I can't say enough nice things about this company and the people who work there. They are very experienced and very professional. Most importantly, they are willing to take time to fully explain a situation and the options available. Their prices are very fair. Along with many of my neighbors, we are long time very satisfied customers.

Sprio at Empire saved us this weekend. Our water heater went out on us and other services couldn't find a unit that would fix where the existing one was located. Spiro found a new unit that would fit, got it fast and installed it for us on a Saturday. Having hot water through the weekend in the middle of winter was a lifesaver. Thanks Spiro!

We recently purchased an old house that had been empty for some time and when the water was turned back on we had some issues.  We had an original 1937 faucet that wouldn't turn off, a toilet that just had a sign on it saying do not use, an improperly installed toilet that had to be re installed and  our main water supply was leaking.  Each issue was repaired quickly and inexpensively.  Having moved from another old house I was familiar with the adage you just going to have to replace it without anyone trying to repair...not Ralph!   He repaired the old faucet, replaced the old toilet, cleaned out a sewer line that everyone said had to be replaced. - and he's an awesome guy!!!!

I found this business by their Facebook page. My well pump began to rapidly cycle which I suspected was a bad pressure tank. They arrived promptly at 9 am and went to work to replace the well tank, low pressure switch, and manifold pipes with all stainless steel. Excellent service and fair pricing!

Fred was great!He was prompt and thorough. He made sure he could find the problem. We're in an older home, and we had drain back up issues. He came out, looked in our lines, realized we had two mains that had severe blockage, jetted our lines, and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

When I was searching for someone to do partial work on my basement project, I found Anthony online. When I met him he was very professional and friendly. When speaking to him and showing him my project he was very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed for my basement project to get the job done and finished the work. He did the rough- in for my basement and it looks AWESOME!!! I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a great professional plumber and masonry repair worker. It is hard to find a really good person that is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, fair and someone who does not waist your time. I appreciate a hard worker and Anthony is just that!!!! Our new renters called one day to say that water was leaking from the bathtub overflow drain downstairs and through the vent.   Since we live about an hour away I looked online to find several plumbers to call.  Several never responded or had full mailboxes (one hasn't called back even though it's been over 24 hours).   Chesapeake was willing to send someone out but when I started asking about the details of what the problem likely was, one of the staff explained the process, which sounded rather simple.  I asked if this could be a do it yourself project and she responded yes (if you are handy).  I really appreciated that they didn't steer me towards business to gain profit.   So far we did try our own fix by replacing the gasket, and it seems to be working.   If not, then I've reached my limit if what I personally would do without a plumber and will call them, as I appreciated their honesty before.   I give 4 stars based on their helpful conversation - though I've not yet had anything serviced by them.

Great experience with these guys. Super expert at their trade.  We live in DC - Columbia Heights and no plumbing company wanted to touch replacing a terracotta pipe. They were talking permits, digging and $$$.

We called these guys to see what they could do. We ended up doing trench-less water repair with them. While everyone else was telling us we had to excavate, Jason and his team assessed the situation, saw they could take it on, and did it! Best of all, their guarantee and longevity in business made us feel better.

I'm giving them a 4 bc it took them a while to send me back the final receipt  and I had to keep hounding them for this. Wish that part was more automated.

Buyer beware of this company!  I had a clogged kitchen sink that was that required a snake job to unclog it.  Roto-Rooter sent a plumber by who assessed the issue and asked for a flat rate of 620$ !  I told him that is way to much and he immediately said he could give a discount and the price instantly changed to 350$.  I said no and he left.  He then came back 5 minutes later saying he could do the job for 250$.  I was just put off at this point and went with much cheaper options.   Buyer beware of the ever changing price!

Like others I was ignored. I e-mailed the president back and he was a no show and then ignored my e-mails. I called the company a few business days later. She promised me someone would contact me that day (this was yesterday mid day). Sad thing is I am a repeat customer and they have a few great techs, but now that I have a major problem, where are they. They even provided an estimate and then stopped returning my calls and e-mails. Its a good thing, because their estimate of the work was wrong. It now appears its another issue, but either way, when you need a plumber for a big issue stay away from Perfect Plumbing.

I had a flood in my basement. I had just finished cleaning up from that flood.  The we got more rain.  I went to the basement only to find it flooding again.  The sump pump had failed. I called so many plumbers and they were all busy and could not get out here. The last plumber I called was Abbott's.  I explained that my basement was flooding and I needed someone right away.  I was told as soon as the next plumber broke free, they would send him out.  I explained that I had had hip surgery and I couldn't keep up with the water.  Within an hour,  Chris called me and told me he was on his way.  He arrived shortly, went to the basement and ran all of the water out of the sump pump.  It ran and ran until he could finally take the old sump pump out and replaced it with a new one.  In addition, he swept the water from the basement to the sump pump because I was unable to do it. I told him that he would be my plumber for life.  Yes, it was a little expensive on my fixed income, but the service I received was priceless. Thank you Abbott's and thank you Chris.

If I could give a zero, I would. THIS IS A HORRIBLE REVIEW! On March 17th we had a toilet emergency at 3:30 in the morning where my 6'7 post surgery husband fell and broke the toilet and tank. Water was EVERYWHERE. I called Bailey Bros. and he did not feel it was an emergency and said he would be out between 9am and 11 am.. Needless to say he was late. He barely looked at the toilet and immediately said he would have to remove all the base boards and saw 10 inches up from the floor to check for mold. He promised me he would be back and it would be fixed by 5pm. At 2pm, my husband called him and he said he wasn't coming, probably because I did not fall for his SCAM and BS about the ridiculous repairs he wanted to do after looking at the toilet for 2 seconds.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY YOU WILL GET LIES EXCUSES AND MOST LIKELY A JOB A TWO YEAR OLD COULD PROBABLY DO BETTER ALL HE HAD TO DO IS CALL TEST EMAIL to let us know but when he lost his scam charges he bailed out.

Don't use Crouse plumbing.   Gave me a quote of $350 to replace an outside faucet and then charged me $515.  When I questioned it they said they would refund $75.  After 2 hours they said they changed their mind and I need to pay the full amount.
