Went outside to turn off the sprinkler and saw water on the side of the yard, water softener issues for sure . Regular plumber not available, got a referral who gave me another referral, got yet another, which was how I ended up at New England. So glad the trail ended where its did . On July 7/10/17 my toilet was leaking so immediately start looking for a plumber after readings the review on Yelp decided to call New England Plumbing, WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! Well toilet was leaking yes, but the price that they charged me was ASTRONOMICAL!!!! For Tank to Bow price of the part was $12.00, another part Korky Flush valve another $12.00 for LABOR $387.00 TOTAL - $417.78. When I called them and explain the problem Sebastian quote a price of $258.00.
They took advance because of - two things I am a senior citizen and a woman.
If you have money to burn by all means call NEW England Plumbing, but if you want reliable plumbers that will not rip you off. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!! and save a lot of agravations.

So I made an appointment on their website. Proceeded to take 1/2 a day off work to meet the plumber. After 1.5 hours late please read the response se from the owner. What a joke- they don't know how to operate their own scheduling feature found in their website. Pathetic - many other more responsive companies. Maybe this is the norm for New England? This won't hold water in Miami.
Patrick came very fast after we called for the service in Miami Beach. He was very nice a polite and solved the problem of no water right away. We didn't have to wait even 5 minutes!! Really great service. Super recommendable.
These are the only guys I bother calling any more. Honest, licensed, insured, they show up when they say they will. These three characteristics put them above 90% of the other plumbers in Miami Dade County.
What a scam! I called New England Plumbing to have 2 repairs done to the plumbing of my business. The owner showed up to give me an estimate, quoted me $475 total for both repairs, and told me a repairman would be in at the end of the day. He shows up an hour late, absolutely filthy, and smelling like a skunk. No matter what occupation you have, a shower in the morning is generally considered a good idea. He gets to work, and then leaves for 45 minutes to retrieve some tools from his truck, only 5 blocks away! After all of that, he didn't even do both of the repairs. I received an invoice for $475 for 3 hours of labor and only 1 repair. This included the hour and 45minutes he was not working or even on premises. The owner sided with his employee, regarding the time spent actually working, and did not even bother with the fact that only one repair was completed.
New England Plumbing is just the best. I wasn't feeling well and the plumbing had backed up. Patrick came by on a Sunday and got things going again.

I discovered New England Plumbing a while back when I was trying to find a licensed plumber in Miami that actually answered calls and was able to keep to a specific schedule. I find them efficient and easy to work with so I have continued to use them.
They can make it to a property usually within 24 hours, and if its an emergency they can charge you a fee and be there almost immediately. One thing I particularly like about them is that they email the invoices and even include photos of the work that was done!
They are very easy to work with and I recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services! If you live in a condo, they are licensed and insured so they are able to service condos as well!
Patrick did not mind coming to my home separately just for an estimate on a somewhat not expensive job. And he gave me worst case scenario estimate. When the job was done next day, the charges were based on actual time and effort spent and were 50% of the estimate. The job was done professionally. Both estimate and invoice are done on the spot via a software and emailed to the client including photos. Very hi tech. And it is very convenient to pay by a credit card. The conclusion is if you need an affordable and honest and professional plumber, call this company.

this plumbing company does what it says it will and at a fair price. have used them several times. this is first time i thought of telling others. you know some plumbers are not so upstanding. this one is.
I called New England plumbing after I read the reviews , I had a clogged kitchen sink for a while, Sebastian came after a short time (Friday afternoon), and unclogged the sink, he was very persistent to solve the problem. He succeeded and we are very happy with this smart, professional young man service. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I am giving a five star review based on a somewhat minor job, I can not comment on a difficult job at this point thank god. The owner, Patrick is a true professional, good at his trade, good on scheduling and a good communicator. I am imagining this is how things are done in New England.

Had to rework some pipes for a tankless water heater / washer dryer. They came over. Gave a fair price and did the work as agreed. The work came out great. Will use again.
Believe it or not, there are still good, hard working and honest individuals around. I called Patrick to let him know that my dishwasher was acting up and told me that he would do his best to come check it out the same day. He called me at 8:00 PM telling me he could come check it out, showed up and told me that it was a simple fix that required a replacement part and that it was a simple fix. My experience with plumbers has been less than satisfactory but he gave me the advice I needed and didn't even charge me just for showing up. He offered great service and I highly recommend New England Plumbing for any job that they can perform.
I saw the New England Plumbing truck out side of a shopping plaza guess they were on lunch.Well anyway I asked the young man a question about some plumbing issues my mother was having, that I was going to do myself. He asked me some questions about the problem and suggested a couple things that it could be. He gave me his name Devaris and the companies phone and said if I ran into a problem give them a call. This was a professional ,just the way he knew his stuff was so refreshing. I had called other companies just for advise and prices, they wanted to only give prices. But Devaris gave me a solution, very hard to find honest people these days. Me and my mother thank you.
It says A LOT when a plumbing company refers you to another company (versus just saying no). I am so thankful that I was referred to New England plumbing. John Patrick and his associates are professional, responsive, and cost conscious. New England was easy to work with via text, they were quick to give estimates and were honest, reliable and punctual (three things I've found to be very uncommon in Miami). They have come back multiple times to help me fix the temperature after the water heater was repaired but it's been too hot (we have an infant) or a little too cold. There's been no complaints and they even reached out to see if I was happy and reminded me I have a year warranty. New England Plumbing saved us a lot of money by encouraging us to fix our water heater instead of buying a new one (which we thought we had to do). I'd imagine it's more work on their end to offer a one year warranty on a machine that's already 6 years old than to just tell me to a buy new one. I have saved their number in my phone as this is the company I will use moving forward for all my plumbing needs!
