Pope Plumbing

It was 7am on a Saturday and when I flushed my toilet it did not stop! Couldn't get the main water cut off valve turned due to it being stuck pretty bad and also couldn't turn any of the valves next to the toilet just to turn off the water supply there. Called Pope Plumbing after sitting and continuously flushing the toilet for 30 or more minutes so the water didn't over flow onto the floor from the back tank and Jay answered the phone, took my info, got the issue verbally over the phone and came right out! Changed everything that needed to be changed in both my upstairs bathrooms even though I was only having an issue with 1 toilet for a reasonable price! The response was quick, service was professional and Jay was extremely nice! I will be calling back for other small things to be done when needed and I highly recommend this LOCAL, non chain business! Hard work and Professionalism go a long way with Jay!

Jay came to my house today and gave me great customer service. He fixed my shower problem and gave me quotes for other jobs that I will need done soon. I will for sure be using him again soon and I recommend you give him a shot as well.

I've called twice requesting a quote to replace our HVAC system and gotten Jays voicemail. No response.

Called Thursday afternoon and got a reply Friday morning. It wasn't an emergency so the timing was good for me. Made an appointment for Tuesday 8am-12pm. He arrived around 9:15am. I honestly wasn't sure he would be able to repair it but he worked hard and miraculously patched it. It will need a full repair later but that will require a pretty extensive bathroom repair and remodel so I am beyond grateful that he bought us some time. He was super friendly and straight forward which I appreciate. Will use again for sure.

They came out and installed  a new garbage disposal for us this past week.
They were prompt, courteous,professional, and very helpful .  We would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs you need.

I recently moved into my home and the plumber came out and helped me get the washer installed. I also had a leak under my sink where the garbage disposal was and he found the problem and fixed it with no problems. He was kind, fast and honest. Thanks. I recommend!

Called to see why shower kept making squealing noise. The plumber immediately solved the problem by changing tub spout I had on hand to do and never did. The shower cartridge had been changed already and couldn't stop the squeal. Honest service minimal charge. Recommend for quick reasonable plumbing services.

Absolutely recommend! I called them and told them the problems I was having with my kitchen sink not draining. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. Gary showed up promptly and even replaced my drain basket that was leaking. He asked me if I was having any other problems with the plumbing in the house (which there is a ton of things need fixing) and he recommended a few quick fixes I could do myself. He was polite, and friendly, and answered any questions I had. I will be using Pope Plumbing  for more projects and I most definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Pricing was very reasonable and they completed the job wonderfully.

Jay was really nice and fixed both of the problems we were having with our showers. I wanted him to install a new garbage disposal because I thought ours was broken, but he unseized the old one and said it was actually only a couple years old. Super nice guy and quality work!
