Jacob was at the house within 30 minutes and fixed my water heater. I did not have to replace it right now. Thank you so much! I will be using them again!

I had a water line crack. I called them and they were out in a few hours. Quick, clean, and very professional!

I scheduled an appointment to have an estimate done on a total re-pipe hot and cold water of my house. This is a huge job. The teck showed up on time didn't even bother to go in the house- he  spent literally five minutes on the property -asked for my email address and said he would send the quote. Ridiculous.
He never sent the quote. I know for a fact this is a $10,000 job that they missed out on. I wanted to go local but they did not respond or even investigate how to re-pipe this particular property.
Run away from these people they are terrible. No follow up -can you imagine what it would be if you actually hired them?

Just got our water bill on a Saturday, and discovered we had a large leak somewhere.  Checked around the house Sunday morning and found an outdoor pipe leak - called the answering service Sunday afternoon, and Jamie was out within thirty minutes.  He dug quickly to the 'root' of the problem (some roots cracked the pvc pipe!), and fix everything in barely two hours.  Fast, friendly, straight to the point, and cost about what we expected.  Thank you for the prompt weekend service, and helping us fix that nasty leak!  I would definitely recommend Slaughter!

We had a major backup in our main bathroom. Sewage backed up into the shower.  I called Slaughter Plumbing and Sharon sent Cody and Zack right out. They ran the snake down the stack and cleared the blockage.

The next day Jamie came out and ran the camera through the sewer line up to the the Main bath, which showed how bad the cast iron drain pipes were.

Today Slaughter sent Eric over with a power aqua jet to blow out the corrosion in the sewer lines of my house.  It's a great feeling to have your pipes cleaned. Now we won't have to worry about any more mess from the backups.

I can't say enough great things about the entire team, from Paul on down, at Slaughter Plumbing! They are punctual, professional, and excellent at all they do. Quality workmanship and performance at a fair price.

My boyfriend and I purchased our first house and needed a ton of work done - washing machine relocation, water heater removal and relocation, repiping the main shutoff, a tub and a shower redo, and installing some toilets and faucets. Jacob did our shutoff, water heater, toilets and faucets in a few hours. Zack and Connor did our bathroom tearout one morning and Jamie and Eric were back that afternoon to set the new tub and installing our shower valves so our tile guys could come out the next day. Their price for everything including parts was half of the quote we were given by another mom and pop business and passed inspection with flying colors. I recently had them back out for a stoppage and Zack was able to get us cleared in the blink of an eye and even had time to put in a clean out so that we could more speedily clear any stoppages in the future.

I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company before. I called this company and asked them if they could send someone out to check a leaky faucet on my tub. They are very close to where I live. I met the plumber at my home and showed him my tub. He said he would try to fix it but most often they have to replace the entire assembly costing $650. Of course he couldn't get the screw out and told me I would have to have my shower wall cut up. The guy was playing his rap music with vulgar lyrics as he assessed my situation on his cell phone. I felt very uncomfortable having him fix anything. I told him I could not do that right now and would have to call him back because I needed to go back to work. He was there less than 15 minutes. Did nothing but make my problem worse and handed me a bill for $101.00 . I was livid. I called their office and asked about the charges and said, you never told me about any charges for doing nothing. The secretary said, You didn't ask. I was appalled!! Who says that? I feel robbed! My problem is worse now and I am out $100 for nothing. This company did not inform me of these charges and their plumber was not professional. There are many companies to choose from. Beware of a company that provides this kind of service.

There was very easy communication via phone and internet.  The woman in the office found what I wanted and gave me a fair price.  The plumber showed up on-time and did a clean, professional job.  This company does business the way all companies should.  Very highly recommended.

We had a plumbing emergency Saturday night. Completely stressed and not knowing who to call, my brother gave me this reference.  Kody had excellent customer service, was professional & is very knowledgeable.  For an emergency call, on a Saturday night, the cost was very reasonable.  I highly recommend!!  I now have a competent, trusted plumber on speed dial.

So in the interest of being proactive, our old water heater hadn't started leaking YET, but when they do can cause damage to the neighbors' unit.
Yup, we're in a condo & hear these horror stories all the time.
So I called, Kody showed up right on time, did assessment & said could install same day, flat rate time & material. He & Kevin came in a couple hrs, were personable & professional, boom you're done. Such a joy to have friendly & efficient service!
We told our building mgr so she can put them on the referral list, always think of group rate too :D

I am not sure if my first review on Yelp posted, so I am going to write a 2nd one. That is how grateful I am to Neph and the guys at Slaughter for helping me repair a horrific remodeling job. Neph was quick, thorough, professional and above all affordable. I had the exact same job priced out by another locally owned company (Beware!) and they quoted me 5k as a low ball estimate. Neph brought the entire drain/ plumbing system to code for $535. In other words I was preyed upon by this other company, but Slaughter was honest and forthright. Thank goodness these businesses still exist. I recommend Slaughter Plumbing without reservation. I will never use anyone else.

This company charged $ 272 for less than 30 minutes.  Use this company if you lots and lots of money.  Labor charge was $ 500 per hour.

It is rare in this day & age for a company to be so fair & honest. we recently bought a house and needed a few plumbing repairs. Slaughter plumbing did not gauge us and fixed everything for a very affordable price. We will continue to recommend them to all we know!

I have used this company for the last 15 years, I have always found them fair and  reasonable until recently.
Beware of their mark up practices on parts. I honestly think the service person charges whatever they want.
For example I was charged 180 dollars for 1 1/2 hrs labor and for a service call. No problem, but then I was charged 120 dollars for 4 shut off valves, 3 sleeves and 1 90 degree elbow. My jaw hit the floor. I expected a healthy mark up, but not at this level. These shut off valves are 8.95 at Home Depot. Lesson learned, I'll buy my own parts next time or I'll shop around for a more reasonable plumbing company when it comes to pricing practices.
