We called because of a clogged drain that was keeping us from using our a/c on a very warm day. We were not expecting to have someone show up after 4:00 p.m. on a Friday. Within an hour we were receiving a call from Josh saying he was on his way. He showed up and was very courteous and answered all of my annoying questions. A little while later the drain was fixed and the a/c back on. He was a savior.

This is the best plumbing store you can go to. Place has been in business longer than heck. As long as I can remember and this is the 1970s and 1980s. Guy in this place knows his plumbing parts, good place to get propane as well.

They have all of your plumbing needs covered for damn sure.

Could not of asked for a better experience. These guys are extremely trustworthy and reasonable. They came out and gave an estimate then followed up with completing all of the work, as well as making several recommendations for future opportunities. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We will use them for all of our future needs.

Flowtech is a joke. They are overpriced, and so unprofessional. My fiancé worked there last year and was let go, let me add very unprofessionally let go, was told he was no longer needed and the owner just walked away, and we are trying to buy a house now and needed a good word letter from Flowtech, went in over a week ago to ask for the letter, asked them to call us when they had an answer, still nothing, we went back in today and was told they can't write the letter, because we don't feel comfortable lying to a bank how are you lying might I add. He was let go. We understand they won't write the letter, but they were very unprofessional by not giving us a phone call to let us know they wouldn't give us anything. I'm not a person to complain, but when my fiancé was let go very unprofessionally he left no answers to his questions, nothing. We have used their business before, and never again will we. So sad.

My review is for their scheduler and their scheduling system: They don't even get one star. On Thursday, I needed a plumber as soon as possible for toilet and other plumbing issues. The scheduler had nothing for then or the next day, so it would bring me to the weekend, where they would add $95 to the final cost. I decided to choose Monday since money was an issue. But they had no appointments available Monday either, so I took the first available for Tuesday morning at 8:30am. Fast forward to now, Tuesday at 1:30 pm, when no one has shown up. I was finally able to get ahold of the scheduler who told me that they were not able to come to my scheduled appointment because I didn't answer my confirmation phone call this morning! The number she told me they called was some random number that I had never heard of. I made the appointment from my only cell phone.  I only have this one phone number and they never even asked me what it was when making the appointment, only my email address. I received several reminder emails saying they would be here Tues. morning.  She said the computer captures your phone number when you make the appointment, and that is the number they will call to confirm, and they will not keep your appointment unless you answer the phone. Something is just not right with their system if it is capturing random numbers, and they are relying on that system to confirm appointments.  I told her I would have to call another company since she could not fit me in for today (even though I had made my appointment 5 days ago.)

Requested service on an old furnace that heated my commercial building. They couldn't fixed the furnace and instead would send a salesmen out to quote a new furnace. First appointment they never showed, never called. I called a week later to follow up. They rescheduled and had a no show - no call again. 40 mins after the scheduled time MIKE KNUEVE calls with the rudest tone. I told him you should have called I am at lunch now, I would have stayed at my office if you were going to be this late, just call... His response We are busy people too...

As a young business owner in a small community I am very disappointed with Mike Knueve and his approach to business and sales. I received no apology from Mike and will not be working with Knueve and sons.

As a Waterfurnance GeoPro I expected more! Paid extra to get someone out the same day only to then have to wait 5 days ( in 100 degree heat non the less)  to have a board replaced. They didn't care that we were without either. Unit was also under warranty! The service manager even tried to compare it to his camping vacation he was on by choice.  They do not carry Waterfurnance parts on their trucks and ship parts to their shop in Laotto from Fort Wayne rather than picking up.  Huge disservice to the customer. Was not given any other option but to wait. I had to call multiple times to follow up - lack of communication all the way around . Will use someone else next time and would never recommend them to anyone I know.
