Best Plumbing Services in Fort Wayne, IN
I own several rental properties and I always use Taylor Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. They are honest, reasonable and do good work. They are a small company, Brian and Steve provide great service.

I wasn't able to get serviced through this company, but I thought I'd leave a review because the owner was really kind and willing to direct me to another business that would be able to service for what I needed! (We have a geothermal unit)
Much thanks! Not many businesses offer recommendations to another company.
Five star customer support!

I'd probably give them only a single star, except for the fact that we've been using them for maybe 4-5 years and, until the last year or so, their service and techs were great. We had them install a water heater, do several plumbing projects and check on our HVAC and were very pleased with how all of that went.
But it seems like they're growing, and growth/revenue seems to be displacing customer service as the priority. (Ever since our home base office switched to a closer, presumably new, location in Niles, everything kind of fell apart.)
We've been on their Comfort Club plan for the last maybe 4 years or so, which gives us an AC, furnace and plumbing check-up each, once per year. Unlike the tech who came out for a bunch of years, the guy they sent last fall just spent the whole check-up trying to up-sell us on some kind of weird, expensive home filtration system or something, and then did some work that I didn't ask for and charged me for it.
This summer, I've been trying to get the plumbing and AC check-up scheduled, and, between those two appointments, they have either no-showed, canceled, or gotten the date wrong 5 different times. I finally just gave up and told them not to bother coming.
So, if you're thinking of calling them out for a specific problem and you can actually get them to come out, I imagine the service you receive will still be pretty good. But I'd steer clear of getting on any plan or depending on customer service, since it feels like a business that's heavily incenting its staff for sales/top-line above all else, including customer service. And I'd probably just steer clear altogether these days.
I will say they were pretty prompt and friendly about refunding me this year's Comfort Club fees. So there's that, at least. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
(PS, if you know of any good HVAC/plumbing places in the area, my DMs are open!)

All I did was make a phone call, and I'm already unimpressed.
The gentlemen who answered sounded as if he were sleeping or inebriated. He was curt and rude. He expected me as a first-time customer to magically know that (1) the main business contact number defaults to an emergency services line after 5 p.m., and (2) the regular business hours were 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
He explained with some irritation that as an emergency services line he has no access to scheduling or set pricing.
Here's the reality: If you want to offer a third-party provider for emergency services after hours this is great, but that employee needs their own contact number separate from that of the business.
Here's another reality: If the employee is not third party, then the fact that this employee is unable or unwilling to schedule or provide pricing is ludicrous. Even a simple, I'm sorry, it is too short notice for an appointment tomorrow, is better than the shit-tastic response I received.
Maybe I'm just tired and cranky. I work full time at the hospital, volunteer for CASA, preparing for graduate school, and working hard to be healthy enough to have a baby. My fiance is a Navy Vet who works, goes to school full time, and helps take care of me. All I needed was one pleasant, quick phone call to help address our plumbing needs in our home.
*sigh* Not worth the stress. We won't be contacting this business in the A.M. Which is a shame, because I firmly believe in supporting small business first.
