This is the second time I've used Excel plumbing for home repair and it's the second time they've done an exceptional job with everything I've asked.  

Kevin not only handled the job like a professional but took the time to answer all of my dumb plumbing related questions.  I would encourage anyone that has even a minor issue to call them because the job will be done exactly as you wanted knowing they treat every client's issue like they're doing the work in their own home

There's  a reason for the all-5-star reviews. Pete and his team were honest, prompt, professional and expert in their work. I got quotes from multiple plumbers and Repipe Plus was the fairest--a turnkey repair of the pipes AND the drywall and painting (which otherwise would have been another headache to contract out and more $$). I don't write many glowing reviews because I'm a picky bugger, but they made this nerve-wracking and complex/costly repair about as painless as it can be, completing the work in a matter of days (including over the weekend which was really great to minimize disruption during the work week). Can't say enough about them.

David and his crew are amazing! Everything you want in a professional plumber. Responsive, skilled, punctual, friendly, and precise.

I have  used them for 4 projects at 2 properties. Water heater, water softener and second water heater and an outside hose bib / return leak.

All projects were done right. Done quickly, and have stayed fixed.

William and Mike provided extremely responsive and professional service in replacing our HVAC system.  Highly recommend as service was great and price reasonable.

Sadly, our hot water heater sprung a leak. American Brothers said they could send their plumber out within 1 1/2 hours after our call, and he would contact us on his way, and he did. The very friendly and obviously knowledgeable, Michael.....gave us the bad news that the hot water heater was no longer serviceable, and we would need a replacement. He quickly got the new replacement and the whole job (in a horribly hot garage) was done in about an hour or so.
Another company had told us they would call back with a time to service us, another could not see us for a day, and etc.
I liked the name of this company and I am so happy that we did contact them. Michael was obviously very knowledgeable, but he was also so cheery and friendly. It was really nice.

This is not nessarly a review for HVAC however , I was driving and Gabriel noticed I had an issue with my front bumper on my camero. I stop in the parking lot and noticed this as well. Gabriel not knowing who i was or never met me though out of the kidness of his heart helped me out. I was running late to meeting and he saved my butt from having a possible accident.  

Next time i need any HVAC work i will be calling Gabriel.

There are still good people in Vegas.

BEWARE! MAY NOT BE LICENSED!!!! I got a new ac unit 2 years ago which is still under manufacture warranty. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and told me they do not honor the manufacture warranty. I was told by 2 other repair companies that any licensed repair man will honor the warranty but charge for labor (which is more than fair). Don't trust this company, they are only after the cash. And they need to replace the woman answering the phone. Unprofessional, rude, and she gives out wrong information.

Tyler spent all day working on a blocked drain.  He was very professional and gave the job at hand 110%.  I will definitely use his company again!  Thanks for all your hard work!!!

I had an issue with my HVAC and Jason was sent over to check things out. He was 1) professional 2) knowledgeable and 2) courteous.    Within a few minutes he zeroed in on the issue and repaired it!   I will surely have him over again should the need arise.

I had ordered a RO System but no way was I going to put it in under my sink. I called so many plumbers and got so many excuses as to why they would not do it. Even a plumber that  I had planned on using again in the future. Nope , he listed a lot of excuses.  And then I ran across John who had great reviews. No more excuses , he was more then happy to come out and install my RO system and he did the next day!  At a very reasonable price and less then two hours later, he was done. Not to mention more then happy to answer other repair questions that I had. Finally found a plumber I will always keep using.

Had a 0900 appointment with this firm to install two toilets, they were a no show and didn't have the professional courtesy to call. I choose them from a slue of others from Home Advisor because they were family owned and veterans; as am I. Can't say I'd recommend them. Disappointing

Requested first appointment in the morning based on schedule it took a few days to get that appointment (which is fine)  Set appt. for Friday morning at approx. 8:00 am.   Called at 8:10 am to confirm and I was confirmed for between 8 and 9.(which was fine).  9:10 I called to find that the tech was a know show an reported he was experiencing heat exhaustion.  Don't understand that if I was the first appt.  I was asked if they can make the appt for Monday.  I already took the morning off from my job and rescheduled my appts.  Told me that they can not be responsible if the tech does show.  (DID NOT SIT WELL)  It would have been nice to get a call at or before 8: so my day would not be screwed up any more than it was.  Not the right way to handle a new customer.  Told me the could have somebody to me by 12: told them never mind and would find a reliable company.

I gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give anything lower. Service technician was called for leaking water heater. He checked water heater, said he was going to get permit and water heater and would be back in a couple hours. Never heard from him or company again, had to call them myself to find out home  warranty did not approve water heater. Of course by this time it was after hours. So this means another day no hot water, and no heat. 2 days later 5 star calls me to tell me warranty approved partial bill. They tell me I owe $630 but cannot give me itemized bill for what I'm paying for, seriously?! Then proceeds to argue with me and tell me I am wrong and that it's a language barrier with the service technician. I could go on and on about how many things are wrong with the way this service call was handled, but I think this is enough. Would NEVER recommend this company.

Friendly and efficient!!! Highly recommend.   I had a leak that occurred late in the evening and placed a call to Hudson Enterprises.  They responded first thing the following morning and got the problem fixed by that afternoon.
This company was referred to me so I was not sure who I would be working with. I was very happy with the outcome and the experience.

Not a review for their service, but for the driver of their company truck.

This douche purposely tried to run me off the road.  Heavy set male with a beard.  He was obviously going back to the shop on Elm St as he was driving on E. LAKE MEAD and turned on Water St.  He cut me off, nearly hitting my car by inches, no signal, and proceeded to cut off other vehicles.
