Prime Plumbing is the best!  Our main water line sprung a leak and flooded our flowerbed and Prime Plumbing came to our rescue.  They came right away, same day we called; and went out of their way to accommodate my niece who is 8 years old on hospice care.  Highly recommend these guys - they were wonderful.

I had an excellent experience with Prime plumbing.   I had a leak in my front yard from the main waterline to my house. Prime plumbing answered right away and was very  accommodating over the phone.  They (Tony) came out promptly and arrived in the time window they said they would. Within 24 hours afterward I received a professional, written estimate by email with contractor information and a detailed description of work to be done with warranty info.  I gathered four other estimates for the same work, and prime plumbing was one of the lowest bids I got, and included proper permitting and city inspection. They were able to complete the job just a few days later, and my yard and landscaping looks as good as new.  They charged me exactly the amount they estimated, and provided me copies of permits and inspections.  

Getting broken plumbing at your house is stressful, but they made the fix as simple as possible. Thank you Prime plumbing!

Our water heater decided to break late Friday afternoon. We called a few places and most didn't have any appointments and if they did, they would charge double to come out and possibly replace the appliance. Or we'd have to wait until Monday. Not only did Prime Plumbing have someone available, they came out within 40 minutes of initially calling, offered a free estimate AND a competitive rate. When we decided to replace the water heater, Jorge mentioned he could come back and install it within 45 minutes! He was back in 30! Jorge was not only knowledgeable but extremely personable and took the time to explain everything. He answered all of our questions. Definitely would recommend this company and looking forward to calling them for maintenance and ANY plumbing need we have. Highly recommend!

I called prime plumbing and they were able to come just a few days later. I worked with George and he is super knowledgable was able to explain what is going on in a way that I (someone who knows nothing about plumbing) can understand. He is also very nice and respectful, cleaned up after himself and wore booties in the house. He quickly sent a price quote after seeing what was needed and then he came back and fixed what needed to be done! He even checked on a few things like the water filter and hot water tank to make sure all was well and he recommended what should be done there as well. Super easy to communicate with via text, phone call, or email which is super nice!  Overall, George was great and I will only use him for all our plumbing needs from now on! Thanks, George!!

For a company that just started out in business the owner does a good job but his workers are the worst I've seen in this industry I wouldn't recommend them they have no customer service his techs and little skills employees are not very knowledgeable and cannot usually get the job done! If you want to have the work done twice and pay twice then they are the ones to call...

I went on vacation and when I got home both showers weren't working.  I called them and they came over the next day and replaced the valves and new spout.  Cost was reasonable,  and both George and Tony were professional, knowledgeable ( as they explained exactly what they were doing) and efficient.  Love doing business with this company!  Will definitely call them.  While they were there they replaced the inner workings on my guest bathroom toilet.  I was very happy!
