1st Call Heating and Cooling, Inc. began when founder, Rodger Hettinger became determined to prove that customers could still receive high quality service at fair prices. After 19 years at a small local company that grew to a large consolidated company, and over 5 years at another, Rodger saw that cutting corners seemed a standard. He became frustrated with poor quality and ethics. Rodger decided to start his own business dedicated to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, 1st Call Heating and Cooling, Inc. was born.

Rodger enjoys music, the arts, and tinkering with old cars.
