I am doing a remodel of my backyard and needed a plumber to install natural gas lines from my meter to my backyard. I am adding a fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The total length was 115 feet. After having 3 plumbing companies give me estimates then up the price when getting ready to start the job because they said they had to install the pipes differently then what they had agreed on. Their prices went up $2000 more just on labor. I decided to dig the trenches myself and then I found Andrew the plumber and he agreed to complete the gas lines. He told me how to get the inspections done quickly and he gave me a fair price and stuck to his word. Andrew is not only a good plumber, but he is also and stand up guy. He takes pride in his work and explains things so you can understand what he is doing and why. I recommend Andrew to handle all your plumbing needs big and small. I will be using him for now on whenever I need a plumber. I will also, be telling all my friends and neighbors about him.

My water heater broke on a Saturday I called various services and they wanted to charge me an extra for weekend work. Vegas plumbing came out on Sunday to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and they installed my  water heater. Their tech Jake was friendly and very professional. He is an asset to the company. He completed the job in about an hour or so. I would highly recommend them for their timelines and professionalism.

Kitchen drain was clogged and would take forever to drain. Found them via Google search and booked appointment. Terrence came and fixed my kitchen drain quickly and easily without a hitch. Highly recommend!

Excellent plumbers! Highly recommended! Drain bears did a great job of unclogging my drain. Plumber was timely, polite, and professional. Pricing was fair and the plumber cleaned up after himself. The equipment was modern as is the scheduling and billing system. Plumber wore a mask and shoe covers without me asking. I've had two plumbers come during covid for other tasks and drain bears is by far the most professional and the only plumber I've used so far that respected covid precautions.

These guys are great! They were able to help my family with their plumbing problem in Vegas within hours. I just wish they were here in L.A.

My familly and I we just moved in to a condominium that was build on 2003.  the toilets and the kitchen sink were the originals.  we call Daniel Attridge to replace 2 toilets and our kitchen sink.  he replace the toilets and the water valves that are by the wall because the one i had they looked like they were going to brake soon.  he did an awesome job there.  then he started to replace the sink and we found a few problems.  the valves were so bad that when he tried to shut them off one of them broke, and it was getting moldy too.  but when he finished the job, we were amazed how clean it looks now.  not just over the counter but under the sink, the pipes and the water valves look so clean and very spacious.  I really recommend him, he really knows what he is doing.  And he likes to use real quality parts.  
I have other friends that know plumbing, but i rather pay Daniel to do it right.

Noticed my toilet leaking and suspected it was a wax ring issue. Got quotes on Yelp and Drain Busters had by far the most reasonable quote. Scheduled and took a few days, the Tech Nathan came down to fix the issue. Turned out it was the wax ring, Nathan explained everything and gave me options. He did a thorough job, very timely, honest, and made sure everything was neat and orderly when done. Would do business again!

Quick service and our Technician (German) was very friendly and thorough. Would definitely use again!

Horrible we get it fixed for over $2,500 in August last year because we were in lake Tahoe and our ac unit froze and they said there were leaks we shut it off in September come june 2023 turned it back on froze up was blowing always way hotter then the temperature we had set call them up he comes out tells us its blower motor need to replace control module etc...ridiculous price tries to talk us into new unit for $8,000 and he will wave the $59 service we pass i pay the fee call yes air-conditioning come out tell me its the contol module and thermostat get it fixed thing is working like a champ call them back about our warranty have them come out this week but i had my friend here who owns a company i just then to double check the leaks the lady tells me the $59 fee is covered under warranty so he comes out doesn't do nothing talks with my friend i say the lady said the fee is covered under warranty remind you last month early June came out misquoted tried talking us into a $8,000 new ac when ours is only 6 years old i always maintain change the filter every few months etc...so i leave heading to the gym gisela calls me for the $59 threatens to put a lean on our house if we don't pay it etc...especially after i told her the girl said it was covered warranty and after being misquoted plus ripped off etc..bad business

TL stated that my Stark Capacitor was going out and that to replace it he would charge me $560.00 dollars.

This was the contractor that was provided through Lowe's, as I purchased a toilet, kitchen faucet, P-valves and the hoses that supply water through the p-valves to the faucet and toilet.

DONT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!  THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

They called to say they were on their way.  I said call me when you get here.  They didn't call.  1 hour and 45 minutes later I called them, as I had not heard from them.  Apparently our tenant was home and they started the job without consulting us.  They took our valves and hoses and had them in their van.  They tried to steal our materials and not replace them.  We were charged for their labor to replace them and had to have a firm conversation with them to get the work done.

UNPROFESSIONAL!  DISHONEST!  THIEVES!  DON'T USE THEM!  I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!

My mother hired this company to repair a water leak at her house. She is elderly and in very poor health, that's why I'm writing this review on her behalf.  She's in tears over her experience with Hawthorne. Her experience was very bad all around. For starters, you quoted her $3500 to repair a leak that seemingly took you only a few hours (at most) to *allegedly* fix. More importantly, there are no signs of digging or excavation in the area where the leak was. In short, it doesn't appear you did ANY work to actually repair the leak. Moreover, you sloppily cut into the drywall by the main shutoff valve, leaving it in a very messy condition that could and should have been done much more professionally. It looks like a child did it. More importantly, there is now a secondary leak at the shut off valve where you cut into the drywall that wasn't there before. In sum, you CAUSED A LEAK and simply left it like that. It would appear you took advantage of a sick, elderly woman who didn't know any better and absconded with $3500 in hand, which is sickening. I am a licensed attorney in the State of Nevada and intend to take legal action against this company if you don't make things right ASAP. You may not know, but in Nevada a claim for elder exploitation entitles my mother to three times her actual damages, plus attorneys' fees and costs should we file suit, which I'm more than happy to do on her behalf. I will also attempt to reach out to you directly but wanted the public to be on alert regarding Hawthorne. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I expect a prompt and meaningful response. You're on notice.

We had a water pressure issue in our house the technician that came out did a great job fixing the problem. After a few days we noticed the pressure low again called a week after to have technician come back out. Their estimated time 8am-5pm is ridiculous, we're supposed to wait around all day long for someone to come out , and on top of it no one showed up for our appointment. I called after 5pm to see where the technician was they apologized and we reschedule for today it is 2:30pm just got a call from them. So much for being the first house schedule for their morning rotation. Not reliable!

We had an issue with our toilet and through our home warranty,  our technician/plumber Robert, fixed it quickly and was extremely knowledgeable,  can't say enough about him. Thank you Robert.
