So I moved into this house and I did not have a tub shower kitchen and my pipes were old rusting away and breaking in my basement so I found Mike the Plumber online Mike was here within 2 hours on an emergency call he completed installing my pipes and my shower unit the same day here and new pipes to my kitchen faucet he fix my busted pipes in the basement he also fix my furnace he was professional prompt polite and most of all affordable it's a minion to being able to find a plumber on such short notice was appreciated I would highly recommend him to anyone

We came back from vacation to a clogged sewer pipe. Roy's Rooter was there in 45 min on a Sunday. Bob was extremely helpful and friendly!  I had an appointment with a bigger company and they gave me a 4hr window and after 3.5 hrs they called to tell me they were running late...frustrated I checked Google reviews and I called Roy's. Next time I'll call Roy's first.

The price was less than the bigger company and he came on a Sunday afternoon. Also Bob offered helpful ideas for planning and protecting my house in the future.  Skip the big company and go with Roy's Rooter!

This company has done several jobs for me for my HVAC and they have always been quick to respond and quick to solve any issues. I have been very pleased with their service and do not hesitate to recommend them. Mr. Gompf genuinely cares that you may be cold in winter or hot in summer. He and his team do their utmost to respond quickly and get you comfortable.

Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Most definitely have found our go to for around the house repairs and/or remodeling.. very good price, professional and polite.

Called Dillingham's Plumbing for a problem with our bathroom sink and were thrilled they were able to come to our house within 24 hours of our phone call.  John was helpful and courteous and we couldn't ask for better service.

Dixon Plumbing is a breath of fresh air when it comes to plumbing. I had gotten a few quotes from other companies who priced the job out of this world. I contacted Dixon after finding them on Yelp. They sent someone out the same day to quote the job where able to start and finish the work one day later. They did and amazing job. The next time I need some work done they will be the only company I call.

I recommend him very highly! Honest, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced! Local business man not a huge franchise!

The service technician was on time, knowledgeable and took his time to dumb it down and explain what was wrong and what my options were to fix my water heater.

Jody is great. Others not. 84 year old mother called for leaking faucet. Another person came out, replaced a washer and left her with a still leaking faucet and a $130 bill. We were able to find the part for less than $40. Nothing like charging an old lady a lot of money and not fixing the problem.

Zach Gibbs was polite, professional and on time.  We had a shower leaking through our ceiling and he needed to cut through the drywall to figure out the problem.  He made sure to cover all of our furniture completely to ensure nothing got drywall on it and was able to quickly figure out the problem and make suggestions on next steps.  Highly recommend!

When asked if he was going to clean up he said he was going to get a shop vac then left and never came back! This is the second time this has happened at our place of business. Would never recommend!

Super friendly, quick service, reasonably priced, and local family owned! I had (2) bathrooms remodeled, a discharge line moved in my crawl space, and had my water heater serviced most recently. Beyond impressed with my experience!

I called first thing this morning because our water softener is beyond my understanding. He said that he'd come out about 4:00. Great! I sent him a picture of our unit. He shows up and tells my husband he doesn't work on the non-digital water softeners. He could have saved us $95 and trying to get someone home to be there for the service call. He blew through in under 30 minutes. I'll give him 1 star for showing up as he said he would. What a waist! Oh, but he shared information on a unit for drinking water system for $1500 and we already have one.

While fixing our sewer line issue, an employee used a forklift at our business without permission and drove it through our front door damaging the door frame and automatic opening sensor for the door. Steve (the owner) said he would gladly pay for the damage. He never returned to the job site after that day and is not answering phone calls or emails. Would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional. Steve, if you are reading this please call me. I am not happy.

This company has bad business practices. They claimed they fixed my leaking toilet and guaranteed it for 30 days. When it started leaking again in few hours, I called to have them come back and they claimed I must have sat on the toilet too hard and broken it, which is strange since it had not been used. They then said the problem was not fixable. A different plumber I called out was shocked to see the G & R fix was a wax seal inside the tank, which was no fix at all. The real fix was replacing a part, something the plumber at G & R could not figure out. Save yourself aggravation and find a different plumber.
