Liberty Pure has taken advantage of my father. My father has advanced dementia.  We have an estimate with a signature that is not his but he is being billed. They have not been able to communicate with him, they have dealt with the woman he lives with only handing an estimate for him to sign. We have contacted the police and adult protective services for the county reporting this contractor. I have tried to talk with them explaining I am his daughter and his dementia, they won't speak with me, won't give me the name of office supervisors or allow me to set up appointments to meet with them. ******* please beware ***** this is disgusting *********
Edit  I was told by Doug 410-365-3150 that because of my father's dementia and his mother having dementia he recognized this was a failure OF HIS STAFF.  The signature they have on the estimate is NOT my father's signature. DOUG W SAID HE WOULD DISMISS THE BILL in my phone conversation with him.  He did not wish to go to court or be known as a business that took advantage of older citizens. Doug has however proceeded and billed my father. I am a third party that they have never done work with. My father is probably happy with the work but my father also doesn't always remember my name, he doesn't recognize my voice, he doesn't remember my children's names, he forgets his brothers names, if I tell my father I am visiting tonight he will call 3 separate time to check if it is tonight. My father is diminished and Liberty Pure took advantage.

We wanted to use a local business for our hot water heater repair. Major flooding in the basement !! This business appeared to have a favorable local following. We left a detailed message twice about what was occurring in the basement and no response. Water was gushing!! Finally heard from the owner 8 hours later!! He apologized and said that all the employees were busy with recreational activities as it was a Saturday. Really??? So exhausting that people are busy playing when their occupations entail emergency responses. By the time there was a response from Liberty Pure we had gone with a different company, Shrewsbury Plumbing, and they wasted zero time fixing the problem.

I've only ever had good experiences with this company. They're friendly , reliable , and on top of maintenance. They've installed a large water treatment system for my well, and are extremely responsive if there is ever and issue/ willing to talk you through resetting things yourself to avoid costly service calls.

Dealing with their office workers is also very smooth going and pleasant , and if you express a need or concern , they are very adept at communicating with the service providers , without you even needed to follow up or double check that it gets done.

I also appreciate the text service that lets you know when your provider will be at the house, and a photo of who to expect /their information. While a small thing , it adds a sense of security.

Couldn't recommend more.

Liberty Pure sent out Eric to repair my tub drain and fix my leaking kitchen faucet. He did a beautiful and thoughtful job of neatly cutting​ the drywall ceiling, then reattaching the drywall with drywall screws to the studs. (which made spackling very easy for me) Also he happened to have the necessary​ cartridge for my Delta faucet on his truck, so he was able to fix the kitchen faucet quickly and easily.

Needed emergency water heater replacement. Fast service, accurate estimate, worked with home warranty and quality work. Paul was competent, followed condo rules, cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend the whole team

BEWARE!!
This company came out to my home to provide a service, which was not corrected and cause my bathtub to get a BIG blue stain which I can seem to remove. They came out a second time and are now trying to bill me for the 2nd visit to correct the leak & it didn't fix the problem again...so, again more leaking. They called me to pay and I said I wan't going to pay because the situation is still open. She then proceeded to tell me they won't be coming back.  Take heed in using this company. There are many plumbing companies out there...Choose wisely.

Liberty Pure is a dying breed. These folks are absolutely amazing. I am extremely satisfied with all parts of the process including before, during, and after (especially after). I had a water softener system and new well tank installed.

Saw lots of neighbors use Liberty Pure on Nextdoor with good success and speak highly of Kevin O., so I figured I'd reach out for the free water estimate. They reach out right away to schedule and someone comes out soon after. They have a cool kit and test your water there on the spot in front of you. Go over what it means (I live on a well - water very hard too). Then we talked about some solutions and got a free estimate on the ideas.

After reviewing the quote, we scheduled a guy to come out and do the water softener + we'll tank very soon after. Did not take long. The tech and his team who came out to do the job were extremely respectful of me and my home. That's always a plus.

I don't have a basement, so we had to install this system in my finished crawl space (basement systems USA). It's extremely tight down there with little room to work. The young man accidentally knocked over my dehumidifier while down there. He must have been too nervous to say anything and probably hoped I'd notice when going over everything. Too bad for him I'm not that smart ha. Sadly I did have to have someone else come look at the dehumidifier because I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it (hose wasn't in sump pump...again, I'm not that smart).

I was bummed about that, but I called Liberty Pure and explained my situation. Kevin O., the owner, called me back within hours to try to make the situation right. And he did make right on what happened! Nobody does that anymore. At that point, I knew that I would be using Liberty Pure for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Here's a bonus!! 8am on a Saturday morning, I want to do some bathroom renovation, but I need to turn off my water first. Problem is I forgot how to do so on my new system. I called their 24/7 hotline and asked if someone could call me and remind me how to turn off the water. They confirmed if it was an emergency or not. I said no. WITHIN MINUTES OF MY CALL, guess who is calling me back telling me how to turn off the water? Kevin O. the owner of course! Who is providing service like that?

You really will not be disappointed by these folks. Great price, service, and value. Can't beat that nowadays.

Great service from this company. I need to especially thank Kevin for going above and beyond for me. My well pump went up, leaving my wife and I with zero water pressure and therefore zero water. I called Liberty Pure immediately (evening), and Kevin called me back within 2 minutes. We arranged for a 6:15 meeting the following morning, to evaluate and estimate (no charge for this). Kevin showed up even earlier, at around 5:50am. He electrically tested the pressure tank and found no fault there. He did bring to my attention that my pressure tank (blue X-Trol tank for those who don't know) was rusting on the bottom and at the threaded fitting (also on the bottom). He had me take his flashlight and insisted I see for myself, which I had no problem doing. It was indeed rusting...badly. This was due to the low PH of my well water. He explained that this was a bad flooding waiting to happen, and that other copper/metal fittings and such would be prone to leaking over the ensuing years. He recommended a stainless steel pressure tank with stainless steel fittings. He also recommended a water softening system, as well as a unit to boost the PH. We then went to the well cap, which he removed. The water had bacteria in it, which the smell and the appearance suggested, and obviously the pump had failed. In summary: Kevin and his two man crew (kudos to them as well) came out the same day, put in a new well pump and the wiring for same, replaced the pressure tank with a stainless steel one, put in a PH boosting unit and water softeners. This was done in 4-5 hours for $6200. Again, can't thank Kevin and his crew enough. I highly recommend.

Very professional and pleasant. Cody changed the filter on our water treatment system, added chemicals, and took the time to answer all of my questions so make sure I understand how it works. Highly recommend.

They were recommended by a neighbor. It was our first time using them (11.8.22) and they came when promised. Steve did a fine job at a reasonable price.

It's interesting reading some of the comments from the BBB and other groups who indicate LP provides this and that, e.g., an estimate. I am so glad most of you have had a positive experience with them. I was not so lucky. On 4/4/2023 LP came to my home because their Tech who was servicing my water treatment equipment said he stated that I had an issue with my sump pump. He poured in my sump pump the sediment and water from changing my filter ( I am on a well). He asked if I wanted LP plumber to come out and take a look and I agreed. Long story short, 2-plumbers came and they went to the basement and in in less than 20-minutes, they replaced my sump pump and left my home. I received an electronic copy of the bill. There was no estimate. There was no discussing with me what the issue with the sump pump was and whether or not it could be fixed. The electronic receipt had no information as to the brand/manufacturer of the sump pump - just a bill for $550.00. Less $100.00 for no specific reason.  They forged my signature on the receipt, just a sloppy wavy line as if I had signed. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, I requested that the sump pump information be provided. I explained that if the sump pump went up next week, I had nothing to use to see if the manufacturer would be able to provide a replacement or reimburse the cost for having it installed, etc. However, without the information I would not even be able to call them because the specific product information was missing. No type/brand of sump pump, was it Kohler? Made by some other company? No manufacturer. No price as the price was all inconclusive of labor. I am an old guy and feel that $550.00 for a sump pump replacement without knowing what type was installed and for a 1-person 20-minute job is a little excessive. LP could not understand why I would want this information. And rather than provide it, attempted to justify their business practices.  How is that a company like LP that is not a new business on the block, does not know the type of sump pump that they just installed? It would be like going to have your car serviced and they said engine replacement, $5,000 please, without giving you, the consumer, the make/model/warranty information for that new engine. Note that the Tech who serviced my water treatment system also forged my signature though I had a better idea as the service and what materials was listed on the receipt and I had had this done before. The BBB closed the complaint saying the customer made a good faith effort to respond. To which I say, that is why the middle B in BBB, stands for business. I do not believe asking for this information should have to be so difficult for LP to provide UNLESS OF COURSE THEY ARE HIDING SOMETHING! Perhaps they didn't even install a new sump pump. The old one worked fine a few days before when it rained. Did the sediment the service tech poured into the sump pump damage the sump pump?  No other LP tech had done this before. They always had a bucket to take that rusty and sediment filled water out of my house. Look, I don't mind paying for good service, but LP failed on multiple fronts.  Let me know how you folks feel if you had car work done as previously mentioned, or you went to the hospital, stayed for a week, and got a $25,000 bill that simply stated: Hospital Stay, without telling you how much the x-ray cost, or what any other test cost.  LP was wrong here and the BBB was useless. The BBB could have intervened but I assume realized that LP was never going to provide the information I needed and requested. I hope you continue to get good service, but, you have at least been alerted.

Attempted use of their service several times. The first time was pleasant. After my reverse osmosis faucet pressure dropped I used them for the 2nd time.  They were unable to fix it, and had to return another time. Still no joy, but again I was charged. As a result I removed the faucet and filter. Called them again, this time for the softener unit. I needed more salt and the unit was flushing multiple times a day. They came out for a half hour only to reset the clock which I had already set, did not bring salt, oiled a gear and billed me $130.00. The actual fix needed requires a plumber. Absurd bill for a 30 min job that was of no effort or result. Highly suggest to go else where if possible.
And once you are on their contacts they will constantly harass you with phone calls.
