Call Nick - he saved us! Garbage disposal backed up after dinner Saturday night. Nick answered the phone even though he was on his way to his son's birthday party. He face-timed us instantly to try to problem solve remotely but when we were not able to do what he suggested he came by our house to help. He was professional, friendly, helpful and very reasonable. THANK YOU! I did not want my house to smell like corned beef and cabbage all night.  Thanks to Nick the clog was removed quickly and efficiently without a mess!

We just moved to the area so we didn't know who to call so went to yelp for help. We have several other non-emergency plumbing issues with our new (but older) house. We are going to call Nick back to come give our house a thorough inspection to fix the things we know of and to be sure everything is in proper order. We highly recommend Nick and his company.  Good to find hard working people who run their own businesses and do it well to serve their customers. I think we just found a gem.

These guys are the real deal! Very professional and know their craft.  I had issues with 2 of my AC units in the same week and Jeremy sent out one of his guys the same day to me to fix both issues I had.  Very qualified group on this team and I highly recommend for any and all home services they have to offer.

Felipe was dispatched out to our home, from our home warranty, to diagnose a leaking water heater. Within a couple minutes we got news we would need a new water heater. Felipe left and came back within an hour to replace our old water heater with a new one and also set us up with much better earthquake straps. I will definitely recommend Rocky Point to anyone needing a plumber in the future.

On April 6, 2021, Star 5 Plumbing technician flooded my second floor bathroom.  He was just supposed to replace valves.  He left one open, turned the water on outside and explosion of water was immediately everywhere.  My child was passing by the bathroom and told me that there was a water fountain coming from the bathroom.  

This company was proud to be top of the line because of their customer reviews.  I just got around to doing this review because I'm still haunted by that day.  I can only imagine how many customers they've messed up with whom hasn't had the time to write their review nor want to re-live the horrendous mishaps.

We've been living in the Crystal Springs community for over 15 years & have used a number of plumbing companies in that time. I have to express my satisfaction with Johnny's Plumbing. He came about a week ago to replace my water tank. Great job! Took his time & upgraded my tank. I paid less than another company who gave me 2 faulty units & were incredibly rude to me. (Mr. Rooter). John came again yesterday to replace my garbage disposal. I got a better unit & he charged me $110 LESS than the last company that came. He is honest, fair priced & takes his time to get it right. No complaints here. I wholeheartedly endorse & recommend Johnny's Plumbing. Nice, personable guy too.

What a nice and honest company! I called at 11:30 and he came at noon ! Not saying a window of three hours he said noon and was here at noon . Told me what was wrong with my water heater and told me what it will take and cost to fix and got to work ! Took less then an hour after he got the part . Made sure it worked and I paid him ! I will always use this company when I need a plumber or my water heater breaks !!!!

Bruce arrived on time, and got right to work.  The job was done quickly and efficiently and he was sure to test it thoroughly.    

He was friendly, informative and even gave a military discount that I was not expecting.  I'll definitely be using Drain Sergeant again in the future.

I have been using Borghoff for many many years. They have always been reasonable. Every time I called other Companies I always felt ripped off after paying hundreds of dollars and hearing that I need to replace my air conditioners when they were 10 years old. started using Borghoff and I can honestly say I was surprised each time the charge was always less than $150. They told me I didn't need new air conditioner s and actually kept them going for an additional 10 years. A couple years ago after 20 years of service my 4 ton air conditioner died. They came out quickly and replaced it. The price was reasonable too. They were honest in telling me that I didn't need to replace my other 3 ton unit yet and kept it going for two more years. I just had them out yesterday to finally replace the 22 year old unit. Again they were speedy and VERY reasonably priced during this Covid crisis. Borghoff is a very HONEST company. I will always use them and refer all my family and friends to them.

Our irrigation anti-siphon valve was leaking real bad and our water bill was huge!

John, your service and that of the initial tech was great. I'm adding 2 stars for that. However, the office staff did not do what they told me they would. On top of that, I asked them to call my work # which nobody did. I work the same hours your office is open and have very limited access to my cell. When it came time to schedule a follow-up appointment, I was left a message to call AirPro. When I did, the office was closed. I called the following morning, I was told I needed to call Home Warranty because their ticket had expired in your system. Why wasn't I told this on the voicemail? I could've called Home Warranty to arrange new ticket instead of scrambling while at work. Also, upon tell the Home Warranty company about the expired recall ticket, I was told they should never expire unless deleted by the requestor or the job was done. Do you see how this is was a frustrating waste of time? Please share with your staff, your customers have needs and their time is precious. Think at least 2-3 steps ahead.

Multiple lies from this company from several different employees. They REALLY don't like to be questioned. Hang up on you when you do. Emergency leak parts took over two weeks to arrive and the only explanation I got for the delay was that parts can take up to 7-10 days. Not a great explanation. Or guaranteeing my home warranty company and myself that my call would be the first service call on a 8-noon shift. After 9, I was informed the technician needed to pack his truck (again by a terrible customer service rep if you can call what they do customer service), but he didn't show up till after 11. I can't wait to see what they charge my insurance company! I would trust them as about as far as I can throw them. I am putting in a complaint with my home warranty company so I hope they stop using this terrible company, and I feel sorry for a private individual that chooses to use them. Expect terrible service from a dishonest company

Expensive ! Eran came to give us a quote on two bathroom counters and a kitchen counter with backsplash ... we felt it was too high, especially when the backsplash was quoted 2750 . We found another company who would do it all for 8000 less ! Do your research and shop around. Eran is a nice enough man and explained things well...just too expensive !

DO NOT USE!   Charged us for repair, labor only, no parts replaced.  A waste of $276.  Repair failed and he refused to answer our calls.  Left several messages.  He would not  return our calls or texts then made a silly excuse.  He doesn't take credit cards so you can't dispute the check or cash you give him.    Another company fixed the problem and it was much less than what he charged and that included replacing a part!  Demario Gates should not be trusted to follow through on the job.

Hired this company to install hot water straps on two heaters and was ripped off with their ridiculous price. Should have asked how much the install was going to be but didn't expect an hour of work and $75 worth of material to cost $450. Would definitely not recommend this company.
