Found this company on yelp needed help installing my new gas stove. They kept great communication throughout the whole process advising me of every step. Jorge was a great technician! Made sure to explain everything for us and made sure everything was installed quickly and efficiently. He helped going above and beyond on some gas stove questions and giving us an idea for some future work we expect to be using this company for! Totally great on time quick and efficient! Go to plumbers!

Josh and Mike came out to replace a sink and were professional, efficient, and pleasant to have in the home. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Thank you guys!

Heavenly Plumbing is a great company and service. Their work is unparalleled. The attention, care and detail they provide to their clients is why I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Ivan is an expert, super knowledgeable and provides all possible options to the client but leaves it up to the client to make the final decision. I never felt pushed to do anything I didn't want to do they always gave me their expert advice on what would be the best option for my problem.

We had a great experience with Need A Plumber. The service tech, Keyonie, is professional and knowledgeable. He worked on the roof until the clog was gone. I would highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

I feel like I lucked out finding Dovi. I just moved into my first place and the water heater died. I don't know the first thing about home repair so I was worried that I would get taken advantage. Dovi was at my place within half an hour of calling him. He was courteous and quick. I was on my way out of town so he even set up the installation through my sister. He did great work and gave me honest advice.

Never deal with this company!! I repeat never deal with this company. Prices are ridiculous and a rip off!! Go to any other company but this one, unless  you want to be hustled!! Had to give them one star, but wanted to rate them a negative.

Just wanted to share a terrible experience we had with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Bradenton last week. I had a plumbing issue at my rental property and they scheduled me for a jetting service from noon-4pm on a Friday. The night before the appointment, they sent me a text to confirm, which I did. On the day of the appointment, the branch manager called me and my property manager at 9am to ask if they could come early, but both of us were unavailable to take the call. The manager called again at 10am and left me a voicemail saying that he wouldn't send his crew later that day. A few minutes later, I received a cancellation email from Benjamin Franklin. All of these happened just two hours before my scheduled appointment.

We rearranged everything to accommodate their schedule, hoping to get my plumbing issue resolved. I eventually spoke with the branch manager, Jeff, who explained that he cancelled the appointment because his crew had some downtime that morning and he didn't want them to be idle. That's why he called us to see if they could start early instead of waiting until noon, but since we didn't pick up the phone, he called OFF the appointment.

I was shocked and extremely disappointed by the way Benjamin Franklin Plumbing operates. I have never encountered a manager who handles business in this manner. The most disappointing thing was that he showed no sincerity or effort to make things right. All he said was Unfortunately, we are all booked and the next available appointment is not until next Wednesday. There's nothing I can do at this point.

I will never do business with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Talk about a rip off, I ordered a custom Tub from another manufacturer and they made a mistake so they offered to send out a plumber to fix their mistake.  They searched the yellow pages and this was the only plumber that was available the next day (I wonder why they are always available).  They came out, complained about the tub, sat in their truck for 2 hours eating lunch, and then came back inside and fix the tub (They were moving buttons on a jetted tub).  I did not receive a bill because the Tub place called them.  They tub place said they expected 100-150 dollars, but the Bill was for 414, and they explained to the bathtub company it was very difficult and took hours to install.  Come to find out they were Billing us for the entire time they sat in the truck, and they use a GPS to prove they were at your house Working the entire time.  The tub company offered to settle with them and pay $250 .  The plumbers agreed received their money, and the proceeded to have a lawyer send a letter for notice of lien for the other $150, that I still owe them, even though I never called them to come to my house, and they made an agreement with the tub company.

Please stay away from these plumbers, they are very dishonest, and use lawyers to intimidate you extort you out of more money!

My mother is retired and needed help with some plumbing issues. This company is horrible, they did not want to fix the problem and wanted to charge a $45 for just coming and not doing anything...and they used rude, intimidating tactics. Don't ever hire this company. Apparently they have never heard of Yelp before, maybe they will treat their clients better.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Try another plumbing service.

Very bad experience with Mr. Ezau, poor work ethics, does not keep his appt. times.  Charges are much higher than other plumbers. He charges the high price despite not having a successful outcome.  Luckily I found an honest ethical plumber here on Yelp with 5 stars who could not believe how I had been taken for my money, he even suggested that I should not pay Mr. Ezau the full amount he had charged since he did not resolve anything for me and it was doubtful he even performed the work he stated he did.  I did pay him as I beleive a Man's word means more than any contract.

Do not let Mr. Ezau enter your property, he is not honest and will charge you more than another plumber for work that is sub par at best.  Communicating and understanding what he is trying to tell you is needed is very difficult.

So we called Larson's plumbing out 3 TIMES !!! and was charged thousands for all three services! only to tell us that someone is throwing paper towels down the toilet and because we are a business establishment things like that would happen! never really looked into the problem. First visit they said oh it's the city they have to come out and do a clean out because it's the city sewer lines that are bad then they said we need to put a camera down and get a visual and we agreed only to find nothing because they were looking in the wrong place!! after the 3rd time we called Alvarez plumbing the guy that came knew exactly what was happening and it was less then $300 told us where we need to get a camera to get a visual and fixed the problem all under $1000.00 !  LARSONS PLUMBING JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR satisfaction.
