I had to get a full re-pipe of my home done, I called 5 places got estimates and talked with plumbers. Jeff wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but what he was, was extremely willing to help in any way he could, polite, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and someone you can tell is a good person.

Re-pipes aren't little jobs, and if you are in the position that it needs to be done, do yourself a big favor and have these guys do it. They do the job right, they don't nickle and dime you once they are on the job...

They showed up, and showed up ready to work and got the whole job done in a day, other companies wanted as many as 3-4 days to do it.
With Jeff, he said this will be this and it was.

His crew was great. I own big dogs, that wasn't an issue, at one point I had to leave 4 of his guys alone at my home, and after meeting them I didn't think twice about it, for me that's rare.

My water heater failed on the weekend and I came out to a swimming pool type garage. I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and they wanted over $600 to install it. To top that off, the company they contract through has terrible reviews everywhere. I called Lowes and it was the same story.

I went onto Angie's List and Google to being my search for a viable option for the installation.

I emailed and called several companies and Jeff was the only one that returned my call on a Sunday. Jeff was a friendly, professional fellow with a great personality. He knows what he is talking about and only employs the best. The tech showed up within 2 hours of the phone call and had the water heater up and running within less than 60 minutes. He didn't even mind that I hung over his shoulder the entire time. To top it all off, the service on a weekend only cost me $375. It would have been $250 in the week.

I now have hot water in my house and Jeff's is to thank for that.

Do yourself a favor. End your search right now and just hire Jeff. You won't regret it.

There was water coming from behind my refrigerator so I called them for a repair quote. But when they came out they discovered a leak in the refrigeration tubing. They quickly dismissed it as an appliance problem and advised there was nothing they could do. They did not investigate further. They did not even bother checking the rest of the plumbing in the area. They did however require payment of $142.50. For doing NOTHING. For giving me bad advice. We have since gotten the appliance repaired and discovered that the damage was actually quite extensive. There was a slow leak coming from the plumbing and it caused mold & water damage to my entire wall. Had they bothered to actually do the work they were called to do and not be so concerned with collecting their overinflated show up fee they might have saved me from an additional month and  half of damage done to my home. I strongly advise against using Jeff's to do any repair work in your home.

Responded quickly to my request to fix the issue. But my tenants said the plumber that showed up was really rude . Didn't call me ( the homeowner) before cutting a hole in my wall and then charging me for a house call where nothing was repaired. Said it was a leak in the bathtub and that it wasn't a plumbing issue.There's no way that much water came from a leak in the tub. I ended up hiring another company who stayed until they found the leak (which wasn't the tub btw) .

My water heater needed to be replaced along with a few odds and ends plumbing issues around the house.  I requested an appointment on Jeff's website and Jeff called me himself within an hour.  He quoted the cost of the water heater replacement/installation (which was less than others had quoted) and said the men who came to do the job could give me the cost of the other things once they saw what needed to be done.  On the scheduled day, Sammy and Robert called 30 minutes before the 2-hour appointment window and were here when they said they would be.  Both were very courteous and got to work immediately.  In addition to replacing the water heater, Sammy repaired a leaking toilet water shut-off valve, replaced a shower diverter and cleaned out the washing machine cold-water line that had sand accumulated in it.  When the final bill came in, they only charged $20 above the cost of the water heater.  When others would have charged more or even over-charged for the small stuff, they didn't.  I would recommend Jeff's to anyone.

Chris arrived promptly, wearing a mask, and completed three small plumbing jobs efficiently and professionally. We appreciate the good work.

JAMES just left after fixing a kitchen leak and we feel blessed with this service.  Also, Five years ago (2014), JEFFS BATH AND BEYOND re-piped our entire house and did a really great job.  I'm so pleased we found this company and recommend them to everyone.  Thanks to James and the rest of company.  I'm posting this on my Next Door as well.

Very responsive, very professional and most importantly, very honest.  I had them come today because of a concern I had and he honestly told me there was nothing wrong, just a cheap toilet that my builder installed.  No charge to look and give me that info!   Very pleased. Highly recommend!

I had Jeff come out and replace my shower valve , He was able to replace it at a resonable price.  I have refered him out to my neighbor who need work done as well.

I needed a repipe to replace some old plumbing, and I went with this company because their quote came back the least expensive. Robert and his crew were very courteous and professional. They were very responsive with their communication via phone and email. I had a number of questions, and Robert always responded promptly. There were a couple hiccups- the washer hoses were not reconnected properly, and I needed some piping rearranged in one part of my home, but they quickly came back to resolve the issue at no extra cost, of course. The water company called me and said my water bill is $700. I need to call a plumber to check for leaks. I panic and don't know where the leaks is coming from.
I called several companies. They all wanted to charged me $350-$600 just to find the leaks.

The plumber they sent me to see if I had a slab leak (free check) tried to charge me $175 for the free check and left me with a leak in my kitchen sink faucet (only 6 months old) because he took that apart and did not re-assemble it properly. He also started taking apart the toilets even though I made it very clear my leak was outside of the house. (It turned out the spigot on the house was half - on, I discovered later). He was rude and angry from the moment he arrived.  When I had the same plumber back to fix the leak he left he basically said it's your problem. Jeff himself is the one who called me to say I had a balance due.  When I asked him to call me back and explain why I owed him money, he never called me back.

Jeff is a total pro!  On time and no bull.  He gets the job done quickly and efficiently and the results are what you expect from a professional plumber.  He is friendly and accessible and the only one you need to call.  His prices are online so its great for you to know exactly what the job is going to cost before he even gets to your house!  I'd give him more stars if I could.

They've done two plumbing jobs for me...so far so good. Good workers and helpful people on in the front office.

I hired this company to fix some plumbing issues - master shower diverter didn't work,  another shower  issue, needed new water shut off valve outside house, install RO water filtration system.
First thing: they fixed one part of the shower problem but they needed a replacement part from Moen. They could have just put something else in to fix it and charged me a bundle,  but Gene and Gus said that if I  contacted moen they'd send the part for free.  And they did! So they fixed the rest with the new part and it's working well. But then a different  guy came to install the RO system and he inadvertently broke off a spigot and then made a mess replacing it.  When I  contacted the company to say that I  was unhappy about the mess left behind, they immediately took responsibility and send out a professional masonry expert, who did a seamless fix. I can't even tell it was messed up. This is a decent, respectable company that has integrity. Do not hesitate to hire them!

I called Jeff to see if he could help us fix our kitchen sink, he told me he could probably help me over the phone. I called him when I got home and he gave me directions on how to do it. It was fixed in under five minutes and he was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole time. He helped me without charging me a single penny even though any other plumber would have tried to take advantage. I am so thankful and would recommend him to anyone and everyone! Thanks Jeff :)

I've used Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond for years and highly recommend them.  The technicians that come to my home are always professional, courteous, personable, and get the job done correctly and quickly.  They've always arrived the same day I called, and I appreciate their timeliness.

I highly recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond for entire home re-pipes!  I was very satisfied from the scheduling, to the re-pipe itself, to the drywall repair.   The quote itself was very competitive considering it included the drywall repair.  

The re-pipe was done with great care from covering the floors with tarps to placement of the pipes to limit drywall holes.  Their team took the time to explain the entire process and answer 100 questions I had along the way.  They even removed the old hose bibs and patched the holes with concrete.  

What sold me is their 10-year labor warranty, their A++ Rating on Angie's List, and their experience in the market.

They replaced my pipe from the meter to my house.  Showed up on time and did a rear job.  Fair price.  Would recommend.

We needed a new kitchen sink and disposal installed. Jeff gave me an estimate on the phone which sounded reasonable and he seemed competent on the phone so I decided to have him do the job.  First thing that impressed me is he showed up exactly when he said he would be there.  Both he and his helper we extremely polite and careful about not making a mess.  They did a great job and even though it was harder to get the old sink out without damaging the granite counter than they thought he when it came time to pay he actually charged less than his telephone estimate. Now that's honesty! When I need a plumber in the future I know who I'll call.

Jeff came out same day. Only took about 30 minutes to do our repair. Quick, professional, friendly and very affordable! I would definitely recommend!

Jeff's tam was excellent.  From Taylor in the office to the guys that came to the house to do the work, they were all 5 star all the way.  They completed the work all in one-day and did exactly what they said they were going to do.  I can't be more pleased.  The repatch team came two-days later, and they were just as 5 star and did an excellent job repairing the holes.  All in all a first class job, from a first class team.  Exceptional work by all.  This type of workmanship is hard to find today and they were world class.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I called Jeff's for the Beyond part of their business name since I needed to find the sewer clean out (SCO) cap for a smoke test for other work I requested on the house. That story is for another review.

When I called Jeff's, the gentleman who assisted me listened to my request and then told me something I rarely hear. He said, We're not here to take your money. I'd like you to try something first before we send one of our techs out to you.  I gladly listened, noted his suggestions, but also set up the appointment in case I was unsuccessful.

The tech texted me and arrived earlier than the start of the appointed 2 hour time frame (how often does that happen!). After poking around for an hour in all the normal places where the SCO should be, the tech called the office for further assist and direction.  

At that point, he informed me he needed to drive back to his office, which was located about 40 minutes away, and also made clear that he was not going to charge me the time that it took to drive to and from. He needed to pick up some equipment that would aid him in finding the location and when he arrived back at my house, he had brought the company's general manager to assist him.

After using a camera dropped down into the sewer line, they were able to determine where the SCO was (under mulch).  In keeping with their word, the price that was quoted to me was the price that was charged.

The tech and the general manager we're both very professional and cordial and saved me time and additional money by using the equipment.

I highly recommend this business' services and would contact them again as needed.

We were having new granite installed and wanted an under mount sink basins. The plumbing was builder grade and left no room without doing a cut down. Jeffs Kitchen, Bath and Beyond was our first call due to the excellent service we had previously. We had Gene come out again, he had done the prior work and he was professional and courteous just like last time. Genes work is high quality and he was actually a pleasure to work with and talk with. He had a lot of knowledge about the issue and did a great job. Our sinks were a mess and Gene was able to straighten out the convoluted plumbing that was done by the builder, add an air switch for our disposal and change out the drains for us. He was very efficient and we are really happy with his work. We won't use any other plumber for our home and we highly recommend Gene at Jeff's Kitchen Bath and beyond. Their prices are very affordable and their service is very thorough and professional. Thanks so much Gene we really appreciate all the hard work.

They did the repiping of our whole house in June 2019. They did an awesome job, very professional from start to finish. The price is right one of the lowest in the market but still did an outstanding job. Highly recommended and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

I had a small job of installing a kitchen faucet that I had purchased. The plumber was clean and very respectful. He did a fine job and I will definitly use Jeff's again

Where do I begin? I am an out of state landlord in need of a trusty plumber.  After 6-7 calls to plumbers who promised to call me back and never do. I found a handyman on the craiglist to do some of needed work for my tenant.  Took him 3 weeks and told me that the faucet has to be completely replaced.

Just by luck I found Jeff at Yelp and WHAT A DIFFERENCE.  He calls me back within 5 mins of my initial phone call.  Call me every steps of the way to let me know what is happening with the house. Finish the job on the first day and told me that there is no need to replace the facet and gave me a great price. He even remember to give me the Yelp $30 discount, which I totally forgot.  

If you want someone you can trust to show up when he said he will, do what he said he will do in a cheap and fast way, you have to call Jeff.  

I am planning on calling him when I am ready to re-pipe the house.

Wonderful experience!! I had the pleasure of working with this company during a full home remodel that included re-plum the house, move the kitchen sink & dishwasher as well as move plumbing in my master bathroom. The team was great lead by Andrew, he was professional, prompt & provided clear explanations. Gene & Jay were able to install my new sink & dishwasher on a Friday afternoon! The customer service from everyone at this company was amazing. I highly recommend this company. Will always call this team!!

Jeff is a great plumber.  He came over very quickly to assess the problem.   He explained to me what the problem was and how he was going to repair  it.  He was quick, efficient, and very reasonable.  I will certainly call on him again if the need arises, as well as recommend him to my friends.

Our property manager called 12 emergency plumbers and no one could come. We finally called our local water company to come and shut off water to the house so we could at least stop the damage. I found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond number through a Google search and they answered right away. He let me know that his on-call plumber was over an hour away, and he reminded me that a Sunday call was time-and-a-half. I agreed, and he sent Chris. Chris called to let me know he was on his way, and was very prompt, considering the travel time. He was professional, friendly, and took care of the situation. I asked him to look at the surrounding pipes, and he showed me areas where we could have problems in the near future, and suggested a fix for it. The pipes look great! The charge was $250, which seemed reasonable to me, but I didn't put a price grade on my review because I have no experience with plumbing prices here in the Orlando area. All in all, this was a very professional company and I would call them again. Way to go, Chris, and Jeff's!

I was in over my head. I had tried to pull a shower water cartridge and wasn't able to complete the job myself. Needless to say, I had the water main shut off and so the job couldn't wait for the rest of my family's needs. I called Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond... and... not only did Jeff answer the phone but he squeezed me inbetween multiple other appointments and got the job done for me. I also found his charges to be so much better than other plumbing services. I highly recommend Jeff's services.

Jeff's did a repipe of our home. They showed up on time, got the job done that day and water back on. Their drywall guy doesn't do great work, I'm redoing a couple of the places that look bad. The plumbers do nice work, I'm mostly satisfied with the job.

Just bought a rental unit and Jeff took a look at the inspection report for me, noting the issues highlighted by the home inspector were minor / didn't need immediate repair.  Kudos for awesome honesty and look forward to working with you guys in the future!

Had them come give estimate which was too high in my opinion and was told by them they bid high.  I have no time to counter between bids and haggle prices.

Jimmy arrived at our place to repair what we thought was an maker line that was leaking. What he found was more than that. Apparently a squirrel had been in the wall and chewed the water line in two places ! Also there were two pipes that had been cut behind the wall that was causing water to leak when the wash machine ran . Jimmy contacted his manager with the findings. They worked out a repair plan for 2 days later setting aside the last appointment of the day to complete all our repairs which also included a kitchen sink repair for a different piping issue that sprung up in the meantime. Jimmy was knowledgeable, upbeat , prompt and thorough in his work. So glad we called Jeff's Kitchen and Baths. Second time we relied on this company and they came through exactly as they quoted. Highly recommend them!

The Jeff's crew did an amazing job re-piping our house. The price was great! Much lower than another quote we had gotten. No hidden costs. The crew were fast, courteous and did not cut any corners. The drywall guy did a great job patching things up. We were very happy with the service! Highly recommend!

Wow!  I had no emergency, but they treated me as though I did.  I had some knocking in the pipes in the kitchen Fawcett.  No big deal, but I called them at 7:45 AM so I wouldn't forget and they answered the phone (they don't open until 9) by 8:15, Jeff called me back and said Pedro would be over within the hour.  Apparently, Pedro lives fairly close and could stop by on his way into the office.  Pedro showed up on time and resolved the problem quickly, knew exactly what he was doing and was very jovial, polite and friendly.  The bill?  All reasonably priced.  Way to go.  There should be more small businesses like you guys.  I'm glad I avoided getting ripped off by the big guys.

Jeff's did a repipe for us last year. They were the lowest bid and now I understand why. They told us the job would take an entire day. Makes sense. It's a big job. When they got here, they said it was only going to take half a day, because they brought a bigger crew. Fine. I quickly realized by there banter, that they had scheduled a second repipe in the area. No problem, except the entire team of young men seemed rushed the whole time, yet had plenty of time for cigarette breaks through the course of the install. Leaving their butts in the street in front of my house, in the yard, and even an empty pack in my grass. Using my lawn for their trash can. Overall impression was that the repipe crew was young, unprofessional, and rude. Wearing headphones in my home and singing(loudly and badly), leaving it difficult to approach them with questions that arose. Mistakes were made. They foolishly broke a refrigerator fitting and said the handyman they've been using for years would be out in a couple of days to complete the repair. When the sub-contractor got here, I learned this was the first time they were using this trusted tradesman(in my home).  Needless to say, it all devolved from there.  I can't recommend Jeff's to anyone. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Jeff & his team are Great! Approximately two years ago our home had a huge plumbing issue and flooded out house. Jeff dropped everything to come over and handle the situation as quickly as possible. His company does fantastic work and he is the first person I refer people to when they are in need of a plumber.

His pricing is very fair, considering the Excellent work that they do! Great People, Great Work, Great Company. Worth EVERY penny!

I have had multi services completed by the professionals at Jeff's Kitchen Bath and have been pleased each time.
Anthony came quickly to assist in a plumbing repair when the house we just moved into flooded. He provided great service and gave a great quote on a whole house re-plumb and a new water heater.
Dustin and his team came to do the re-plumbing and were very through. They explained each cut, pipe placement, and answered any questions. The drywall team that Jeff partnered with - Kenny's Drywall were very professional and patched up the cut areas seemlessly.

My appointment was ignored and they even didn't call me for apology. This company has no sense of customer service. I feel very disappointed.

Gene and Chris took great care of us. They were very well priced and they did a great job fixing our toilet flange and re-seating it with a new ring and grout. We had a bad experience with a previous plumber WAY over charging us for a broken pipe and basically forcing us to file an insurance claim. I wish we had called Jeff's Kitchen and Bath from the start!!!
