The hot water heater in my daughter's house sprung a leak on a Friday night. She called me in a panic, so I talked her through shutting the water off. Since I had a home warranty, I called the warranty company who said they would have Masters call her. I didn't expect to hear anything until Monday since the warranty company had a 48 hr response time. Master's called her on Monday, asking if they could come by and replace the water heater. I was so surprised it was that fast. About a month later, I realized that it needed a city permit, so I emailed them asking about it and got an answer back within 2 hrs. They said they don't pull the permit because the warranty company doesn't pay for that, but they would pull it if I wanted them to, but I would have to pay for it. I said yes, so they went and pulled the permit, scheduled the inspector and everything passed. Everything was prompt and professional.
