Merz Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

The difference in Companies couldnt be more evident than what I experienced today. My 17- year-old water heater burst in the middle of the night, my son was able to shut the water off but to the whole house. I called 4 different Companies for prices and got a huge range, but more importantly the knowledge, politeness, professionalism of Merz ( Josiah)  exceeded all the others, as well as having the best price. They even helped me get water to the house(without heating) for now while I wait to get my finances gathered. I will go to this Company any day of the week over others. Personality goes a very long way and you can tell when people talk down to you or try to get one over on you. I am currently waiting on financing and as soon as get it arranged I look forward having them install my new water heater.

Received fantastic service from Merz. They sent out a technician, Dan, first thing Monday morning after our a/c went out over the weekend. He offered to check how much coolant was needed free of charge. It was only after clear inspection that he recommended replacement. He was in and out within an hour and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. His quote was spot on with a competitor and half that of another. Would highly recommend!

Mertz Plumbing installed a battery powered back up sump pump in our home.  They did a fantastic job at a reasonable cost.  Thank you Mertz.

Just had my water heater replaced by Merz plumbing, great place and great people to work with. I was referred to them by a co worker that has used them in the past and has been very happy. The guys that came were great and very friendly and were right on time. Very impressed and would definitely   use them again and also refer people to them.
