Our home's back lights went out a year or so ago and we've been unable to safely use our back patio since. I finally got around to calling Advanced Electric and they came out first thing the next morning and quickly problem solved and found a loose wire under the house. Electricians were professional and highly skilled. I'm just wishing I'd called months ago.

We have used them twice over the past year and have been very pleased with their service both times.  The first time that we used them they wired a new hot tub circuit and the second time that added an additional electrical outlet to a master bathroom.  They always showed up on time and were very professional!  I definitely plan to call upon them for my future electrical needs.

I needed a new ceiling fan installed in an upstairs bedroom. I had used other electricians in the past and were not very happy with them. One didn't even show up with a ladder! Always extra charges and usually had to clean up after them. I called Crawford last week, was given a very fair quote and scheduled the install for today. I was called a day a before to confirm. On the install day they called to ask if they could come earlier. They arrived and quickly went to work, removing the old fan and replacing it with a new one. They were dressed neatly, were knowledgeable and professional. They both had good attitudes and wore booties. I would definitely use them again and would have no problem referring them to others.

An elderly friend needed some extensive electrical repair & fixture replacement. They were promptly there when they said they would be & were even better when they returned to do the work & found out there were more fixtures purchased for install than we originally told them. Although they had to split the install into two visits, it was still a most pleasant experience. They are the most courteous, kind, patient people I have had to deal with in customer service in a very long time. If you want high quality work and a level of customer service hard to find in today's environment, call them, you won't regret it!!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received by this company. Professional experts I'd happily hire again and recommend to others. Pricing is very fair and my problem was solved in a jiffy. I also had them replace 2 lights for me since they were there. I'm going to have them come back and replace my hall lights with new fixtures. They did such a great job on my kitchen lights. We own several properties, and Larry has done work in all of them. He is fast, meticulous and definitely knows what he is doing. He's a down-to-earth guy, and always in a good mood. He is very fair with his pricing and always bills us directly, even when we have had work done through a contractor.

Out of all the professionals we've had to deal with during the past 3 remodels that we've done, he has by far been the easiest and best to deal with.

The communication was excellent from the first phone call.  I explained that my father was on a new oxygen machine and it blew a circuit so I needed to have that checked as well as the breaker.   I was able to get an early appointment the next day which I was happy with.   Later that afternoon she called to say they had availability that day.   Matthew called me to tell me he was on his way and was so kind.   My father wasn't thrilled because this was something he used to be able to do.   But was very complimentary about the fellas and their work when it was completed.   I will defiantly be calling them in the future.  Thank you so much!

Peacock electric was very professional in every aspect. From returning phone calls to the techs that came to my house. The tech I dealt with was Mike, he kept me informed the whole time. He even came back on his own time to double check the pressures and to double check all of his welds.

I would recommend them to anyone, their price was more than fair.

Showed up right on time, problem fixed expeditiously (hard to reach dryer hose), cleaned the workspace, prices very reasonable.

My first experience with Mr. Sparky was rough. I called them primarily because I was concerned about an electrical issue in the middle of the night and I saw that they were a 24/7 company.

When they arrived later in the day, I mentioned the issues to them and they began looking for the source of the trouble. Initially they couldn't find any problem and they were ready to wrap things up. Given my suspicion and the potential seriousness of electrical misfirings, I urged them to continue looking around and they finally found the problem that ended up being right in plain sight. That wasn't the best first impression.

Mr. Sparky has returned a couple of times and the new employees are much better. The last person who came, Mr. Hicks, was so kind and personable. More importantly, he was also very thorough.

Based on the last two experiences with them, I would definitely call them again for electrical issues.

Having decided to remodel our kitchen with removing soffits to accommodate taller cabinets... we did not know what might be in those soffits until the dry wall workers were there! As it was we DID have all kinds of electrical wiring and having heard that David Gray Heating and Air now had electric and plumbing available I called! I was so pleased that within a half hour we had two electrician there and they put the wires in the supports to be behind the dry wall (where they probable should have been) so my dry-wallers could continue! Very pleased with the quick response and efficiency of these electricians! Would call them again!

Worsts experience ever . Unprofessional, unorganized... never again!!!  Would not recommend. Save urself the wasted time money and energy

I recently requested service support through my home warranty company. Silver Strand was identified as the provider.  John Lovett quickly returned my request and discussed the problem. He was able to assess the issue and determine it not be an electrical issue saving me a $75.00 service charge.  This honesty and responsiveness was refreshing, and I would recommend based on this alone.
