Our expansion tank sprang a leak and we had water spewing from the tank and dripping down into the downstairs bathroom.  We got the water turned off and started searching for a plumber.  I hadn't even finished reading my Angie's List recommendations and I already had a call from Tom, the on-call plumber for Cash Plumbing.  Super responsive!  Then I kept calling him back with questions and pricing; he was patient and professional with every call.  We set up a time for the next morning, but ended up with his coming out that same night at no extra cost.  I sent him a picture of the unit to replace; he gave me a quote over the phone ($100 less than another quote) and that was the exact amount charged - no surprises.  We were without water for only a couple of hours - not bad for what we thought was a going to be a much bigger deal.  I highly recommend Cash Plumbing.  They will definitely be my first call if we ever need a plumber again.

When I called the woman who answered phone was pleasant. I asked if they had appointments in the evening because I get off at 430pm. She said no so I asked about weekend appointment she said yes. She stated it would be 125 dollars to

Cut the dry wall to get to problem cut the copper pipe put some other plastic hose in. Took the copper pipe never sent the
Receipt. I called on Monday to get the receipt and there is the 155 to come on Saturday. What a rip off watch these

Great service! The work was done quickly and efficiently. The issue was quickly discovered and repaired. The pricing was reasonable.

I called a plumber I have used before, who charged me 65.00 to come out and look at my very old water heater. I was quoted a price of 2750.00 for a 40 gallon tank. I immediately went to Home Advisor and was connected to Cash Plumbing. The kind person who took my call reiterated my belief that a charge to come out and bid on service is a bad deal. They gave me a quote of 1000.00. When the plumber arrived, (Dylan, I think?) he mentioned that I could have a 50 gallon tank for the same price. He was very knowledgeable and a joy to have in my home.

I've had some pretty rotten experiences with plumbers in the past few years, so it's such a relief to find Cash Plumbing. I am going to make sure my neighbors know about this company.

Cody Johnson at Panther helped us fix our shower cartridge. Very quick and easy job. We had a hard to find cartridge that other companies we called before couldn't get, but it was no problem for Cody and Panther!

After an extremely poor experience with a previous contractor who completely made a mess of the plumbing in my house causing leaks and damage to the lower crawlspace I am feeling like I'm winning in Vegas since I called Panther Plumbing. Randy and Evan were excellent they diagnosed everything and like surgeons set to work with precision and removed the broken old lead pipes and made everything immaculate. Can't thank them enough and I will be using them again!!

Panther Plumbing was very quick, responsive, and helpful to resolving a sewage backup at my home due to tree roots penetrating the pipes. BJ was very transparent and showed me two problem areas causing issues using a camera and verified all areas were clear.

I've had Panther Plumbing out a couple of times to my place and each time I have felt properly taken care of. Their service and professionalism has been on point. They have been clean and quick, and informative and helpful.

Had a great experience with Randy! He was prompt and professional! He identified and addressed the issue, which was simple, and I was charged accordingly, no surprises. Felt good about the company as a whole.

Called about a leaking water heater expansion tank.  I had the pleasure of speaking with Leah in the office who was extremely helpful,  professional, and friendly.  The office staff here is great!

Panther Plumbing installed a new hot water heater and removed old unit. The agent, Mitchell, was prompt, professional and competent. He explained all the processes and took good card of us. And, he observed Covid protocols, wore a mask and foot coverings to protect internal surfaces.

In addition, Elijah, installed new toilets for us last month. He was very professional and friendly.
I highly recommend Mitchell, Elijah and Panther.

I can not recommend this crew enough! My partner and I closed on our home on a Friday morning. The following Wednesday evening our ceiling in the kitchen began leaking from below our bathroom. I put in a request to Angie's List and a representative from Cash Plumbing called me within 5 minutes. I explained the situation and he walked me through holding off the leak so that it did damage the ceiling further. He then said he could come out tonight for $200 assessment, or if we could wait until the morning to have a free inspection. Since he had already helped me stop the leak we opted for the morning.

The crew arrived on time, was extremely polite, and very communicative. Each step of the way Dylan (Dillan?) helped to explain what was going on, gave me options to save money, and showed me exactly why the leak was happening. The previous homeowner had done a subpart job replacing the drain in the bathtub which caused an overflow and a leak into the kitchen below. He repaired that, then quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price to repair the tub faucet, as he saw it would also create issues in the future. He gave us a warrantee on the work, and asked to call if there were further issues.

Two days later there was a small amount of water on the kitchen floor. We called and they came out right away, even though it was the evening hours. After inspecting it again, they realized that it had nothing to do with their work, or the plumbing, but that the grout behind the tub and under the faucet was not sealed properly. He gave us instructions on how to do the work ourselves for under $5, then actually grabbed a grout gun from their truck and patched it so that it would not leak.

They truly stand by their work and really helped us out where we were already stressed out from being first-time home owners. Thank you Cash!

Tony was great! He came in and assessed my leak and had it fixed within minutes! I'll definitely be calling him again in the future. Hopefully not too soon though.

This company was a no call no show twice. Please do your research and go with a locally owned company. Their number will always direct you to some off site receptionist facility who have no clue of what's going on with the field plumbers.
