I made an appointment, and Dustin called ahead of time to make sure the time was still good for me that day. He showed up when he said he would, explained what he was checking on my furnace and the results. He was very professional, had very good communication skills, and demonstrated that he had experience and skills with furnace repair. He came back and made the repair, and I was very happy that the repair was a reasonable price, and saved me the cost of a new furnace! I will call them again if needed! Thank you, Dustin!

Matt Stevens, the Masters Heating & Cooling technician, just left our house. He serviced our furnace and a/c unit. He was not only very knowledgeable, professional, skilled and efficient, he was most pleasant and he shared his expertise with us. We are more than happy with Matt and Masters.
