Brookside Plumbing Service

Based on these reviews, I called Brookside Plumbing yesterday. Very pleasant experience, fixed my problem, helped me understand how to avoid same issue in the future. I'm very happy with Brookside Plumbing and will definitely call again if I need plumbing services.

Mike from Brookside Plumbing was able to quickly and cleanly unclog a supply line to a new toilet of gunk and grout from the previous homeowner's renovation. He then took the time to go over the rest of the plumbing with me in the basement, pointing out positives and negatives that would need to be dealt with in time which was extremely helpful as a first time homeowner. He was professional and upfront with pricing so there were no surprises. I will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs. Thanks Mike!

Pipes burst in our mom's house over the winter and we needed to get them fixed. My sister and I both live out of town so needed someone to come in fairly urgently while we were visiting. Mike came out, was clearly incredibly honest and thorough and gave us a quote, that honestly seemed a lot lower than I would have expected. He came out and did the work the next week, communicated while he was working by phone and text, and gave us advice about what else needs to be done if we choose to (there is actually a lot of damage, and since we plan to sell the house, we aren't sure how much to repair at this time). He was incredibly flexible and again, really honest and definitely very affordable. I would very highly recommend him.
