I have now used these guys 3 times.  The first job was simple, a leaking pipe, and didn't take more than an hour.  I was happy with their work and they only charged me $120.00, including parts.  Next project was multiple items and snaking some slow drains. That was a bit more expensive but less than I was expecting, and again I was pleased with their workmanship and cost. This third job they had to hook up everything in our new kitchen, run supply & drain lines, and snake all the drains in our other house. Again, a great job done quickly.  These guys are prompt, polite, very clean, and careful.  They tolerated my dog hanging around while they were working.  They are very knowledgeable about how to do their work the best way.  I am impressed with the quality of their work and really would not think of hiring any other plumber ever again. Bob, and his dad before him, have done my in-law's family plumbing for decades. He's our absolute go-to guy! His knowledge and response times are excellent and his pricing and treatment are always more than fair. No worried about getting ripped off with this guy!

The guys with drain smith are amazing. Fair pricing that you would trust sending them to your moms house. They came very quickly and tried for almost 1&1/2 hrs to unclog my main line. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend them!  They also offer great rates on drain lining instead of digging. I'll be using them for this in the future.

I had a list of plumbing projects that I wanted completed for my own peace of mind. The projects ranged from replacing the kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal, putting in a shut off valve to the outside faucet, replacing valves and/or washers in the bathrooms/laundry area and rebuilding a toilet. Nothing was urgent. Jeremy listened to my list on the phone and came over that afternoon to see the projects. The next day he called with  bid which was reasonable and I accepted. He was able to schedule my projects, complete them in a timely fashion and at the bid price.  I highly recommend.

I have been very pleased with the plumbers that have come to my home. The office managers scheduling, but the plumber calls on the way, a text is sent with the plumber's picture and rating. They come in the time window promised. I've appreciated the thoroughness of these plumbers and I believe I have been treated honestly.

Overstated the job hours and added travel time to overcharge me. Charged me for 2 hours for a 1 hour job.

Neiheisel responded quickly to a recent emergency situation. This was a huge stress reliever for my family. Extremely friendly, quick, & efficient work. I'll continue to use them for all future plumbing needs. I would absolutely recommend!

As a renter who was experiencing a hot water line leak that three of our building's maintenance technicians were unable to diagnose or repair, this business really came to our rescue in a pinch. 1 Tom Plumber sent someone out, who was able to diagnose the issue within minutes, come up with a solution, and was ready to begin work immediately. Unfortunately, our building's management has water shut-off policies that held them up for 24hrs, but once they were able to resume work, they  were done quicker than I could have imagined.  They had the ceiling pieces out, making as little intrusion as possible into the drywall, and cut out the bad part of the line, fitted a new piece in, and cleaned up perfectly. I wish there were a 10-star option, because I can't thank these guys enough. In an emergency, these are the fellas to call.

I have used Mike Andary twice now and he is a straight shooter that I trust.  He does not mess around and just gets it done and done right.  I love that!

Recently, had a big mess with a water line that was put in poorly by the builder and broke after 7 years.  Andary Plumbing came out right away and got it fixed the next day including fixing all the errors by the original contractors (putting sand around the pipe, rounding the pipe into the house not angles, etc.). To top it all off the price was more than reasonable!

Showed up exactly when promised, the electrician was very friendly and professional, got the job done right and in a timely basis.  Couldn't ask for anything more.

I had Eric come out and take a look at my bathroom sink. He gave me very professional advice. He was also on time and the communication was great. It is hard to find a plumber that you trust, but I would trust Wake Plumbing with any of my plumbing needs. Thanks again!

HORRIBLE - do not use! Smith was assigned to us by our warranty company as well. First of all, they do not answer the phone. Ever. And they don't return calls. After my warranty company called them for me twice, they finally called me and told me they would have someone out within an hour - I was at work - good thing my husband was home! We paid our $100 deductible only to find out the service wasn't covered under the warranty. So I called Smith and left a message to call me back to schedule the service anyway. Waited three hours, no call. Called again and left a message, no call. Three more hours and I had my husband call and leave a message. No call. Finally decided to eat the $100 and go with someone who actually answers the phone. Ridiculous.

Would give no stars if I could. After rescheduling three times they still showed up an hour later than promised. I don't care how good a job they do, my schedule was thrown into complete disarray
