I contacted Down Under Plumbing last night regarding a leak from my water softener. Rob was able to come first thing this morning. After checking the problem he quickly went to work and repaired the issue. very happy using Down Under Plumbing and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

A pipe for my irrigation drip system had cracked. Anthony showed up on time and fixed it on the spot. I'll definitely be calling him back for all my plumbing needs!

We had amazing customer service right from the beginning and to the very end of service. Brian did a great job. They were able to be competitive to the other quotes we received, were very timely, and very professional the entire time. I would absolutely recommend them.

I called Henderson Sewer and Drain to unclog my tub. Their price for service was up front on their website, and I was scheduled to have a tech come to my home the same day.  He was very professional, friendly,  and unclogged my tub with no problems. I highly recommend this company for any sewer or drain issues you have!

We were very saticfied frim the whole experience, starting from the initial call to the completion of the job, it all went very smoothly.  
The service team came when the scheduler said they would - in fact they were little early. The two technicians who came were very pleasant and professional.
We thought all they were going to do was to ckeck our situation, give us a price, and schedule the work for another day if we wanted to go with them. However, after ascertaining our preference (we weren't interested in a tankless water heater), they said they could go get the water heater we settled on and install it that same day, it was a life saver! And that exactly what they did. The whole process took about half a day from start to finish.

If you're looking to spend as little as possible, this company probably isn't for you. They use quality products, do quality work and charge accordingly. We thought the charge was fair for what they did and the way they did it.
We wouldn't hesitate to call them again. In fact, we have a couple other plumbing repairs on our to-do list this coming year that we plan on having them back for. Overall, a very positive experience.

Nick has been a lifesaver more times than I can count.  He was here when I moved into my new house and hooked me up with changing out all the toilets and upgrading my valve stops.  This time was a post Thanksgiving emergency.  My almost new 1hp garbage disposal was completely stopped due to a turkey skewer that went down and was wedged in the grind chamber.  At first glance he thought I'd have to replace the whole thing.  I'd spent hours trying to pry it loose.  But, as is Nick's way, he took the whole thing apart and spent a half hour working away on it and pried it loose. Saved me about $350 by being awesome.  Just charged me for a routine clog.  Nick has been and always will be my go to guy for all things plumbing.  Plus he is a helluva nice guy.

Doug came in helped me tremendously!! He guided me and let me know everything for code. Anyone looking for a great honest, key, plumber these are the guys to call. Can't compliment enough!!

I would highly recommend this company and the owner Elvis, is a pleasure to work with.  I had a main line clog the plumber wasn't able to budge, so they called in Elvis to get things unstuck with his hydro jetter and things seemed to clear up.  However, I have an older home and the clog came back a couple days later.  I was relieved when I reached out to Elvis because he came back within a couple hours (no extra charge) and I'm happy to say everything is flowing smoothly again.  If you have a stubborn plumbing issue or just want to get old drains cleaned to prevent a future problem, then I encourage you to give Advanced Drain Jetting a call.

If I could I would give J.R. More than 5 stars! We came into town from California to furnish our town home. I purchased a 3 bed Full bunk bed and J.R. saved the day and assembled it. He responded almost immediately, which also gave us peace of mind that we got the professional help we needed. He is now our Go To handy man and will be returning to our home to install our new sink!

Expert service from Homer. He was able to come out quickly when my heat was not working. It was a more difficult job than anticipated. He was patient and took the time to get the job done right. Friendly and helpful, would recommend.

Stanley was recommenced to me by a friend who has had several repairs made by him. I sent him a text in the evening and he replied the next morning asking if I could text a picture of my problem. With in minutes he gave me a quote and a time when he could do the work since it wasn't urgent. His work was neat, efficient, reasonable and high quality. Couldn't ask for more. Pete and his plumber came out two hours before scheduled and fixed the problem less than 20 min. Their service is affordable and excellent. Had another problem n Pete quickly had a solution and it was free!! Pete is the man to call for any problems! I will definitely recommend his service to anyone!

I usually only leave a review if something is really bad or really good. DDD falls into the latter. Had a leaking toilet valve start Friday afternoon - progressed to get quite bad by Sat am. Home insurance was taking too long to get someone out so I came on yelp to see if I could find someone for same day. Found two co's who could come out. Dan was $75 less and could be out sooner than the other co - less than 2 hours. Don't be concerned by the good prices. The quality was top notch. Dan and Dave both came for what could have easily been a 1 man job. They fixed the valve in 5 minutes, gave me a card for someone who could fix the water damage and answered questions my wife and I had about some other plumbing issues. Also - I don't know if there's any difference in scope between a plumber and drain and sewer specialist, but I'm confident if something was out of their scope, they would let you know and point you in the right direction.

Our water heater went out and Mechanical Express was very prompt in replacing it with a new one for us. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company, and we would definitely request them again. They were quick to get a technician scheduled and out to our house, and he was quick to get a new water heater installed so that we could have hot water before the holidays.
