Dave was polite, diligent, efficient, knowledgable and most of all fixed our problem professionally and promptly. Quick response to our call and good communication to us with regards to the source of our issue. We would recommend and use him again if need be in the future!

Bottom line...excellent.  They were the only ones who responded on a late Monday night.  Came in Tuesday, identified the problem and fixed it by Tuesday night.  Great service, very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY NICE and a VERY reasonable price.  Will be calling them again and recommend them to all.

All I can do is say THANK YOU. From my initial phone call with Mike to my talk with Mike, it has all been superior. I explained what was going on and what we thought we needed, within 4 days I had a new toilet installed by Cole and Caleb, who was extremely friendly and professional. Needless to say, what we thought was wrong (broken wax seal) wasn't  (roots growing into my toilet drain pipe). They gave me a quote and didn't change the price for the extra work (pulling out the roots). They all went above my expectations. I will call them again when I need a plumber.

Under contract for a home and needed and expert opinion on the condition of the cast iron pipes throughout. I reached out to Juan and received a prompt reply. Scheduled and received full services within 2 days. Juan arrived early, and did an extremely thorough job while snaking & camera inspecting the lines. He gave an honest opinion on how to proceed, and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Jeffrey and his team are extremely professional, friendly and honest. It's a smaller company, but I have dealt with large ones and sometimes bigger is not always better. (The customer service can be lacking). They were on time for their estimates (which I have found with multiple other plumbing companies is not common) and it was easy to speak with someone or get a speedy call back. I only deducted half a star  because another company had the specific materials I was looking for, but otherwise I would have hired them for the job.

I had hired them 4 years ago to replace my boiler with 6 years labor and parts warranty, now my boiler stopped working.  When I contacted them they came right away.  Unfortunately my boiler need to be replaced, the AO smith company stopped making the same size boiler and refused to give me a new one.  I had to bargain with them, the same time the owner Jay was standing by and told me after I talk to the company he would help me right away. AO Smith did not honor the 6 years warranty, I paid for 66 gallon but they only reimburse me for a 55 gallon.  I have 3 babies, I can't wait and let them take cold shower, so I told Jay,  and he was very nice helped me found the boiler and replaced it.  

Jay is really kind and has a heart for you.  I will recommend him to everyone I know.  I now have the new boiler and I also it's very important to know some care, it's not just a job.  Thank you Jay, you made a difference.

We've been using Charles Hero Plumbing for a few years now. They do good work, are friendly and courteous (the plumbers and office staff), are reasonably priced. Unlike the previous poster, I've not had to use this company for anything major - changing out fixtures, leaks, etc. so I can't speak to huge undertakings...but for standard plumbing needs, these guys are great!

I've dealt with allied plumbing about three times. There excellent. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service.  Professionals in all aspects.  Took their time, were extremely careful, and paid attention to the most minute detail.  Courteous, pleasant, and responded quickly.  I would highly recommend this company.

I have used South end plumbing for many years.  They are courteous, efficient and do great work.  They do charge $116 for the first hour and $58 for each additional hour.   So the only mystery would be the cost of the parts.  They have always been very reasonable.  They don't waste time; they get the job done quickly.

We needed a licensed professional to remove and install a water filtration system.  Joseph came out and did the  work.  His attitude was great Joseph's work was to highest professional standards.  The price was reasonable, too.

I was actually referred to Garretts Plumbing by a couple people because of their expertise.  Now let me tell you that people rarely take the time to leave reviews unless something goes wrong so take what the previous person said with a grain of salt.  I read reviews constantly if I'm shopping for a product or using a service; in this day and age you pretty much have to.  I've gone there three times for just a few cheap parts so take what I'm about to say for what it is, which is stellar customer service.  I'm not a contractor so I'm not spending a lot of money, so their motivation to please is genuine.  

I was working on a leaky kitchen faucet a few blocks down from the store and it was just kickin my @##.  I invested close to 6 hours trying to get that dang leak to stop.  I'm a handyman so I'm pretty good at fixing things but with this, I met my match.  The owner, Larry, was so willing to help me solve the problem while I was in the store.  We tried replacing the cartridge ($20) and the seals (he gave me for free).  Went back and went to work to no avail.  If I coulda thrown the thing out the window I woulda.  I called at about 4:50 to try to speak to Larry but he wasn't available so I asked the gentleman on the phone if he had any techs that might be able to help me troubleshoot the problem and he referred me to Terry, the service manager (Not a technician).  I spoke to Terry and told him my dilemma and he asked me where the property was and I told him and he said he'll right there.  This 60+ year old man hopped in his truck and buzzed down to help.  He got there, worked on it for about 30 minutes and couldn't get the leak to stop so he went back to the store to grab another part.  He came back and worked on it for another 10 minutes.  No luck.  He then called Larry (the owner) and explained the situation and Larry came by too and together, after about 30 more minutes of working on that #$%#%$, they got it fixed.  Thinking surely I was gonna get raked for needing two people to fix it, I asked what the damage was and Larry said Don't worry about it.  Huhhhh.  I didn't think I heard him correctly.  They refused to take any money.  Terry lives more than an hour away and Larry came by to help after business hours and didn't even charge me for nearly an hours worth of work.  If you find any company that would do that, you better not lose their number.  

I will continue to use them and I will refer people to them because they went above and beyond when there was not motivation to.  Amazingly friendly guys and very knowledgeable.

Please remember to post reviews about all companies you come in contact with but be weary about fake reviews as well.  There are companies out there that other companies hire to leave fake reviews so if it sounds really generic, its probably fake.   In this new era we're in, content and online reputation is everything so do your part to let people know.

I had a leak in a shower regulator. Another plumber came and told me that to fix the problem, i would have to break through the wall. I called Roto Rooter for a second opinion. Roto Rooter was responsive, and came within 1 day of the call. They fixed the leak without opening the wall.
Considering how much time and expense they saved me their prices were reasonable. I would use them again, and recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

Worst service i have ever seen in my life.  Run don't walk away from this company. They schedule appointments and never show up they charge your for a service. Tell you they have to get parts and never come back. There receptionist is horrible   I not only give this company a 1 star i give them a negative 10 stars.  This is the reason plumbers have a bad name
