Randy and Austin are exceptional in their response and service. Austin fixed a dripping tub faucet. He was professional, thorough, fixed the problem and left everything neat. I needed my water heater repaired for my property while I was out of town. I got a fair estimate and within a few hours the water heater that I thought was going to need to be replaced all together only needed a repair. The technician was honest and upfront with what actually needed done. He even sent me pictures of his finished work!

I really appreciated being kept informed and  not being over charged! That's rare nowadays.

Our PVC underhouse plumbing broke and flooded the crawlspace with septic discharge (and that is the nice way of putting it).  The clean-up was *way* beyond my abilities, so my wife took to the neighborhood app to see who was recommended and Mammoth got a lot of positive reviews.

Fast forward a few weeks - they put some chemicals to address the biological and removed contaminated rocks, they also resealed (Plastic liner) and re-rocked the crawlspace.  This was heavy-duty, hard labor; thanks a million Mammoth and specifically: Josh Justice!

Very quick to respond!! Super friendly, reasonable prices and does a great job!! I've used them about three times in the past year!!

Bernie came out quickly with such a short notice and got right to work. We had tree roots clogging our main drain and Bernie worked with such expertise and experience to get the roots unclogged. He used different types of blades and worked diligently and explained the process step by step for us. He came highly recommend to us and if we ever need any plumbing issues in the future he's the one we will call.

I have used Absolute for several years to open/close my system. They did well enough, but things were always a bit off and I finally cut bait after my last experience. Over the years they have done winterization and inevitably the back-flow explodes over the winter and needs to be replaced. Obviously the system wasn't winterized properly. They were never bad enough to look elsewhere and convenient enough, so I let it go.

This past winterization trip I could tell that the technician had missed several zones as my phone alerts me in real time as to when a zone runs. When I went to talk to the tech and mention he had missed a few zones, he started slamming things in his truck. He was angry with me - why would I have zones disabled!? The order was for five zones?! That zone doesn't show up on my phone!!! I was aghast.

Huffing, puffing and slamming the air hose around, the tech reconnected and blew out much of the same zones again yet not some of the ones I mentioned he missed. Later the tech texted me that he isn't usually short and apologized. Thanks, I guess.

I immediately emailed the main office and their response was to get me scheduled two weeks out to have it redone by another tech. No apology. No explanation. No back pedaling. No mention of having addressed it with the employee. I told them to forget it and I would look elsewhere. At that point I got an apology for the miscommunication. There was no miscommunication. Their technician was simply out of control and over the line over nothing.

There are so many irrigation companies, it's not worth the heartburn to deal with whatever is going on here.

Austin is fantastic! Fixed our dishwasher in a timely manner. Even came out the same day we requested service. Will definitely reach out in the future.

Mike has always done a great job servicing our home. He takes the time to explain what he had found and provides me my options. All around good experience.

Will unfortunately never use again! Had a drain back up, they came and unblocked (so we thought) on Friday. I went out of town Sat-Tues & upon returning the blockage was back again. They came out again and went thru the main drain this time instead of the drain cleanout outside.! We were charged twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time only 5 days prior!! Also While blowing out the pipes they backed up a drain in another room. They put down paper towels and never cleaned them up. They just left them on the floor along with all the sewage they pushed up through the pipes.  They left a mess in my basement along with dirty water up and down my carpeted basement stairs(see picture). The crew that came out worked hard and were nice, but they should clean up after themselves and not leave dirty water and towels all over the floor. They don't guarantee their work, so if it isn't done correctly the first time, expect to keep paying until they get it right.
