Gore Plumbing

On a desperate call to have someone come and fix my water heater that had been broken for a couple of days, all plumbers in town were busy and could not take the job. Luckily I found Paul and he came quickly the same day, gave me an estimate and got the work done the day after! I was so relieved!

Add to that the fact that the price was right and everyone in the company was a pleasure to work with. They now became the first number I'm going to call in case I need a plumber again.

I am writing this review based on my interaction with Gore plumbing, not on their services. A few weeks ago I had them come out to give a bid on plumbing for my shower, washer and dishwasher. I was told by Gore that the next step was for them to get back to me with an estimate. After over a week of no communication I called them to find out what the ETA was for the estimate. I got a voicemail back saying that they have declined to give me an estimate for the work. No explanation!! They seem nice enough but watch out. What a waste of time.

It was 3° outside, we had no water in our house.  A pipe (copper) had burst under the house in an area hard to reach.  Gore Plumbing sent someone out promptly and he replaced the section of copper pipe in less than an hour, competent, professional, polite.  We're very grateful, our day no longer ruined.  Highly recommended!
