Wonderful customer service! We had a leaking hot water tank and Bob was the only plumber in the area willing to provide same-day service. He put in extra time (showed up at the end of his work day), provided an upfront quote, worked with us to reduce cost, and quickly replaced the tank. Additionally, he was willing to look at a slow-running faucet for us after swapping hot water tanks. Bob goes above and beyond just providing plumbing services and I would highly recommend him.

Called them this morning for plumbing issues and by this afternoon it was fixed. Ben did a great job I highly recommend their plumbing services!

I've lived in Marion for 17 years now and have had several occasions to hire someone to clear my sewer pipe.  I've always used Harold's Rooter Service and been happy with the job they do every time.  Their prices are very reasonable.

Mulbarger was prompt, efficient, and professional at repairing a tub leak and restoring hot water for the tub at my mom's home. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

I deleted the review posted 7-11 critical of the service I rec'd on June 1.  Aaron K, the owner, sent Chris to correct the problem and I am more than pleased with Chris professionalism and patience in explaining why the previous tech turned my system off at the summer start up and did not tell me.  Look forward to working with Chris in the future for the winterization.

Reached out for assistance with a plumbing job via thumbtack. Have waited a week for someone to respond to ask me more about the job, give me a quote, something. This is very poor customer service. I was hoping to establish with a local plumber for this job and any future jobs. I guess it will not be Fraley Plumbing and Repair.

One-day promise turned into 5 days. It was an emergency because my mom could not use her toilet or sinks. They showed up at 10:30 and stayed to 2:30. Next day, they were in such a hurry to leave at 2, they broke the water main. City had to be called and the gushing water finally got turned off at 8pm.  The next few days, ONE guy spent a few hours a day working. My mom's yard is a huge mess. I know better not to pay up front, but I was desperate and thought they would make her a priority. Mike promised to fix a couple little leaks in the basement for my inconvenience, but they ran with the $6000 plus and ran.

I have used them a couple of times- they came out quick, professional, fair price. One time the issue was was user error and he fixed in two minutes and didn't charge me for being a moron :). Now that's integrity and good service!

Extremely Unsatisfied. He does really bad work, but interestingly when his job is done, he says he is very satisfied with the work he has done for you. He is very arrogant also. Initially he will talk nice but once you pay him off, he will not take responsibility of any bad work he has done. Who is he to make that judgement. He boasts a lot about himself saying what he has done and what not.

Stay away from him. Instead try Sprinkler Doctor or Sweet water systems in the same price range. They will not rip you off. Well, these are the ones my friends and colleague have used and they are satisfied with the after sales service.

I will not recommend this Nationwide Irrigation to anyone.

Well, I do not want to be specific here. I have written this to help people make known decision. If i have to market, i would market one company not two. Well for your information i would recommend Rain One for that matter, but they are expensive. If you want to be in the same price range as Nationwide Irrigation, the other two are much better because their work is good and i have talked to people who have used their services.

A man came out to give us an estimate, looked around, said he would email us an estimate and we never heard from him again.  Thumbs down.

Be careful before you sign any agreement with this company!

I signed a long-term agreement with this company for routine service and they failed to mention that they will not cover any product warranties except Maytag. We do not have a Maytag HVAC system and now they tell me they will not honor any other HVAC manufacturer's warranty. So, basically I will need to hire another HVAC contractor to come out and repair our units if a part under warranty needs to be replaced (or pay them for a part that would be covered under warranty). I sure wish they would have explained this up-front (especially since manufacturer's warranties typically cover parts for 10-12 years)!

The more frustrating part is when I called and tried to explain that this probably should have been mentioned up-front, the owner's wife (who is in charge of their service agreements) said well, you signed the agreement and we can not cancel or refund any agreement. She did not seem too concerned about the extra money it will cost me...or understand that this is not really good business.

I like all the technicians that we have dealt with at this company, but be very careful before you sign anything with this company. And, don't expect any kind of customer service if you have an issue!
