Nathan repaired numerous leaks in our aging plumbing and replaced a problematic washing machine valve box. He did quality, professional work for a reasonable price and left the areas cleaner than when he started. I'm a totally satisfied customer.

Great price and service. Started on time, key to any service, and got the work done quickly. Admittedly i waited a bit long to call for quotes, had a back-up before they were due to start work, came out and cleared line and didnt charge! Would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to call again for all my sewer and drain needs. Thanks for the great job.

I clogged up my sink drain by putting cabbage down it and then pushed it down deep into the drain. Dave came out and took care of business in no time flat. He was very reasonable on his charges. Thank you Dave for being such a great example of professionalism in the business.

~Overpriced service
~Initial quotes are not what the final cost was
~Lack of caring about customer service
~Will never use again
~Only writing this to save others their own money & time, as our money & time have clearly already been wasted.

American Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a friend so I gave them a call regarding my plumbing needs. What was refreshing is that they actually called on the way to my home to let me know that they would be arriving shortly. Mike, the owner, arrived at the scheduled time with his assistant. They took care of the back-up of water in my basement and snaked my drains. Mike insisted on returning the following week and snaked the drain again to insure that the drains were clear of any tree root matter. I thought that the service and level of professionalism was superb and their charges were very reasonable. They even cleaned/rinsed the basement floor and removed all debris. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable plumber who appears to truly care about customer satisfaction.

Prompt service, skilled technicians. I had a sewage pump installed (I know it's an easy thing to do yourself but I didn't want the hassle). Mark Edward was very knowledgeable in the phone. His guys only took 30min to do the job which was great. I was quoted an hourly rate of 120$. When it came to paying after the cost of the pump itself was 164$ for the labour which had a travel fee for picking up/delivering the pump. It would have been nice to have known about that extra travel fee before is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star.

I first used Perrysburg Plumbing 17 years ago to service a water heater in our newly purchased house. They have earned my business again and again over the years since. I appreciate that they have a service tech on call all the time. I now use their monthly service plan that gets me spring and winter annual service for heating and cooling. I have used their plumbing services to install bathroom faucets and toilets, and they have always gotten the service right the first time. The service reps have been consistent year in and year out. I see the same guys come to my house and they know my system. They don't push to sell a new furnace or AC unit, but will give you options and an honest opinion of how long my current units will last. I purchased a new Bryant furnace and have been very happy with it. I recommend Perrysburg Plumbing to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Totally unresponsive. Called for an estimate to install central air and related ductwork. Met the putz at my house during the day. You know, took time off work to drive back home and all that just to meet the guy. Anyway, he came by, looked around, and said he'd be back with an estimate. And I never heard from the schmuck again, even after repeated phone calls. I wound up going with Cross Heating, which did an excellent job at a competitive price.
Bottom line: If you feel like wasting your time, taking time off work, and meeting the guy at your house, only to have the schmuck not even draw up an estimate, never mind return any of your phone calls, Lewandowski is the guy for you. If you actually want the job done, on the other hand, go elsewhere. I went with Cross, and was very happy with the decision.

They charged $200.00 just to pull in my driveway. then charge $400.00 to pressure check the return line. said it was leaking . Next the used a listening device to check for leaks. Marked the spot total charge was $850.00. we cut the concreat back to the skimmer from there mark,no leaks were found. Called several times and not response for 4 days. After speaking with the agent that checked the lines he said there are no guarantees they could find the leak. Asked for his supervisor to call me yesterday and he still has not called me back.
