Needed a quick electrical troubleshoot the day before Thanksgiving to get my stove working in time for the holidays. Tony literally answered the phone from in the dentist's chair and came over within 45 minutes. He fixed the stove and even took a look at a couple outlets for no additional charge. He took the time to explain what he was doing. Will definitely call YUPRS again.

I needed a garbage disposal removed and sink repaired, so I called several places. All estimates were about the same, but G&K seemed the most friendly and professional on the phone, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he said he would, and his work was great. It ended up costing less that the estimate. I plan to call them again if I ever need plumbing work in the future.

Brent and his team, including Mike and Andrew, have been amazing, working on a project for us. We highly recommend Tischbiens Services, we will be using them in the future. They've been prompt, courteous, and professional!

Go to plumber in the area. My dad and I have had plumbing for remodeling and repairs throughout the years. Ted and his son recently came out to replace my water heater I'm very happy with the work and professionalism they had wouldn't recommend anyone else. I've dealt with other larger well known plumbing companies in the past and they all have hidden costs fees(restocking fee) etc. Any type of plumbing needs call Ted Crew.

I had a sewer ventilation leak. They came out....did not repair the issue, however charged me $500. You might want to steer clear of these thieves.

After several HVAC companies, we finally found a keeper. Not just fair and honest, but they take the time to so thoroughly check absolutely everything. (example: code came up as faulty gas switch. Over $600 just for the part. Josh took over an hour and 1/2 to run diagnostics and check every little part and wire to see if there was an alternative to buying a whole new switch. Turned out there was, and it was over $500 less. Any one else could've just run the code and been done with it.) And, I appreciate how he walked me through and explained what each part is, what the function is, how one relays to the other, etc. This is the 2nd time I've called them out, 1st was for AC last year, and same thing - honest and reliable service. They are so respectful of the fact that money is tight for some people - you want to know where it's going, and you want to save as much as you can. I would never call anyone else.

These plumbers are as good as they get. They are prompt, courteous, and do not do extra work that doesn't need to be done.

I own a 1 year old home and I had an issue with sewage coming into the basement. Gentry was brought to the home by the builder to find the issue, first day he came out completely with a snake to remove the clog but it was to far for it to reach. He came back a day later with a scope and larger snake so that he could see where the issue was, inspect the pipe per my request, and remove any clogs. He snaked the drain and left, and as I was not home and remotely gave him access, he was in contact with me the entire time. I did have a couple very minor grievances about the experience, but ultimately were very manageable by myself and not worth harming the reputation of Gentry or it's employees. Their prices are fair, not the best but fair. They are informative and got the job done in a timely manor.

My AC went out over the weekend. My preferred repairman was not available so I called Geiler. The only positive is that I called Saturday at 8:00am and he came out by 1:00pm.
He told me that me freon was leaking but he couldn't see where from or how much because the lines were frozen. Told me that he doesn't need to check that I just need to replace the unit because refilling the freon alone would be $1000. The charge for diagnosing was $89. At a minimum, he could have offered to come back when they were thawed so I actually had a proper diagnosis.
I waited or my normal repair to look at it a few days later and he was able to fix it for $400.

Called to ask about getting a part and open hours. He told me had the part and was open to come on down. I headed out in a driving rain storm and found the store. Parked and dashed through the rain to the front door which said open to find it locked. Called the jerk and said the door is locked. He told me come around to the side door in the driving rain. It to was locked. So I jumped back in my car and called him again to say the side door is locked. He laughed at me and said to come to the back door. I left. Apparently he thought it was funny that I was going from locked door to locked door in a driving rain and he was unwilling to walk through and unlock the door. What a dickhead

Overcharges. Bill was twice as much time as actual time. And even then, plumber they sent out moved like molasses in the winter The plumber that was sent out was unprepared. He had to borrow my tools to deal with the problem, and then he left a mess.

Did main sewer line repair.
Sent subcontractor and never told me until they showed up. Main line backs up again 1.5 years later. 3 guys from company show up and tell me that the subcontractor that was sent was fired and they have been doing repairs on their work ever since and that mine was done wrong as well and would be fixed at no charge and someone will get back with me. Tell me another collapse in an area that was supposed to have been replaced during the original repair but wasn't. . No one called. So I called. Then they come and now suddenly want me to pay for more work due to bad job that they had told me would be fixed with no charge before. No one has called me back again about this, and I'm completely disgusted with all of this. My clean out sits at an angle so it can never be cut off and my yard looks ridiculous. This was a reputable company when I hired them. Trying to find name of president of the company so I can try to get him to address this problem and not ignore me.
