Advanced Plumbing Emergency Services

My experience with this company is that they mentioned one work and did something else. When I reached out to Julio (owner) about the unsatisfactory work they did he said Im personally going to go and fix it for you yea right its been over a month and they got paid already so Im just going to cut my loss. I guess his WORD is meaningless as a owner.

Imagine having family over and your mother in law tells you she hears a strange bubble sound coming from the bathroom..... within seconds, those sounds changed to a nice dark flow of water
from under the door.  
I called Julio based on reviews and was not disappointed. He went above and beyond to find and fix the issue and help prevent future issues.

Julio was very responsive and honest. Saved me $500 by taking the time to explain to me how what I thought was an after hours emergency could wait until the next morning. Exactly happened the way he said it would and was at my house before noon. Situation resolved and saved $ too. Rare professional putting client first. Thanks Julio!

Julio and his crew came same day to fix our kitchen sink drain clog. They were on time and explained everything to me and then some! Fixed everything on the spot! A++++ We will definitely be using them from now on!

Julio, the owner, was on the phone with me on 3 separate occasions, which included a Friday night at 9:45pm, and took the time to answer all my questions.  I know I must have been a pest, trying to come up with the best solution to replace my water heater.  He was patient and honest.  Of course I shopped around.  No one took the time like Julio did.  

He came in with his team, masked up and ready to work.  I have elderly in the home.  Communication was so great, he had pictures and a video of what to expect.  It wasn't an easy job, due to the space constraints and shoddy job that was done 15 years ago.  He ran new copper pipes and replaced the valve with a ball valve!  In all, I was very happy with the work and transparency he and his team provided.

After a few companies gave me the run around, I have to say Julio responded immediately. He took the time to call, assess the situation and came the same day.  He did a thorough review of the plumbing problem and gave us an honest answer on the resolution to our problem. He verified later that evening if our plumbing was operating to our needs and also did an extra follow up a few days later.  Folks, this exceeded our expectations, we felt confident, we got educated and were utterly satisfied beyond our expectations.  Thank you for being our future plumber, highly highly recommended!! This man is an honest and friendly soul, a rare find these days!!

The owner Julio was very responsive and professional and was able to send someone almost immediately to assist us. His plumber, Ariel, did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

Our sewer line backed up late at night and Julio with Advanced Plumbing responded to our Yelp request within minutes. He came over to our house the next morning, investigated the situation and resolved our problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will certainly call Advanced Plumbing again for any future plumbing problems.
