Redline Plumbing - Las Vegas Plumbing Service
For me, this company is reliable, speedy and punctual. I called in this morning for a bathtub cartridge issue on my rental and got a speedy response from Kurt. He then proceeded to send his technician Josh within an hour after my call. At the end of the day my issues with my shower was solved. Thank you Kurt for sending your team and thank you Josh for solving my issue. Appreciate you both.

City Wide Plumbing Plumbing Service
Price gouging at its finest. This company does not have a set hourly labor rate. Or if they do, they don't adhere to it. They seem to charge whatever they can get away with. I admit it is my fault for letting the man proceed with the work but that is no excuse for the companies lack of integrity.
I had a mainline water leak and I was 99% sure that it was under the house as I had a new mainline installed from the meter to the house 5 years ago. The man from City Wide wanted to install a shut-off valve at the point before the line goes under the house. Thus eliminating the possibility of a break between the meter and the house. Okay I said, simple enough.
I had already dug up the area where the shut-off valve would go so he had to do very little digging. He went to (probably) Home Depot to buy a $15.00 shut-off valve and returned in 30 minutes. The entire job from start to finish took about two hours.
Even if the company is charging $90/hr the bill should be no more than $250. I was quoted $450 but he gave me a discount and only charged me $370.
Needless to say, the leak was under the house and because of the price gouging, City Wide did not get the big job of re-routing my main water line.
If you are going to use this company, ask them what they charge per hour and then get them to bid the job accordingly.

Resolution Plumbing Plumbing Service
Once again Resolution plumbing performed excellent work at a reasonable price. Tankless water heater, heat exchanger was leaking and still under warranty.  They diagnosed the problem and had the part shipped to the house. Appt was set to replace part and Adrian and Alex arrived on time and were finished within 4 hrs after estimating it would take the better part of a day to repair. Very professional and cleaned up as if they had never been here.  Very satisfied and would recommend Resolution for all your plumbing needs.

One Drop Plumbing Plumbing Service
We had a new water heater installed last year per our previous home owners warranty etc.  It was Rheem and it was a lemon.  We have been told home warranty companies will use whatever the cheapest options are, and we were told by 3 plumbers it was worthless.  We have had numerous issues with it.. many times we have had no hot water! We switched to a new company for our warranty and alas the same issue started up last month.  They put us in touch with one drop plumbing.  I will advise the front desk clerk is very hard to understand (must be her accent) so it's very difficult to understand her and get things on the books, but our home warranty chose this place.  We contacted them because we have had to shut off our water heater 3-4 times a day and turn it back on for 5 minutes of hot water.  We didn't know it made our power bill sky rocket $200 more!! I don't know why we have to pay this, for faulty equipment, but we had someone come out to look at it, there was an error code, and the front desk clerk told us THEY needed to order a part, it might take 1-2 weeks, and call us when it's in for installation. We patiently waited, almost 2 weeks with no hot water.  Finally the plumber came, with no part, and said he knew nothing about the error, issues, nothing.  He was there to run a diagnostic.  I almost lost it.. horrible communication.  So we called One Drop back.  The front desk lady told us WE had to order the part, as it was still under warranty, pretty much telling us we needed to handle it all.  I'm not a plumber, what part do I order?, why not tell us this 2 weeks ago vs. saying they had to order it?, it was a total mess.  I was so upset, it ruined my weekend.  The front desk clerk didn't seem to care and I rated the company 1 star.  Then 5 minutes later, the plumber who came called us, said he ordered the part as a rush, might take a couple days, call us when its in and they'll install it.  It arrived, they came the next morning first thing, fixed/installed it within 20 minutes, so far zero issues, hot water is working!!! The plumbers they have are absolutely amazing, I wish you could talk to them directly they need a new front desk clerk that's for sure, that has better communication skills and better customer service, but the plumbers/workers themselves are amazing and really helped us out thus why I gave them 4 stars.. they are the ones who deserve it!!

Pacific Bath Plumbing Service
Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. This was a Kohl install and it turned out great. Don't be afraid to speak up and let them know what you want. Our old shower was getting kind of ugly and my wife wanted an update. We contacted Kohl and got the installation through Pacific Bath. It took some time to get everything measured and custom cut, then another few days for the glass guys to get their stuff lined up but it turned out great - exactly what we wanted.

Sunrise Service Plumbing Service
I completely disagree with Heather's review of Sunrise. We relocated to the Henderson area in June and sellers had put in new air compressor unit in, but when it got really hot, it would not hold at set temp of 79. We had home warranty so we called them. They sent out a horrible company which wrote up an inaccurate report to them and they refused to pay because of it. We were recommended to Sunrise. Cody came out, he was great. Gave us a completely different report of the problem than the previous company. Gave us a quote but said if it were him, he would try again with home warranty people to get it covered. We sent out his report and the warranty people agreed to pay! We of course called Sunrise to have Cody fix it and he did a fantastic job! Thanks Sunrise!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Mohave County Plumbing Service
the technician was rather rude when he arrived and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him and he told me that he wanted to be on another job that day that guaranteed him money in sales. I advised the technician that he was to give an estimate of work needing performed prior to doing any work and he verbalized understanding. I left him to do the inspection and phoned my client, the homeowner. Once I ended that phone call, I proceeded to work on my laptop while waiting for the technician to approach me with the estimate which seemed to be taking a long time. When the tech came to me to give, what I thought would be the required estimate, I was told that he took it upon himself to do some of the work that, as he put itwould not be guaranteed work but because he had to come so far out to the home that he wanted to walk away with payment even though he would be getting paid anyway by the company for the drive. I reminded him that he was to give an estimate prior to doing any work and that he was not authorized to do any repairs. He stated that the faucets in the home were factory faucets and needed to be replaced and that he would NOT recommend us purchasing new faucets from his company but rather purchase elsewhere and then he would charge $269 per faucet for the install. He then told me, again, that he had stopped the leak but did not guarantee his work and that he expected $269.00 per faucet (there were 2 in the master bathroom) he worked on while at the home that day but would take $269.00 total if I would just pay him that day. I phoned the home owner and advised of what had happened and she was not at all happy with the service and the fact that we were now being told we have to pay $269 when we were expecting exactly what we asked for, an estimate. I was told by the home owner that she was not prepared to pay anything for the visit as we did not authorize any repairs to be done at that point. When I got off the phone, I was met again by the tech who had taken it upon himself, again, to wander through the home and find the hot water heater and performed an inspection on it and on the second bathroom and toilets. He told me that the hot water heater had numerous leaks and that the toilets were not filling properly and that if I would agree to order the hot water heater with him that he would give a 15% discount and do the toilet repairs for free and that the water heater would cost over $3000.00. I phoned the homeowner back and let the two of them speak and then she and I spoke again. She was not pleased with the things the tech had told her and she said it sounded shady. The next day, the tech phoned my cell from his personal cell and asked if I had spoke to the home owner to get an approval and that he would cancel his appointments for the enxt day or Thursday to do all the repairs. I did not schedule anything with him. The home owner had me call another plumber for a second opinion and they opted for the other company because of the way I was treated when the tech arrived and because the estimate was supposed to be free but then my company, Every Nook & Kranny, was charged $269.00 for repairs I did not approve, nor was it professional for the tech to tell me that the owner of his company had poor communication skills and that he didn't even want to be on this call (mine) because it was not going to be the big money he planned on nor did he want to drive all that way just to do a free estimate.

The bottom line is this. I called and was told by you that I would receive a free estimate before any work was done. I was met by a very rude tech who took it upon himself to do work that not only I was charged for, but that he would not guarantee. Within an hour or so after he left, the faucet not only still had a leak but it was much worse than when he started. I had to have another plumbing company come out at the request of the home owner to get estimates on the work that needed to be done.

I lost $325.00 in missed appointments and my company has never canceled appointments with clients before.; not only did my company lose $325.00 in client appointments that I had scheduled but then I was charged $269.00 by your company for a repair that was not authorized and was not guaranteed and that was worse after the repair than when he started. We will not be hiring your company to do any work in the future.

Delta Mechanical Plumbing Service
This company is a complete joke. They had the contract to repipe homes that had Kitec in the Las Vegas area (from the nationwide class action lawsuit). They repiped my home, and gave a 25 year warranty. As soon as they were done in the Vegas Valley, they packed up and left Nevada. I ended up having a leak and severe damage to my ceiling in the master bathroom, and they refuse to fix or pay for the damage and told me to take it up with the Pex manufacturer. What a joke, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
