I'll gladly be the first to review.  And this is wild, since I am not the type to write reviews, this is special.  I have now used PCS to help me through four projects, which were beyond my DIY abilities.  I am so thankful I found a company with professional staff, dependable services, and able and willing to help you through the process of turning an idea into an actual functional reality.  No matter your creativity, PCS is there to guide you through your various options, and is honest about what materials, designs, processes, etc. will be best in the long run, and explaining why.  The coolest part is they don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need.  PCS is just reliable, while being easy going and approachable. Thanks to PCS, my family has an expanded outdoor poured concrete patio, trendy new decorative indoor accent walls, a massive built-in entertainment center, the coolest loft-built in bed, and even more.  This company literally does it all, electrical, framing, concrete, painting, finishing, demolition.  PCS has the right tools, and technologies to get the job done, efficiently and PCS has earned my loyalty, no matter the indoor or outdoor project.  Highly recommended.

I made an appointment, and Dustin called ahead of time to make sure the time was still good for me that day.  He showed up when he said he would, explained what he was checking on my furnace and the results.  He was very professional, had very good communication skills, and demonstrated that he had experience and skills with furnace repair.  He came back and made the repair, and I was very happy that the repair was a reasonable price, and saved me the cost of a new furnace! I will call them again if needed!  Thank you, Dustin!

I've used this business for the last time.  Mr. Klotz replaced a sump pump where I paid labor rate of $100/hr. in addition to finding out he charged me 70% more than the retain price for the pump he purchased from the local Menards in addition to charging me $52.50 for the travel time to drive to Menard and back to my home.  Really?  I believe he took advantage of my being a mature, single female home-owner.  When I inquired about the price of the sump pump he became very angry and rude to me.  I will definitely not be using this plumper again.  In addition, the sump pump was to have a lifetime warrantee and I received no proof of purchase in case the pump fails.  Women beware.  He also attempted to care the old pump through my home dripping dirty water through my living room with brand new carpet (6 months old) and would have done so if I did not garb a trash bin liner and asked him to place the old pump in the liner.

Bait/switch - Called asked how much to tell me what was wrong with A/C they told me $65. $65 was transportation to unit. Another $68 to look at it.

After calling asking about service rates, I scheduled appt. I was told $65 to diagnose and tell me what was wrong w/ Central Air that was freezing over the coils. I was made aware that materials will cost additional if freon was needed, however when the visit was 30min in total, I would have not have guessed that an additional fee would be charged for performing the service that the truck arrived to perform.

I have no issues paying for the service, nor the materials; However, when told a Service Call is $65 plus an additional fee of $68 to perform the service is deceptive. Whereas, I'm charged a fee for the OPPORTUNITY to give them BUSINESS??  When I called to address the billing issue with 'Mike Smith' I was told that $65 was for the truck to arrive at my address... If I wasn't home, or they were unable to look at the unit, I would still have been billed the $65 ...which I understand. He then told me as soon as they step out of the truck to look at he unit, another $68 is billed even if no work is performed.

I told Mr. Smith that they need to clearly define that the $65 is nothing more than a Transportation Fee for a person to perform the service, but if that fee does not include some minimal effort to detect the service needed to be performed, then it was very poorly represented based on the information that I was given per my call.  I would like refunded the $68.

The management is extremely rude and verbally aggressive. This business is run by evil, disgusting human beings. Do not go here if you believe that all human beings should be treated with respect. You will be degraded and cussed out by management for no reason. I hope your business gets the karma it deserves.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but Jason refuses to call me back, give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.

He came to our home to do a service repair. He charge us $450.00 to pump water out from our basement.  He then referred us to Direct Flow Service to dig to replace a broken tile at the tree.  We gave him $1500.00 to start the job. He never came back to finish the job. He wants to collect another $1000.00 without finishing the job. He covered the hole and left about 3 ft of dirt on top of the hole.  He verbally gave us a 90 day warranty with work done from the house out about 10 ft to the sidewalk . The problem as I have been previously advised exists at the tree which is aprox. 50 from the house. We have had this same problem prior several times and each time was roto rooted  at the tree which took care of the problem temporarily.  

He said if we didn't pay in full he would add on $30.00 a month until paid.  He never gave us a Contract - just receipt for the $1500.00. We wonder if he even has a permit to do this work.
