We are snowbirds and have a home in the greater Toledo area.  As I had a terrible experience with another Toledo company last year I decided to find a new plumber by reading reviews of plumbers in the area. The reviews of Drain Master were generally very good or excellent.  Their service did not disappoint!!   My initial call was answered quickly and professionally.  Scheduling was easy. I received a phone call 1/2 hour when they were on their way.  The plumber, Scott, was incredible!  He was not only professional and extremely knowledgable.   Not only did he deal with the issue we called about, but also was happy to look at another issue and provide  a free estimate.  In fact, he pulled an intact drinking glass out of our plugged garbage disposal which meant we did not have to buy a new one!   We definitely will be using Drain Master in the future.  They are customer friendly, knowledgeable, cost effective.

Had tree root problems. Doug came out and did-RIGHT what another company neglected. He was Super nice, respectful, professional, and helpful. Even took the time to call me, give me extra status on how the work was going. Made sure everything drained with a whole house water test. Very economical. Very above board without hidden fees. Mary in the office was awesome, taking time to listen and helping me schedule the service. Great crew all around.

I have used Franklin sanitation for years for my basement sewer drain problems. They are quick to respond and do a great job and they are very knowledgeable!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night (on a
Monday, no less). I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found Definitely Handy, I requested a quote on Yelp and they responded within minutes. They arrived, and soon my toilet was flushing like it was brand new! Appreciated them walking me through the process and answering all my questions. Definitely took customer service a step further with that.

We called Drain Doctor in the morning (recommended by a friend), and explained we had a clogged shower drain. Right at the scheduled time, Rob W. called that he was on his way, and was soon at our door to unclog the drain. He gave us an estimate up front, then went to work. He had it draining again in no time. We were so pleased we asked him to rooter a slow running sink drain too. He cleaned his work areas after, made paying easy, and gave us our receipt.
(*Rob is a 3rd generationMaster plumber.) He really knows his plumbing, he did an awesome job.
We will be calling Drain Doctor first for all our future plumbing needs.

If I could give zero stars I will. Al bell is a con man.  he said he was a plumber and he had to dig 10 feet down and out  to fix my pipes and he would also snake my drain at least a hundred feet out. 8 hours later Al bell said another guy was coming to my home and this guy name Sean said he was the plumber and Al bell does not do any plumbing work. Of course I was confused but I needed the job done I first gave Al Bell a deposit then Sean started working but first Sean told me that he did not have to dig to replace my pipes the only reason I agreed to the price was because they had to dig to replace my pipes Sean use a plastic bag some pipes to do the job .  never came back to snake my drain never came back to cap off some of the pipes that he said he was going to cap off never came back to seal the hole that he created in my basement. Sean told me I had to give him $900 I explain to him I was not told to give him $900 I was told to give him $600 so Sean called Al  Bell did not pick up his phone Al sent my number and Sean's number to voicemail I explained to Sean that Al needs to refund me some money because you did not do the job that he said you needed to do and that's the only reason why I agreed to that amount up until now al bell has been dodging me . Shit has been backed up into my house because it was not snaked I am taking him to court if anyone else is having issues with this guy send me a message and we will get this resolved.
