Called Mainline Plumbing and Sewer to connect the water lines of a water heater. The plumber's name was Bill and he was great! He was professional and experienced. We were pleased with his work and the price. We will definitely keep this company at the top of our list for any future plumping needs. It's good to know that there are still good companies out there that aren't trying to over charge on their work.

My heat went out right before Christmas. I had 3 different repairmen over; all of them thought they had it figured out...only to have my house be cold three days later. I was at my wit's end and was venting about it, and a friend referred me to Kip. Needless to say, I was frustrated and tired of getting the run around when it came to my furnace. Kip offered to come over and look at it for me. He was beyond polite and professional, diagnosed the issue right away, AND fixed my furnace! He even called back the next day to make sure it was working. I would recommend Kip and Good Helpers to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

Amazing service.  Dearborn Plumbing could have charged me thousands but didn't.  Another company told me they would need to dig up my floor and charge me thousands. Dearborn Plumbing fixed the problem quickly and without breaking up my floor. Saved me tons of money! I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

My family had some work done by Best Plumbing on Friday, May 19, 2017.   The technician Ramon replaced a shower head, 3 bathtub knobs and a pipe.  Ramon was professional and very knowledgeable on everything.  The price Best Plumbing gave us over the phone was the same price when the work was done.  I would recommend Best Plumbing to anyone.

We've had Kenya from Rubin's Plumbing fix all our plumbing needs for 20 plus years. Outstanding work and very professional. He's an expert and trains others in his craft. From a french drain in our yard to showers, faucets toilets and pipes, you can expect it to be fixed right. Now he's even doing bathroom remodels! Great portfolio. Will use him when I need a remodel.

On Friday, Dec 27, I discovered serious water damage in the drywall  in my garage stemming from, quite obviously, the laundry room in the condo above mine. Master Plumbing was there almost immediately to diagnose the issue and do whatever they could to help. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't there at the time.

That complicated things, but Lisa kept me informed every step of the way. Her timely communication both with the plumbers and with me was greatly appreciated. She provided me with the confidence that they would continue to contact the owner and fix the problem at the very first opportunity. Which they did.

Availability, communication, and expertise. What more could one ask for in a plumbing business? Bravo. They definitely earned my strongest possible endorsement.

Tony was great. His job list must be pretty vast. It took a few days to get him to give us a free estimate.

We were worried that they might not service regular plumbing jobs, but Tony and his assistant (apprentice) were very kind, communicative, and efficient. After he gave us a $400 quote (steep, but so is all plumbing), he said he could do it that day. Wow.

Literally 6 hours later (they had to leave to get parts), we were equipped with a new hose bib and a working sprinkler system valve!!!

I have searched high and low in Trenton for a good plumber that knows what they're doing. Pricey or not, I think we've finally found him.

Not sure if they've gone out of business but I've contacted them numerous times to get a sewer repaired or replaced based on these positive reviews and they have responded and then disappeared when they told me they'd call.  This has happened on 3 occasions.  I wanted to use them since my neighbor did last year (work was great as well as the price according to them).  If you are overbooked and can't fit me in that's fine, just say that.  But they never did so I'm assuming they're out of business.

My pilot light on my water heater wouldn't stay lit.  Rachel from the office was terrific and made sure she worked around my schedule to get someone out here same day.  The technical was really nice and explained everything he was doing and what he believed the problem was along with best solution.  The next day, Rachel followed up to see how things were.  The pilot light still wouldn't light but since it's under warranty, I called Sears to send a tech out to fix the problem and replace the parts.  She offered to send a technician out anyway for no charge just to see if he could get it lit again for a temporary solution.  Quick, Efficient & Excellent Customer Service.

Called them out one night and within 12 hrs had to find another plumber. They over charged us and wanted to charge again for what they half did in the first place. They wanted full price and blamed us for them having to come back. Not professional at all. It took 4 of them to do an incomplete job.

We contacted John's to install a large window AC in our home. We agreed upon a price and job date, they even sent me a reminder 24 hours prior to our appointment. I took the afternoon off for our appointment and...John's never showed up. They did not respond to my calls or messages either--ever. I wasted an afternoon off and still had to find someone else to do the work. I would avoid this company, they are highly unreliable, unresponsive and a waste of time.

This is not a plumbing company. Just an operating system that connects and contacts the first available low tier plumber for you. But I think its just a group of guys (or maybe shotty roto rooter management team) scamming together so the system chooses its best plumber. I'm just trying to get my toilet fixed and this guy pulls up in Roto Rooter van after calling Detroit Plumbing and Drain Services lol ok I get that is service that reaches out to other plumbers but I figured it would find legitimate guys not roto rooter. I would just called roto rooter wtf lol . So out the gate I know this is some BS when I see the van. He quoted me for MORE than what I paid for the house lmao. I'm not even kidding like around $7,600 and I got the house 6k back when shtf in 08.

Do not bother with this and just search local ads for a legit plumber. My tip (that I should have followed myself) is if the business is the persons last name... go for it.. they have to at least so decency i'd hope. At least more than this sErVicE.
