Such great service!  They were able to get Devin out to us right away for a quote.  He was polite and professional and was able to install our new water heater.  Thanks so much!!  Now we don't have water leaking everywhere anymore.  One less thing to worry about with our upcoming move thanks to you guys and Devin!

They cracked my newly installed staircase. Incorrectly cut through two by fours leaving me with an expensive repair for the carpenter. Their water filtration system burst in my garage - water everywhere.
I called 'Your Plumber' for two faucet leak repairs. The plumber shows up - goes through my house and checks out all four bathrooms. He told me that I needed to replace three toilets and needed a water filtration system. Close to $5000 later the guy leaves and my tubs are still not fixed. 'Making his money on toilets and a water filtration system was way more important than fixing the issues that I called in about.' Following day a manager came. He had to break down the bill because the other plumber had trouble. He also had to finish one of the tubs and then gave me a quote to fix the other tub. Question: How was that not included in my total when thats the first thing we went over? I CALLED FOR TWO TUBS TO BE REPAIRED. I NOW HAVE 3 NEW TOILETS AND WATER SYSTEM AND I CALLED ABOUT TWO TUBS. You want to weasel more money out of me!?  All of my new neighbors said they still had their original toilets and that I got scammed. Apparently these plumbers walked into a house with four bathrooms and a tired new mom and thought jackpot. They managed to damage my brand new floors and stairs when they were running up and down with the toilets. Following day we had to call them to come back out because the water system they installed burst and there was water all over my garage. Manager comes out and leaves without fixing the other issues we called about. I call and the owner puts me on speaker while he's talking to his employees like a kid.
My husband and I googled the toilets they installed because we never heard of the name brand and found Walmart as the distributor selling for way less. I left a google review and it was deleted. I reported them to BBB.

I waited for several days after I was to receive a call from them. They said they would follow up with us after providing an 'estimate.' They never called, hence the 2 stars.

They charged $29 for a 'trip charge.' But the estimate was free beyond that. You get the $29 back if you choose to let them do their repairs.

Two people showed up. We told them the issue and they walked through. The one doing all of the talking said several times how this is 'bad, horrible.' And that was 'not up to Code' and 'who would do something like this!?' His tone was very negative and being a person who tries to be respectful of everyone I found it very hard to let him continue berating our home.

When he was done our estimate was anywhere from $1500 to $9000 depending on the items they repaired. There was no measuring other than guesstimating. There were a lot of numbers being thrown out and we have no idea how he even came up with them.

So, no follow up, a guessing game of numbers as to the total $ and an over all negative attitude really left me with a bad feeling about them.

Wow - what a difference compared to (unfortunately) most of other service companies here in the area. This is how things should work. I'm simply blown away. They now fixed my wiring issues and plumbing perfectly at reasonable price and documented everything for re-inspection. Staff (Devin and Chris) have been very friendly and helpful and made great suggestions. Also got nice 30 min head-up with great information about the tech guys, who will do the job.  If they continue like this, this will be the only business card on my fridge in the future.

Called in the morning with a leak outside at the main water line into the house. I was leaving town for the weekend and wanted to fix the problem before I left. Water is pretty expensive to just leave a leak unattended. Within 5 minutes I had an appointment set up and the plumber arrived within 25 minutes. Fixed the problem and didn't slow me down from my weekend. Good job and would definitely repeat if I need further work.

Be prepared to wait a long time on the phone to talk to someone. My experience, 28 minutes before I hung.

They do great work however, their prices are outrageous.  They do not charge by the hour.  They charge at a flat HIGH rate.

I got this services thru Home Advisor and when you see the commercials on how great their service is, you really never know how great those u choose for yr project is gonna be.  Well this company was great.  They called every time when the guys were on their way, they followed thru the next day to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction and if you had any questions, they were there to answer them. The guys were very professional, easy to talk to, told us what was going on and how long the project would take.  We couldn't have had nicer guys.  I would recommend this company to everyone.

am very pleased with Your Home Services Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Alan the plumber showed up on time & determined that the cause of my upstairs toilet leak was because of a failed Wax Seal Ring (donut). He  the defective seal he showed me that the failed seal was for a ground floor toilet & shouldn't have been installed on my upstairs unit. He installed a proper seal in a reasonable amount of time & the price was true to the estimate. Alan was very courteous, dressed appropriately & cleaned up the area nicely before leaving. I will definitely call Your Home Services for any future plumbing or heating & air conditioning issues I encounter.

We have had sewage backing up multiple times the past few weeks. These guys were great, they came out and worked to get everything fixed on our side for us. Devon was really friendly. After having more backup problems, jerry, jake, and Steve came out more than once to try and help us understand what the problem was -- the backup was on the city side. Our city wastewater department  was, unfortunately, kind of a pain to work with. Your Home Services was amazing because they came out free of charge and showed me with a camera what was going on. I was able to prove to the city it was their issue. Thanks so much!! I won't call anyone else from now on.

I needed a plumber fast.  The day after Irma in fact.  Your Plumber called me at 9 pm the day I called them and during hurricane clean up.  They said they would get to me between 8-12 the next day.  I got a call at 815 and was told the tech would call when he was on the way.  Devin showed up before 9. That's great service and communication.  Both very rare in this day and age as well as being the day after a major disaster.  Devin was great, he was friendly and thorough and did a great job.  The whole job was done by 1015 and I am so thankful and relieved that Your Plumber was able to help me.   I took a chance on a company I knew nothing about and I was definitely satisfied.  Now I have a go to Plumber and someone I will be very happy recommending in the future.  Thank you again Devin and Your Plumber!!!!

I've used My Plumber a few times since moving into this home to correct minor problems.  Work seems to have been done correctly since issues have not reoccurred.  Prices seem fair.  Only negative is that service personnel often do not arrive within the promised 4 hour time frame.  If they are going to be late, a call would be most appreciated.

Stay FAR away! Jake came out to my home to look at our ac and he bold face lied to me. He told me that if I didn't  move my air handler it would flood into my house. He then advised me that The original company who installed it would not fix it because it was not mechanical he proceeded to use scare tactics  since I'm a woman and took complete advantage of me. He collected my payment of $1560 upfront. He then set  an appointment for him  to come back on Monday. Monday came and he called in called in sick, so He finally came out Tuesday and did half the job and left us without AC. This is when we contacted the owner Shawn H.  Shawn who would not give us a refund because we were dissatisfied with Services , he agreed to give us half of our refund back or to come out and complete the job within a day or two. When we called this morning To set an appointment they told us they could not come out until next Monday or Tuesday. Shawn is not a man of his word and  did not put us on the schedule as asked. Therefore wanting to leave us without air-conditioning for 14 days in August in Florida, it's inhumane. They refunded me half my money for doing a quarter of the job, they did NOT do HALF the job. So please do your research and get multiple quotes before going with this company. They use scare Tactics, they take payment upfront and do not complete the job, and their word means nothing they are LIARS and it simply DISGUSTS me that there  are companies in the world like this.

I called here after seeing good reviews, I had severe draining issues. The agent came out, told me all my pipes were wrong and that it would cost $5,000 to repair. I got a 2nd company to come out and confirm, from Matt's Plumbing. He found the actual issue, repaired it, and it only cost $1,200.
Short end they tried to scam me out of thousands.

I used Yelp to request quotes for 2 minor plumbing repairs; Your Home Services was one of the first companies to reply, and their quote was the most reasonable ($39.95 trip charge which would be applied towards any services we chose).  I scheduled an appointment for the following day with a window of 1-4 PM.

I received a call around 3:30 that our plumber was in the middle of a job that turned out to be more complicated than he had anticipated; I was told that he would arrive between 4:30 and 5.  Short version: as he hadn't arrived by 5:45, I called dispatch.  They were very friendly and apologized and asked if I still wanted service on that day (in about an hour) or reschedule for the following day.  I chose to keep the original appointment (but delayed).  They graciously waived the trip charge and kept in touch with me until our plumber arrived.

Our plumber (Jeremy) arrived at 6:30; he sent me a text when he was 15 minutes out, which was helpful.  He was very friendly, professional and efficient.  He gave us a quote for the repair 10 minutes after arriving and was on the job 15 minutes after arriving.  The work was done quickly and correctly.

Although our appointment was pushed back, I understand.  It was not the plumber's fault, and frankly, if I were the other customer, I would not have wanted my job rushed so that the plumber could rush off to another job.

Friendly technician who was knowledgeable and charged a fair price. He did have to go get a part from their warehouse, but it didn't take too long.

Had a toilet replaced  it was scheduled for Friday but they missed the appointment time but they came out on Monday and did an excellent install so I defiantly use them again and thanks for the vet discount

PS I can totally understand as I both worked as a dispatcher and a photocopier machine repair guy so know how a simple job can turn into a nightmare and while in the past service people took some liberty's as one year right before Christmas when working for Viacom cable company I had to go out to the satellite dish's to sweep the snow out of them and caught who arrived quite late moving about 30 presents from his work truck to his car but that in the day before GPS locators in trunks became so common

Your Plumber came to the rescue again. On New Years eve our bathroom flooded while I was out of town. The first thing I did was call Your Plumber. On a holiday I felt fortunate that Trevor was able to arrive quickly to take care of everything. He stopped the flooding, contacted United Water Restoration to work on the drying out process and put me at ease knowing that even at 1000 miles away my house was being taken care of. I can not express how grateful I am to have a company like Your Plumber. If I could give more stars I would.

Love this company and had a great experience! Ask for Jr. when you call! Jr is very professional, efficient quick and he does a great job explaining issues and solutions. The pricing was on point. We had a main line blockage and sewer backing up in to a shower. They came out the same day and gave an estimate. The estimate was the lowest compared to others. The quality of work from Jr and his professionalism is great. I am so happy to have found Your Plumber. I recommend them and will call on them again if we have another issue. Thank you!

Quick response late on a Friday night and came out on Saturday to get us back up and running with our AC. Very professional and extremely fair pricing! Definitely recommend using these guys for your AC needs!

Very happy with the service here. I had two plumbers come before them and they couldn't pin point the exact issue. All of my plumbing in my house had been backed up for the last 3 days. I called and they were able to send someone right away! Anselsmo was able to figure out what was causing all of the back up in the lines and was in and out in less than 2 hours. The person I spoke to in the office was very nice as well. Highly recommend!

Friendly customer service. Was able to get next day appointment (urgent). Technician Carl was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Only down fall is they are expensive.

I was quoted close to $600 to install a new faucet, which took my brother in law about 20 minutes to install. Additionally, I was told I would only be charged $37 for someone to come out, but I ended up being charged $51. I was very upset with the lack of transparency and the overpriced services offered.
