We had a problem with our water heater, we were able to live with it for a couple of days but after resetting the pilot everyday enough was enough. We knew we had to bite the bullet and replace our water heater (14 years old). We did some estimates, they were reasonable but the thing that set them apart was they came out to do the estimate and even brought a water heater at our request because we didn't know if we wanted the replacement done or not. They came in matched their estimate and got everything taken care of. Fast, efficient, and extremely helpful, they left their contact information on the water heater and gave us great walk throughs on what do in an emergency. Between contacting them, replacing the hot water heater, and taking a hot shower it was about 48 hours. You won't go wrong here.

I had a small (or what i thought was small) leak in my basement and hired a handyman service to look into it. They recommended Andy and Quick Service Plumbing as it turned out to be a rather large leak. Andy came in at a fair price and did a phenomenal job so naturally when I had another plumbing issue I didn't even think to call anyone else. He even addressed an issue that was only semi related at no additional cost.  The second issue was a running toilet that turned into replacing the toilet. While it was less than ideal to replace a toilet at the last minute Andy explained everything to me, why the first one couldn't be replaced and even gave me a referral discount (I have been singing his praises to anyone who needs a plumber). I have a couple of additional small plumbing projects that I will be using Andy for and making sure I keep his information on hand for future things.

I will add that he has amazing customer service and was very reassuring during the process. Which is really important when dealing with large home repairs. The overall cost is already taxing enough so having someone break the news to you gently and being fair with the price is always helpful!

Paul is friendly, personable, and good at what he does. I wasn't completely sure that he would be able to finish the job in one day, but he handled it with ease. The motor on my grinder pump went up, but Paul was able to swap it out for a new one in less than an hour. Contact him for all of your commercial and residential property needs!

I have called Mike Henson plumbing several times to do work in my home built in 1941.  He has installed hot water heater, repaired a clogged kitchen sink and replaced a corroded and leaking bath sink pipe, installed an outside spigot and shut-off valve, and snaked out my septic drain.     He is a master plumber and his work is professional and fairly priced, even rather inexpensive compared to other estimates I got.  He is prompt, pleasant and has an especially good knowledge of plumbing in old homes.  I highly recommend him!

As a first time customer of Marino Plumbing, I felt the need to write this review.  After using numerous plumbers over the years, this company is the only one that I would call back for any additional plumbing needs.  They were on time, completed a very difficult job replacing old bathroom pipes, very concerned about protecting my carpet and hardwoods, cleaned up all the mess (they had to remove my living room ceiling to get to the leaking pipe), were polite and were up front with their costs and very reasonable for the quality of work they performed.

Victory plumbing-Jeff was so professional, knowledgeable, efficient and honest! We have used Victory I believe already 3 times and each time has been fantastic! 1st was for our extra bathroom in the basement septic tank pump, 2nd time was for our master bedroom faucet handle leak, and just recently our kitchen sink pipe leak. He doesn't try to up sell you more than what you actually need and is honest in his work and what needs to be done. His Prices are very fair for the work he puts in. We even asked Jeff about our needs for the house like water tank and a little water leak we notice when it rains really hard. All the time we been here (almost 10 yrs) no other plumber has been honest with us. They wanted 5-7k to drill and put up a wall barrier to block water coming into our house to so many other stuff they said we should do. And when Jeff-Victory plumbing came in gave us an answer what was the cause of water puddle in our basement. He saved us a lot of headache, money, and just trust in general in people. Anyways wanted everyone to know you can trust Jeff-Victory plumbing's work. We will definitely call Victory plumbing again for our plumbing needs. I wish I had taken before and after for you to see.

Nice company to deal with. arrived same day of call and checked the boiler which was having issues. He explained what he thought the issues was and that he needed to order some parts. Two days later he arrived back to the house, and completed the job within minutes. David then waited around till he knew the system was running 100%. He was accurate in his quote and quick to respond. Highly recommend using David.

QUALITY SERVICE AT EXCESSIVE HOURLY RATES!! We paid over $250/hr for labor in replacing a well. This time includes a 30 minutes round trip to Home Depot to buy the pump that Albright later marked up the price on.  

Our well pump went out, and Albright sent someone quickly although it was during business hours. The technician confirmed that my well had gone bad. He went to HD to buy the pump and replaced the well fairly quickly. I did appreciate learning more about my well while helping the technician but a flat fee of $989 for a $405 pump (HD price) in only 2:15 of time seems very high. The repair was in the middle of the day and the technician admitted he didn't have other work on his schedule which makes us question all the extra markups. We asked other contractors, and typical rates start at $75/hr. Hence use caution and prepare to pay a large premium for Albright's work.

Received work from Mitchell Plumbing & Heating for a septic removal, and hookup to public sewer.
They destroyed my driveway, and left behind two large sinkholes in the ground.
Project was estimated to take 5 days. It took them 6 weeks.

BEWARE!!
This company came out to my home to provide a service, which was not corrected and cause my bathtub to get a BIG blue stain which I can seem to remove. They came out a second time and are now trying to bill me for the 2nd visit to correct the leak & it didn't fix the problem again...so, again more leaking. They called me to pay and I said I wan't going to pay because the situation is still open. She then proceeded to tell me they won't be coming back.  Take heed in using this company. There are many plumbing companies out there...Choose wisely.

Joseph came out to repair a broken drain pipe this afternoon. Can't say enough about how great he was to work with. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, explained everything to me before doing the work, did all of the repairs necessary and kept the work site clean. All that with a great attitude and friendly manner. Will definitely use Michale and Son and Joseph in the future.
