SLAM Plumbing

INSANELY EXPENSIVE - $250 to change out the Fill Valve and Flapper.  Showed up hours late.  Job took 20 minutes.   NEVER AGAIN-

SLAM is the best! They are responsive, professional and always fairly priced. They have done work on my previous home and my current home, and I'm always so impressed with how quick they get to me and the quality of the work. I'm never surprised by the bill and all their employees are so kind and respectful! As a realtor I've recommended SLAM to my clients for any repairs after closing and they have never let me down....seriously the best!

I have never been so pleased with a service I was not expecting before. My hot water stopped working overnight and I posted in a neighborhood page, they were quick to respond, came out immediately and installed a new water tankless water heater after my ancient water heater rusted completely through.
Austin and Logan were professional, friendly, nice and explained everything along the way and cleaned up after themselves. They were open and upfront about everything, I'm almost looking forward to having the company coming back out to perform some other necessary work. Thanks again for making a headache way less of a headache in this chilly weather! I don't normally take time to create a review I'm more than happy to make the same day the work is done.

I found this company highly recommended in my neighborhood group - he said he'd come today at 10 am, 10 min before I confirmed and he said he wouldn't come til afternoon which we couldn't do. I was disappointed in lack of communication. After I said we really needed someone today, he had someone come - who said it was $205 just to step in the door. We were desperate and agreed then he called his teammate while my husband was in the house (on speaker phone) and told him that I had been bitching at him all morning. That is so unprofessional on so many levels. Do not recommend! He spoke about me in a negative manner on speaker phone, was not forthcoming about his pricing and also lied about when he was going to show up. Please, don't support this behavior.

We've always used SLAM Plumbing's services for any plumbing needs, and they're always top-notch. They just recently worked on our house and basically did an entire replumbing from top to bottom, including making sure our plumbing was vented probably. The crew did a damn good job as always and we're thrilled to have our plumbing where it finally needs to be.

Fantastic experience from the beginning! After three pipe bursts in less than a year, we we were looking to replace all of the faulty piping in our house (every single bit). It was quite a large job. We called the plumbers we had used for the last three leaks, and when they could not take on the large project, they recommended Slam Plumbing. We called, and they came out quickly to give us a quote. They were professional and knowledgeable, and we were ready to work with them. We are so glad that we did! There is a sense of relief and comfort knowing that we are not going to wake up or walk into a water disaster. Quality service and quality product! There is a clear difference in their work and the work that was originally done when the house was built. Grateful for their professionalism and expertise. I feel confident and comfortable recommending them to anyone! Everyone involved, from the initial call to the actual work, was kind and personable. Thank you all!

DO NOT GET duped by this company.  $500 to cap a frozen pipe.  Days later, when they came out again to quote the fix for the repair, another $50 service charge and quoted over 3k for what we had another company do for $800, including sheet rock, painting etc., all in which we're not included in SLAMs quote.  
RIP OFF!!!

cannot sing the praises of this company, it's owners and employees enough. They were recommended by a neighbor when I had a leak a few weeks ago. They came out immediately, were very reasonable and fixed my problem right away. They have since gotten me out of a pinch twice. They are super kind, professional and quick to respond! Plumber's and their bills can be scary. Not these guys! Use them if you need a plumber, you won't be sorry!

Tristan was really great. He addressed all our issues and explained everything really thoroughly. Very happy with the service.

Not impressed. Called them to fix my disposal and running toilet. Almost $700 later, the disposal works ok but the toilet is still running, but now it also doesn't flush sometimes. Inner workings were replaced ($250 for this part of the job) with what looks like the cheapest ($21 at Lowe's) parts. The rubber stopper is so flimsy, it gets caught on the edge of the drain, and toilet keeps running. Tried a quicker flip of the handle but then it doesn't flush.

Called to tell them the problem and have someone sent out to fix it but I was going to have to wait 5 days. They were clearly not interested in standing by their work. Given the lack of support and follow up of the initial job, and apparent treating of this as if it were a new job, I was not interested in throwing good money after bad so decided to cancel the new appointment. Should have just tried to fix it myself since I'm having to do that anyway.
