Wish i could give him 10 stars! I own a few rental units and John has helped me for several years. All i have to do is text him the problem, leave a key for him, and I consider it done. If there are any issues, he answers my questions and fixes the problems pronto. John is reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and quick. I am having some issues with one of my HVAC units. It comes on @ the wrong times & sometimes will just not come on. Frank - who has been here before - took a look @ the HVAC unit & the thermostat. He suggested that the the upstairs & the downstairs units be set to the same max temp settings. Apparently the 90 deg setting was too high & that caused my issues. I am not trying that & I'll see how it goes.

Called a few different plumbers for quotes to install a R/O system. Johnny was by far the most fair, honest and upfront.  He took great care of us, left a very clean work area, and I absolutely plan to use him for future plumbing projects!

Wow!   John returned my call in two minutes.  Arrived within 20 minutes.  Amazing!   He searched 3 places to find me the best deal and had the job done within a few hours.  Really awesome, efficient and honest.  He made a irritating situation almost enjoyable.  Thank you!   Will definitely use again and recommend.

This is an additional review for Johnny On the Spot Rooter.  We had a toilet not flushing properly.  I called John.  We agreed that a 9:30 am arrival would be perfect.  I asked if he'd please let me know when he was on his way.  I received a text as requested, and he was at my front door at exactly 9:30 am. He went right to work, found the culprit clogging our toilet, cleaned up, literally the three drops of water on the floor and had my bathroom back on line in no time at all.
I can't say enough good things about John.  Read the other reviews, we all have had the same experience!  Honest, reliable, very fair pricing, efficient, courteous, and very punctual!

Johnny was great. Came out late for an emergency clog, and fixed it quickly.  His prices are fantastic, and he was here quickly and fixed it quickly. What else could you ask for.

This young man came out on Friday..assessed what plumbing needs had to be fixed. Was here this morning at 8:35am & fixed our problem with our irrigation system in an hour & a half. Very fair priced! Honest & reliable!! Will definitely  use his services again if needed!!! When I called him on Friday he answered  the phone. I had another plumber  lined up to do the work. Was supposed  to be here this past Friday..No show, No call. It is really great that I found  Johnny!! My new plumber!!!

I have been going to Johnny now for 4yrs with any plumbing issues and have referred him to countless others who have all said the same thing, he provides excellent work consistently at a great price. He is a perfectionist in his craft and will not leave to do a job until he knows for sure it is done right.
