In a week I was dealing with a number of crises, I had an upstairs sink pipe leak..badly! Had to turn off water at the street meter.  It was a Friday. I made an hysterical call (voicemail) followed by several more urgent messages (phone & text & email).  A couple hours later, Stanley phoned me from an airport while waiting for his flight home later that evening (after a long day of air travel). I was astounded that he called me, given his situation. Furthermore, he promised that he would come on Saturday to make the repairs (such a relief) & he made good on that promise!  Stanley goes above and beyond.  Efficient AND kind..a true gem. (He's also done repairs for my elderly mother.) Highly recommend Drustar Plumbing!

I have to laugh when people with no knowlege about a situation decide that a fix is simple and then get furious with a fully licensed, bonded and insured professional when they are told that it is simple only if it is done slapdash and half-assed.  Then they complain to the next guy they call to fix the mess..

Although I have a home warranty policy, if I have any issue AT all with plumbing, I call Stanley at Drustar.  He is a Master Plumber, does meticulous work, explains as much as you want, is prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional.  If you want it done once, correctly, I say call Drustar.  

The lowball bidder charges less perhaps, but is selling risk of  future problems.  Ever heard of John Russkin?  There is hardly anything in the world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper.  People who consider price only are this man's lawful prey.

I have a home warranty so for plumbing issues I try to work through them. I've had this company out to my house before from my home warranty, basically batting clean up from another plumber through the home warranty so I was pleased that he got assigned to me for such a simple job because I knew he would do it right and professionally. NOT SO MUCH!! It was a simple matter of changing out a trim kit because of a defective diverter on the spout and they no longer made the existing finish so it had to be an entire new set although he wanted to put a non-matching diverter on the existing.I wasn't having that and since it's Moen and I'm the original owner, replacements are free for life as long as. I told him that I would phone Moen and let him know when the new set came in and I did. During this phone conversation he told me that the pipe that the spout  was attached to was severely bent and that he needed to go through the wall behind the shower and it was going to be an additional $180 out of my pocket, not to mention what it would cost me to put the wall and the texture and the paint back. Completely fabricated story to make $$ off me because we recently had the stall tile redone and he told me the tile guy must have done it. I guess he thought that I would never see the pipe?!? Because I wouldn't let him do this extra work that he so wanted to do he declined the contract and that just became one bad experience after the other with more plumbers which has nothing to do with this review so I'm not going into it. I wouldn't trust this company ever again and I don't suggest that you do in the first place! I do not recommend them. I can't begin to work with anyone that would lie to me. Hopefully he finds some growth out of this experience and review

Stanley has been my go to plumber for several years now for 3 different properties in Henderson, NV.  Water heaters, dishwashers, faucet repair etc.

He knows his stuff, period.  He will also give you a reasonable quote before he starts and has never charged me more even when it has taken him longer to complete a task.

He is quick to respond, punctual and pleasant to deal with.

Stanley was recommenced to me by a friend who has had several repairs made by him. I sent him a text in the evening and he replied the next morning asking if I could text a picture of my problem. With in minutes he gave me a quote and a time when he could do the work since it wasn't urgent. His work was neat, efficient, reasonable and high quality. Couldn't ask for more. Stanley is fantastic. I've used him in the past for a minor job. This time, he replaced my water heater and softener. I ordered the softener online at Home Depot the day I called him and he picked it up for me and brought it to my house the next day. For the water heater, he brought it the day after that and then did both installations in a few hours and gave me all the advice I needed to keep both running well. The pricing was very fair and his work was very fast and professional. I can't imagine a better plumber. He's also a nice guy and fun to talk to, and probably has the best logo in town of any plumber. He's especially good for Henderson customers because he's based nearby.

I challenge anyone to find a better, fairly priced, honest, and down to earth company for any plumbing needs. My water heater failed late in the evening and I called early in the morning. The owner answered the phone and agreed to meet me after my work schedule. He showed up 15 minutes early and with simple introductions the assessment began and the work started. I am very acute when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and honesty. Stanley is a true professional and master of his craft. He took the time to explain to me why he chooses his products, what to look for when you happen to shop around, and the key components to what makes certain products entry level and professional. He was very personable, timely, direct, and his attention to detail is IMO spot on. I am building a new custom home and I WILL use him for my post close needs. I would recommend his company's services to any of my family or friends. For a company that is only a year old, anyone looking for the quality and professionalism from a company that is a 5 STAR norm, look no further. I am a picky/strict SOB and this company hits every mark.
