Originally started as a Mr. Rooter franchise company, in 2001 we changed the name to Stuart's Plumbing after the owner and operator Stuart. I was installing a new toilet, and the old flange broke.  I called several plumbers, but nobody had same-day service available.  I left messages with several, and had one call me back.  Stuart's called, saying they had a tech who could come immediately.  I was thrilled.
Erin & Johnathan were there promptly and were very courteous and knowledgeable.  They had my issue fixed, and performed service above and beyond expectations.  Extremely happy with these two gentlemen.

Doc came over and fixed a hose bib.  No more leaks.  He did a great job.  Stuart's entire staff is great.  I have found my go to folks for plumbing needs.

What a wonderful quick and clean job replacing two toilets in our home. We had to order the off white toilet and replace was scheduled for Dec 23. Of course being so close to Christmas we were worried that something would go wrong. Nope. Smooth as silk. Love these guys. Only wish we'd found them sooner.

we called you Fri 8/27 because of water backing up into our shower and toilets...you sent someone and they said we needed a new filter which he did not have with him and that cost $125...we were told they could come Monday and we should be okay and they would rather come Monday... well, Monday comes, they come for $231.00 to put in the filter which does not fix the problem and we really don't know if it was a problem.  We call and are told we would be charged for an emergency service fee at $500+ if they came back today, Mon Aug 30th or we wait till the next day at $300+.
This is irresponsible and a total rip.   No explanation, checking, no responsibility.  I highly recommend anyone else.

I was talking to a friend about replacing my water heater and he suggested  Stuart's Plumbing . They were fast, friendly and professional. Doc was the service Tech and he did a great job installing the water heater. I will be calling them again if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

Highly recommend!! My hot water heater went out on Wednesday. I purchased one at a local big box home improvement store and signed up for the store's installation services. The store quoted me $850 although I had purchased and brought home the hot water heater myself from their store. The quote was not itemized but it did have the word delivery on it. So I called the store back to ask for a quote without the delivery option. They didn't call me back. I looked for a list of plumbers on the Internet. I had planned on calling more than one for a quote but I didn't need to. The receptionist Kayla was super professional and polite. She gave me a dollar range of what the installation would be which was less than the store's quote. Kayla asked if I wanted next day service at no extra charge. On the day of service, the technician Doc called me to let me know he was on his way. After I hung up, I received a text message with Doc's personal and professional bio. I have never seen any other company do this before. It was so unique and I felt like I knew him before he even arrived. Once he arrived, he was super professional and nice. The work was quick. He explained each and every step of the process. He took pictures of the work before and after the new hot water heater was installed. I am definitely a fan of this company.

I called Stuart's Plumbing to do a complete re-pipe. Andrea scheduled Kenne to come out for the estimate. Kenne took his time to explain everything to us in detail and we received the estimate within minutes.  I went to the office to meet Andrea and Stuart, who answered a lot more questions and I found them to be professionally friendly and helpful. After a bit more communication, I hired them. Stuart and his technicians know what they are doing and kept me informed of everything along the way. The job took 2 days of steady work. I definitely would recommend this company as they are experienced, professional and polite.

Stuart's was great! We had a pipe burst on a Saturday morning. Stuart showed up within an hour and got us fixed up. Great service and quick! They are now our go-to for any plumbing needed.

I've been scammed by plumbers in the past due to my lack of knowledge, So you can imagine my shock when Stuart (the owner of the company) came to my home and showed me a solution to our problem that saved me 200 dollars, and with Christmas coming up those savings mean a lot! This company in my opinion is ran the way a company should be run, with integrity and honesty .  I have already recommended Stuart's Plumbing to my neighbors and you will to.

We had ordered a hot water heater to replace an older one, we were having tile work done in our home that took longer than expected so I had to push back the water heater install. Well sure enough our hot water heater gave out on us during that time, called Stuarts and they got someone over with our heater and installed it for us! They were so great to work with during the process from beginning to end! Martin was our installer he was fantastic!

I've used Stuart's twice, for a water heater a year ago and toilet issues this week.  They were polite on the phone, prompt with service and able to come out same day on both occasions.  They had a $25 coupon on line which edged them over the competition (I did not like that all 3 major plumbing companies quoted the exact same price for the work, indicating price fixing in the industry, to me.)   They did not hesitate to give a cost for several scenarios (replacing parts vs replacing entire toilet, etc).  They provided the brand name of the products they use so I could price compare and do some homework on what I wanted. I appreciated their patience.  I was given a 3 hour window for arrival (12-3) and the tech arrived at 12.  Lucky me.

The tech, Kenne, was friendly, experienced and professional.  He did not mind questions and contributed to my thinking toward what I wanted without pushing sales (pros, cons).   He went far beyond other workers to clean up after, restore the area to normal and test that everything worked properly.  

I think plumbing rates are much higher than they should be for the times and economy, but since they all charge the same (unless you risk a handyman over a licensed plumber) there's little the consumer can do.  That being said, I highly recommend Stuart's.  They're open 8 to 5.

The companies staff from the workers to the front desk. All very informative and knowledgeable about the products they service and sell. It was a real pleasure to call them. I called about 11am and the service tech was here just after noon time. PDQ I am really impressed with the quick response. It's hard for an old man to take a cold shower any more, not like it was back in the day. Thanks Jerry and Louis for the repair and Andrea for taking my call. Jug

Lee is absolutely a Superstar! He goes above and beyond with customers and he is a true champion! Stuart's Plumbing struck gold in such a major way when they brought Lee on board as apart of their team.  I hope that management will see this and recognize Lee for being such an amazing person.  Lee is 110% the best!

These folks are awesome!! We purchased a condo this past summer, and after having lived here for less than 24 hours, we noticed something was wrong with the kitchen plumbing. It was crazy weird. Being DIYers, we messed around with it for a couple weeks before getting so frustrated that we called the pros.

We chose Stuart's simply because my husband drives past their location every day to get to work. He called them one afternoon, two fellas showed up that evening (accommodating my husband's schedule) and fixed it within a hour! They even did extra work, after it was fixed, just to make sure it was done correctly.

Prices were super reasonable, the guys were so nice, friendly and knowledgeable, and I couldn't be happier that everything in my kitchen is working properly!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. THEY PRICE GAUGE, AND DO NOT PROVIDE AN ACCURATE BREAKDOWN OF LABOR AND MATERIAL COST. I WAS HUNG UP ON AFTER REQUESTING FOR A DETAILED RECEIPT FOR MY RECORDS.

If I could give zero, then i would. I have used this company on three different occasions. On this occasion, I had an issue with the shut-off valve on the exterior of my house, it was leaking and was causing my water bill to increase.. I had them give me an estimate, and they gave me a quote at 850.00. Not sure what the going rate was, and since being told by the individual that it would take at least half of a day and would require two individuals, I thought it sounds reasonable. Two days later they show up, and mind you, 1 hour early from the schedule time at 8 am, without  notifying me in advance. After interrupting my breakfast they began working after getting my blessing. After about 2.5 hours the individual knocks on my door and asked for payment. I ablidged, and paid the individual in full. I found it strange that they were completed so early, and that the individual request he show me the work to explain what was done.

The problem arises when my wife sees the email of the receipt. I assumed that it would have a break down of the cost of materials and labor, but my wife explained otherwise. I called the number they gave me to request a more detailed receipt, but was greeted by a bewildered woman by the name of andrea. I asked her if there was anyway i could get a more detailed receipt with the break down, and she gave a long awkward pause, and began mumbling that the price includes all of those things. I explained that I understand, but that I wanted to see what I was charged for labor and materials. She placed me on hold, and after 5 minutes said, that she would have to have her boss call back with the break down because he was on the phone. I politely said that is fine, and that I would call back in 20 minutes. She chuckled and said that you could call, but that it would take probably longer than that.
At this point, I begin to get a little perturbed feeling as if she is just trying to get me off the phone. I figured that they must just give general pricing on a case by case basis, and that they needed time to actually figure out how to break everything down to sound reasonable. I found this to be disingenuous, and told her that I feel a little disrespected with the fact that I was charged $850 for 2.5 hours of work and some PVC pipe. I was adamant in the fact that at lowes those materials do not cost anywhere in the ball park of 500 dollars for 15 feet of PVC pipe.
After my response she started to talk over me and raise her voice explaining that they usually charge a flat rate. I broke it down further to say that even if I paid 100 an hr for labor it would mean the materials cost $550 dollars. She explained that they charge more than 50 dollars an hour for each plumber ( oblivious to the fact that only 1 plumber was dirty and sweaty, and that the other one was there to- what I believe- up charge me). After she became fustrated she began yelling, sir why are you talking that way to me. I replied I am talking normal. She then decided to HANG UP ON ME. I called back, and was greeted by the same woman. I told her that I just wanted a break down of what the cost were, and that he handling of me as a paying customer was completely unacceptable. I let her know that I would be reviewing their company on every major website and reporting them to the better business bureau. I then politely told her that I would never use their services or recommend them because they do not respect or appreciate re-occurring customers.

Very prompt response to water leak under our mobile home. Due to age of house adapters and different pipe had to be used, causing longer repair time, which we accepted due to to 18 inch crawl space they worked in. Problems with them they did not provide estimate before starting work. They also did not take any steps to keep our bathroom clean as they went back and forth from under trailer. This was very disturbing as we just remodeled the bathroom. A lot of contractors wear booties and take steps to keep area clean.

Pretty disappointed by our experience with Stuart's. We called for a toilet that won't flush appropriately. The plumber augered the toilet to clear the material in the bowl but failed to diagnose the root cause of the problem.

The toilet will not flush appropriately and the plumber stated that the toilet was 10-15 years old and would need to be replaced. The flushing mechanism in his opinion had been updated and he couldn't get replacement parts for it. However the toilet was made in 2018. All toilets have a date stamp for their manufacture and our toilet was not an exception. With that, there is a sticker on the lid with all the replacement part information.

If the plumber had spent some actual time diagnosing the problem they may have noticed that the gurgling is a symptom of a clogged vent pipe.

We also had an issue last minute where our not in service sprinkler system had failed and was running constantly. When we moved in the previous owner had removed the timer and sprinkler control box leaving the sprinkler heads and control valves. For some reason one of the zones control valves failed open. The plumber did not try to diagnose the problem and instead tried to tell my girlfriend that the timer must have failed and would be in the garage somewhere. Luckily our lawn guy was able to send a irrigation person to find the control valve and shut it manually.

Unfortunately I was at work and not able to help give direction but why should a paid professional need to be coached through troubleshooting their specialty.
