We are so pleased to have been referred to Doug & BROCK MECHANICAL (a special thanks to Meg in Brighton)! On a cold Sunday evening our H2O tank finally gave up it's proverbial ghost. I called Doug & he rearranged their schedule to arrive the very next morning with a new high efficiency unit! Ken Jackson completely replaced the Bradford White tank in under 3 hours! Now you tell me where the heck you can top that level of service in today's world.

This company is a den of thieves. Cheating and lying is their M.O. Avoid this company like the plague. Scroll down to the bottom of this page where it says 8 other reviews that are not currently recommended. Read the horror stories about this company ripping people off. I wish I would've read those reviews before I hired this company.

These guys are great!  The admin in the office was very pleasant on the phone and got one of their guys out to me same day.  i had thought I had needed a new motor on my jetted tub but turns out the jets were just clogged.  they cleaned them out, got it all working again and only charged me their $75 fee to come out.  Very nice, clean and professional.  Would highly recommend

Lowell came to fix a frozen pipe at my mom's house & came back to fix another issue. Honest, trustworthy, & very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

I recently hired Creeger for a sewer problem. From the first contact with the company, I could tell Cregger was customer-oriented. Rachel was pleasant and efficient in scheduling my appointment. She makes a very good first impression for the company. The plumber, Eric, explained in laywoman's terms what was going on and fixed the problem. He offered me options to the problem, along with the prices, made suggestions but did not pressure. I was very pleased with his service. He was both professional and personable.
I highly recommend this company.

We called on a Friday at 3:30 about a toilet that had been backing up for a few days. They had someone here by 4:30. I had called other companies and they said it would be a few days and jumped righ my to the extreme for pricing. Roncelli's tried the easy fix first. They were reasonable, educated us, and very responsive. I would recommend them. They will be our first call next time!

Wish I could give more.  How water heater failure/small leak discovered on  Saturday.  As a family of four we convinced ourselves we would be without hot water for at least a week. Until we called ZUBKE, Jeff promptly replied on his way to their supply house and arranged to pick up and install MONDAY morning.  Zubke crew seamlessly completed install before lunch.  Price was right for service and products provided.

We've always had great experiences with A-fordable Plumbing. We love the work they did over a year ago on our bathroom remodel when we installed a walk-in-shower. Recently Mike D came out and replaced our outside faucets. Super friendly and did a great job. Also, the ladies when I called to setup the appointment were very knowledgeable and helpful. :)

Good service but expensive!  We had two leaks that needed to be fixed.  I was happy with how quickly they were able to come service, however was shocked when I received the bill.  Maybe this is standard but the guy was here for 30 minutes tops and i got charged for the trip AND an hour of labor.  While the work was good I think next time when we don't have a pressing issue we will go with another plumber.

Needed free on for central unit asked him come out before 1:00 came 1:30 same day I waited all Am for him heard nothing he said he couldn't read his secretary handwriting he did come next day charge 230$ cash 2.5 of free on for central air he is nice  my hubby asked where we're screws for our unit I said I have no clue missing parts now from unit I'm aware he can't see up close well so maybe hard see idk anyways I wouldn't recommend because of those reasons

Don't waste your time. They do not keep their appointments, after which they do not answer your calls.

Charged $475 AN HOUR to run a space heater in my crawlspace. Took advantage of me because I'm a girl. Average charge quoted from FIVE other companies was $150. I'll do my research next time!
