It is always critical to have a utility repair person/company that you can have confidence in. Property -Tech Industries is that company for me. This the second time for me to use this outstanding electric repair company.  Today I had the pleasure of having John take care of my electrical issues. John was at my residence exactly when he said he would be. I received a few estimate a few days ago and this company is more than fair with their estimate. John is very knowledgeable and explains all of the work to be completed as well as performing a walk through afterwards to ensure your satisfaction. They are a six star company and I highly recommend them!

Michelle really made things easy on me. I am an out of town landlord and my renters were without electric in 1/2 of the house on a Sunday. Michelle was willing to go out right away. The next day when the job was done he emailed me the invoice and that was that. He really made the whole process smooth.

Forgot the rest call the best. Call Air Quest. My AC wasn't working. I was new around here. I looked up local shops on the internet. Looked at some reviews. And called Air Quest. Some guy named Mike Huffman came out and quickly fixed my Ac. I was sooo thankful and so was my wife. We were finally going to get a good nights sleep. I ask how much? He said because you're a Vet. Give me what I got in it. I almost hugged him . Turns out he's the owner. The point is that he could of tried to sell anew unit. And I would have bought it. He said not right now. TRUST. It's earned. Previous reviews talk about their drivers. They obviously don't care too much about it since they haven't responded to those reviews or to me reaching out to them directly to complain. I was trying to drive safely past daycare facilities and their drivers speed and drive recklessly instead. I can't trust that their drivers care much about anything else if they're willing to treat others badly. Will never turn to this company for future work.

My home warranty company sent these jerks.

The house we bought didn't cut it when I turned on the heat. I went downstairs and found gaps in the ducts and holes in the furnace plenum that were simply stuffed with copious amounts of painter's caulk.

So, these guys show up in those little paper boots, and walk through. One finds that there is a duct that had been disconnected and not properly capped. I said, what about these gaps in the sheet metal, what about the plenum, etc. I pointed to the problems. He said It's not a big deal for an old house. He then suggested I get the ducts cleaned by them, and consider brand new ducts for $5,500.

I demanded that he fix a few things. He then stated that HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY TOOLS. HE ASKED IF HE COULD BORROW A HAMMER, NAILS, SCREWS, AND A DRILL. I leant them to him. He then said a work crew would return in 2 days and left.

No work crew, no parts ordered, I called the company twice, and they didn't do anything.

WHO THE HELL SHOWS UP TO REPAIR AN HVAC SYSTEM WITHOUT ANY TOOLS???!!!!  WOW.
