I contacted Busto to install a new toilet. They were able to accommodate me same day and kept me informed throughout the entire process (from scheduling to dispatch). The plumber was on time and professional. He did a very thorough job, took all the trash away with him and was able to accept payment and email me a receipt directly from his tablet. I will definitely be using them again!

I have used Busto for a few years and always found their prices and customer service fair and reasonable. Yesterday was a different story. The company called to delay my appointment from the early morning to 12:00 noon. No problem. The tech shows up, I tell him my kitchen sink garbage disposal is stopped up (I had dropped some aquarium stones in it and it was draining slow). He reaches under the sink, uses the hex wrench (attached to the disposal) cranks it three times and viola, it runs. 5 minutes.. Next my faucet has a minor drip (1 drop every 30 seconds). He takes off the faucet and replaces a rubber washer and oils it up. This takes 20-25 minutes. He goes to the truck to write it up. He comes back at 12:35 with a bill for $327.00 and tells me I'm getting a good deal as the company now prices each item according to a menu, no more service call $100 for the first hour. If he had snaked my bathroom drain it would have cost an additional $275.00. SO last year I paid $100-110.00 to have my bathroom sink snaked (which took an hour or so). This year 2 small easy items for $327.00 and done in 35 minutes, no taking apart pipework at all. What a ripoff.!!!!! That is a 300% increase from last year and comes to $600/hour. He even could barely hand me the bill with a straight face because even HE knew it was a ripoff. Never again Busto!!!
Stay away from this company. They'll rip you off. They charge a lot for substandard work.
My 78 year old mother was charge $200 to replace a filler valve in one tank and to stop a other toilet from leaking. The replacement filler mechanism turned out to be defective and they never stopped the leak in the other toilet.
She told me about the problems a month or so later but I was unable to check on it. 3 months had passed when I finally checked it and found their shoddy work. So I called them and informed them of their poor performance and told them they need to make it right at no charge. They said they would call my mother and set an appointment.
Well, they called my mother and said they would come out and take care of it but they would charge for the service. Unbelievable...yeah, they'll charge her another $200 to fix the problem they were suppose to in the first place.
Other issue with this company is that they do not clean up after themselves. They tracked dirt on her rugs and floor. Never bothered to clean it up.
If the plumber's name is Julio, bar the door and don't let him in!
I had used Busto Plumbing in the past. I have since moved away but rent my house. My new tenant called with some issues. I spoke with Rocco and they worked with my tenant on a time to come out. In addition, the plumber, Charlie, kept me updated throughout the entire water heater and faucet replacement.
On top of everything, they were $300 cheaper than another plumber I called for an estimate.
I would highly recommend Busto Plumbing.

Called Busto Plumbing because I needed a new water heater. Never got a call back. When they look at their year end numbers they will probably blame the economy not their lack of customer service.
Prices are fair, and they talk a good game, but find another plumber. I found them to be unprofessional and messy. I wish I had read these reviews before I hired them.

Busto Plumbing is very reliable, capable and honest. Robert is efficient to take care of your needs as soon as possible. He called to follow up shortly completed job to make sure issue was resolved. Mike was the plumber who quickly diagnosed problem. He notified me when he was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I call them again for plumbing services.
Had an appointment on Saturday my day off and the plumber was a no show and no call despite calling the answering service twice.
Told the answering service to cancel the request and I called another plumber.

As a commercial customer we frequently have odd hours and restrictions on when we can have service technicians onsite to perform repairs and upgrades. Since we started using them a few years ago Busto Plumbing has always been extremely accommodating on our scheduling. The work is performed fast, accurately and at a very reasonable fee. What more could you ask for!
