In response to your response. I do not want anyone to be given incorrect information so I will correct some things that you are incorrect on.The issue of warranty or not is irrelevant. When your technicians came out to our home to assess our issue you were well aware of our situation. John Cabral had numerous conversations with Water Furnace and how things were going to be handled. I ask what does it matter warranty or no warranty you would have been paid for a job done, period. When your technicians came to our home we were told by them, specifically John Cabral that you could do this job. This is not as difficult or challenging of a job as you state. It is changing out a unit which was going to be supplied to you and installing an additional heat exchanger. As far as Water Furnace waiting on a decision from us. The significant delay was due to you. How were we supposed to give them an answer when you weren't giving us a final answer as to price and when the job could be completed. John Cabral told us that the heat exchanger would be coming from Canada and would take some additional time. There was no misunderstanding. Additionally why would I call the manufacturer in January when we were dealing with you? They are not the ones doing any of the work. As far as going back to the original installer we had numerous conversations with you about that. Why would we want the original installer to do the job when the problem was due to them. Water Furnace recommended that we use you. That you were qualified to do this job. That apparently is incorrect.The entire reason for my bad review of your company is as follows.You realized that this job was beyond your capabilities and you made the decision to not do this job but had no intention of informing us of your decision. That sir is just bad business and if I can save anyone else from being treated like we were by you in the future that is my sole intent.

Masters Heating and air was contracted by me to install geo thermal heat an air in my home here in Ft Wayne and a unit install in my dtrs home east of Decatur. I paid for both installs. I included the extended warranty for my unit as well. It never ran correctly an my heating bills were anywhere from $450.00 to $500.00 a month. I got monthly ratings where I ranked out of 200 homes in electrical usage by AEP. I every single time fell at the bottom at number 200. I informed Masters of this an cost of monthly bills. They came approx 3 to 4 times an told me nothing was wrong. I got a second opinion from another heat an air business tht specializes in geo. They told me it was leaking, underground most likely. They did extensive testing on it and told me to call Masters back to repair since I had a warranty. Masters came again and continued to deny anything was wrong. I couldn't afford to repair as I ended up broke paying these high heating bills. I was on disability so I didn't have much left after monthly disability payments an also close to retirement. I felt they took advantage of me because I was older and female. I would never send anyone to this business, they are corrupt. I must say a different crew out of Decatur put my dtrs in and it worked just fine. She's young an had a hubby so she would never of been pushed around as I was. Pretty easy to push the elderly around, but if they were any kind of reputable business it would of never happen!

About two years ago we had Masters Heating and Cooling install a new furnace system for our home.  Last year I called Masters to get my yearly maintenance done on the furnace in mid October and they said they were booked into January.  I explained that we leave for our winter home in January.  They basically said that they could not service the furnace in the next two and one half months.  I called again this year to hear the same thing.  The person taking the call from Masters was cold and non helping.  Beware if you buy new from Masters Heating and Cooling.  You might not be able to get the scheduled yearly maintenance on your purchase.

This is a very excellent company to work with.  They made a mistake in letting our appointment slip through the cracks.  When we contacted them about this the owner, Dennis personally worked with us to make it right.  It is refreshing to see that customer service is still important to some companies.  Also, their techs are very knowledgable and they sell trane equipment, which is very good.

Masters replace our HVAC system yesterday.  They were quick and efficient. I hardly knew they were here.  We had 4 estimates and Masters was the best deal.  I highly recommend them.  They even filed my Nipsco rebate for me.

I have had nothing but professionalism and speedy service from Masters. They explain what they are going to do before they do it, and if the service guy can't do it, they call for back up. Will continue to use them for years to come.

They did a great job cleaning and inspecting my furnace. The the technician showed up in the time frame I was given and he was very informative. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors :^)
