Johnson Brothers Plumbing

I called Johnson Brothers Plumbing 2 x in 1 week. 1st they referred me to American Leak Detectors which was a great referral and 2nd time for them to come and make sure all was well.
They came the following week and the Tech did an excellent job explaining what was happening, what the original issue may have been, and potential solutions if I was interested.
Devon, the consultant took the time to make sure I understood the information and to see if I had any questions.
Great service all the way around.

Second time used this business.  $79.00 Disclaimer for a service call was a come on for a expensive bill.  Second request for a service was no show-no call (Waited 10 hours at home).  DO NOT RECOMMEND.

even in the worst of times in florida  on Saturday 9/9/2017  my daughter needed a plumbing leak fixed under her mobile home. The technician came out and repaired the leak for good price, not like the other companies that gave her a outrageous price just to come out. I also want to say I am very glad he gave my daughter an app to track the storm and was very concerned that she was going to stay in her home.  she needs  a couple more things done in the home and she will not hesitate to call your company

Called the Johnson Brothers Plumbing for a service, thankfully they were able to come out the same day to fix the issue. However, two days later the problem started again. I called the company and told them the issue was not resolved and asked if someone can come back to see what went wrong. I was quoted $150 for someone to come back which doesn't seem fair considering the fact that I paid over $300 a couple of days before for a service which obviously did not work or was not done properly.

Johnson Brothers replaced my water heater this afternoon and the plumber, Nick, was wonderful! Professional, neat, explained what he was doing and could not have been a better representative for Johnson Brothers!!

I will definitely be referring anyone who asks me for a good plumber, to Johnson Brothers!

It's always good to do business with a local company as that helps support my community and the people working and living in it.

We just had a new water softener installed. The service tech was great! He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He hooked it up and explained everything we need to know about it. Could not have been better! They are now in my book as our plumbing company to call when we have a plumbing problem. Call them, you won't regret it!!

These guys are great my service tech was Mike very nice guy listened to my problem and checked out what I said he came in and handled the problem and assured me my plumbing problems would be fixed and that's just what they did very nice and professional! Thanks

I called Johnson Brothers Plumbing for a quote on a few small plumbing issues. Aleigha answers every call and is as pleasant as pleasant can be! She was able to give me a separate estimate of what each issue would cost. I appreciate that type of breakdown. The final price was not as high as the higher end of the estimate, which is rare!  Devon the Technician was just as pleasant and was very thorough with his work. He even wore protective booties when entering the home which is a great BONUS!  Thank you Johnson Brothers for an all-around pleasant experience!  I will definitely be calling you first, for any future plumbing needs.

I unfortunately had to call the plumber's. Of all  the plumber horror stories we hear our adult life I  wasn't looking forward to it at all! I pictured the typical dirty, sweaty, crack exposed over priced & unfriendly plumber possible to show up at my door.  I had the complete opposite! Not only did they  have the nicest, most informative woman receptionist answering the phone but the plumbers their self are the same way. First let me tell you they were chosen because of the initial call. They answer the phone by saying how can we make your day better and they aren't kidding. I thought yeah right to myself but after question after question that I had the attitude never changed. The whole time helping me figure out what all I needed and what all my visit was to include. The low prices were unbelievable and there was no pressure set upon us when we heard what unfortunately needed to be done.  They even offered ideas of what could be done if we wanted to only take one step at a time. They were very clean came did what they needed to showing up exactly on time and left. No mess was left no rude sweaty plumber and no crack view!! All laughs aside they are awesome!

Called Johnson Brothers due to broken water pipes. Had to cut water off to our house. They not only arranged a same day appointment, but, they were able to get us in a little earlier, saving us some money. We are so appreciative. Great service, Great prices and a very professional and knowledgeable service tech, Michael Martin. We have found our permanent plumbing company!

Thank you Johnson Brothers Plumbing for servicing my parents home. My elderly parents have been dealing with broken water pipes in their home since Dec 2019!!! When I called to let Johnson Brothers know about my parents situation and to kindly ask that they take care of them, they first responded, of course, but finished by saying, this is what we would do for anyone. They are a Christian family and have morals and values they feel are incorporated in their business. It definitely shows! My parents were completely satisfied with their work. They were kind, professional and thorough. I cannot thank you enough for what you did for my parents. May God continue to bless you and your business!

Leak under my sink due to old garbage disposal. I was able to call and get in schedule for the next day. The tech came out and was able fixed my issue on the spot. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

Travis was awesome and quick to respond.  I called on a Saturday afternoon.  I was told the tech would call me within 20 minutes.  But Travis actually arrived before that timeframe.  He fixed a broken outside faucet, which required going behind the cement (I didn't realize that was a thing), and he made all repairs including the cementing faster than expected.  
The cost was much less than expected for a weekend service call.  

I was also given a receipt and told repairs were guaranteed.  If anything should require service they would come out at no charge within the time frame of the guarantee.  Shocker.

This was the second time I needed to use Johnson Brothers. Both times the guy {think John} who showed up was on time, friendly very professional. He did a neat and clean job. Cost seemed a little high at first. But after seeing their work it's worth every penny. I will only use them from now on.

Best plumbing company out there. This company really knows what customer service is all about. The technician was courteous and extremely informative about my plumbing issues. I thought I needed a new hot water tank, it turns out I did not. My tank still has 4 years of life in it. Now what other company would tell you that. Most would come out because I said I wanted a new tank and just change it out leaving me with a large bill to pay. NOT the case with this company. I also had some questions about water quality, they did a water test and advised what I needed to do to correct my issues. They were honest and I could not believe they did not try and install something that I did not need, a rare trustworthy company with integrity unlike a lot of companies out there. Now they have a valued customer. Their costs are fair and reasonable.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I do not work for this company nor do I know anyone that works there. I want to state that as I know there are many sceptics out there.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this plumbing company even though they never even made it into my house. I was referred to them by several people in my neighborhood (after using a big well-known name here in Ocala) and my homeowners insurance was making me replace a water heater so they ordered a special tankless water heater for me and my insurance messed up. Gave me the wrong info I had to cancel they did not charge me restocking or return fees. They were absolutely professional awesome people I have to say I can't wait until I actually have to have them come to my house and fix something. Great job Johnson brothers.!
