We came back from vacation to a clogged sewer pipe. Roy's Rooter was there in 45 min on a Sunday. Bob was extremely helpful and friendly!  I had an appointment with a bigger company and they gave me a 4hr window and after 3.5 hrs they called to tell me they were running late...frustrated I checked Google reviews and I called Roy's. Next time I'll call Roy's first.

The price was less than the bigger company and he came on a Sunday afternoon. Also Bob offered helpful ideas for planning and protecting my house in the future.  Skip the big company and go with Roy's Rooter!

Called them this morning for plumbing issues and by this afternoon it was fixed. Ben did a great job I highly recommend their plumbing services!

I've lived in Marion for 17 years now and have had several occasions to hire someone to clear my sewer pipe.  I've always used Harold's Rooter Service and been happy with the job they do every time.  Their prices are very reasonable.

Mulbarger was prompt, efficient, and professional at repairing a tub leak and restoring hot water for the tub at my mom's home. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

Aaron was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable about his field; but easy to understand when he describes what needs to be done.

I will absolutely work with AK again.

Our toilet would not flush and was always getting clogged. We called Fraley plumbing and they responded quickly and professionally! Some of the best service I have ever had! We now have a permanent plumber to call if we ever need something fixed! I would recommend Fraley plumbing to any and all of my friends.

One-day promise turned into 5 days. It was an emergency because my mom could not use her toilet or sinks. They showed up at 10:30 and stayed to 2:30. Next day, they were in such a hurry to leave at 2, they broke the water main. City had to be called and the gushing water finally got turned off at 8pm.  The next few days, ONE guy spent a few hours a day working. My mom's yard is a huge mess. I know better not to pay up front, but I was desperate and thought they would make her a priority. Mike promised to fix a couple little leaks in the basement for my inconvenience, but they ran with the $6000 plus and ran.

I have used them a couple of times- they came out quick, professional, fair price. One time the issue was was user error and he fixed in two minutes and didn't charge me for being a moron :). Now that's integrity and good service!

Extremely Unsatisfied. He does really bad work, but interestingly when his job is done, he says he is very satisfied with the work he has done for you. He is very arrogant also. Initially he will talk nice but once you pay him off, he will not take responsibility of any bad work he has done. Who is he to make that judgement. He boasts a lot about himself saying what he has done and what not.

Stay away from him. Instead try Sprinkler Doctor or Sweet water systems in the same price range. They will not rip you off. Well, these are the ones my friends and colleague have used and they are satisfied with the after sales service.

I will not recommend this Nationwide Irrigation to anyone.

Well, I do not want to be specific here. I have written this to help people make known decision. If i have to market, i would market one company not two. Well for your information i would recommend Rain One for that matter, but they are expensive. If you want to be in the same price range as Nationwide Irrigation, the other two are much better because their work is good and i have talked to people who have used their services.

****BEWARE**** This is a scam operation. I hired Handyman Guys to have an under-sink leak addressed and the baseboard repaired. He told me he was finished and it looked like he completed the work, so I paid him. After he left, I realized the new baseboard wasn't fully attached so I lifted up the corner. Lo and behold, he left the rotted and moldy baseboard under the sink and just put a thin cosmetic layer over it to look like he had actually done something. Oh, and the sink is still leaking. ***ZERO STARS***

After about 20 interactions with this company, I've come to the conclusion that it's hit or miss.  Sometimes technicians will be friendly and helpful (AC/Furnace and Plumbing interactions come to mind).  The others tend to forget about your discount club discount or act like they get a commission if they sell you the platinum fix as opposed to the necessary fix (Electric and Plumbing interactions come to mind).  

Of the times where things have been realllly bad, I've been given refunds or not charged (as was the case with my previous review).  That's good and all, I'd just prefer to not have to guess if it's Jekyll or Hyde that's going to show up when my pipes are leaking.

If you're new to the house owning game, I'd suggest being wary.  Not to say they can't do quality work, I'd just say it's not always a given, which can be mentally and financially frustrating.  If you have patience and some know-how, I'd say they could be worth the call.
