few good experiences we scheduled them again for the annual snaking of the drain.

The first appointment they cancelled a couple of hours before the appointment, they said they were stuck at another job - it happens.

Rescheduled for a few days later, they showed up and said they would not move the appliances to get to the sewage line [they always did this in the past]. Then they said only Mike could move appliances.

So we rescheduled for when Mike got back from vacation. Then just before Mike was supposed to show up, Mike called and said he wouldn't move appliances anymore either. Thanks for jerking us around for 2 weeks.

We called Handley to fix a leak in our pipes and he came out, said he fixed the issue, we paid him $80, and he left. Then we checked, and the pipes were still leaking. He came out three more times in attempts to fix the leak. Each time he left he said that he fixed the issue, but after laying down newspaper, we found out he had not. The leak kept changing location. Finally we got fed up with his inability to fix the leak and how disorganized he was, so we called Russell Strouse ((614) 496-6694) who was able to fix the leak in 30 minutes with no issues--he's great! I called Handley and asked for a refund, and he refused. I will never use his services again, and I recommend you don't either.

Showed up 6 hours late, said he fixed my toilet but an hour later it was worse than before. When I messaged him about it he made a racist comment about how we should be lucky we're allowed to have private bathrooms.
